Best sales tool in the market today!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of ZoomInfo is cutting down on my prospecting time. They give me the email and phone details that I need to make instant connections and close deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the mobile phone numbers were included in the professional package. I pay a lot of money not to have at least that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am cutting down on my prospecting time by 80%. Benefit is less time on the phone with gatekeepers and people that are not the right contact.

What do you like best about the product?
So many contacts and leads, its like an ocean.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the leads was not great, a high number of bounces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leadgen, more we get in the more we can convert.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly!
Excellent and accurate information. And if not then an easy way to notify of an error in the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Why can't the system remember my login so I do not have to type it in every morning? Sure, security, however if it's the same IP address from my laptop then why can the system NOT remember my credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get to the correct person almost every time! Less time to find a contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The benefits more than outweigh the costs!

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple to use and saved hours trying to find the right contacts within an organization.
I like the market information and the fact you can set alerts, this gives you a competitive advantage against the competition.
I use List to upload and populate my CRM data, which helps with marketing campaigns and ensures our database is up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the emails we wrong, so I'd like a more regular check from the Zoom Team, to make sure they are current and correct. More UK-specific market data would be much appreciated.
It can be tricky to tweak the searches.
Any 'surround area' button that works for the UK would be great.
Being about the search by city in the UK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact names, emails, and numbers.
Also useful to see which companies are looking at relocating.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration and or chart are my favorites. Any tools that give my team back time and allow them to thoughtful organize their outreach are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with the limits to export 25 contacts at a time. Most teams in the org chart are over 100 people and I need to blueprint the entire team. Please reconsider moving this back to 100 at least. Please also consider finding ways to improve the intent and target department function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueprinting orgs and finding people who are looking to solve specific problems relevant to my use case.

What do you like best about the product?
The agility to look up people, positions, contact info so easily has saved me hours of work each day

Most days there is a lag in the system. I have already cleared my cache and still takes a while to load info

Great profiling tool for larger markets

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and an abundance of teachings available in manageable courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small bugs seem to make the tag and exclusion functions a little clunky. Also, the smaller your target market (in terms of the smaller the clients) the harder information is to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact info is incredibly helpful when accurate. Org charts help too. We have been able to cut down on our email bounce rate if nothing else.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the learnings to make sure you are utilizing it optimally. It might not be a perfect fit for your org, but give it the best chance to prove itself by learning the best way to utilize it.

Good Data - Two Weeks In

What do you like best about the product?
Direct access to phone & email info of decision makers in mid-size to large organization. The people in the company are very friendly. They really want you to utilize the platform to its max potential because of the investment that you make. The search option in the top left is super easy and it's easy to navigate by industry, company, positions, or anything you're heart can dream of. You also can search by different company locations inside the company itself and see the hierarchy of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
WebSights integration is a little confusing, however they offer help to get you set up. Also, I wasnt told about WebSights before signing the agreement. When I was told, i told them i would of bought earlier if i was told about it. Around two weeks in - will update if anything else comes up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct info to decision makers in bigger organizations. Our goal is to shorten our sales cycle by getting access to these decision makers across mid-large size organizations.Our teams that are using it right now think its christmas in March

Friendly company - always trying to maximize the usage of what you and your org uses it for.

Amazing Database for Personal Contact Information

What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to find a specific individuals phone number or email address based off a few specific questions. Even if someone is not working at their "current" company, I typically can find their personal information based off an old job they have had. I also like that I can change the "grade" of someone's contact information and really hone in on someone who doesn't have their information listed anywhere else online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information overload on setting up the home page. While there is a ton of great information, I am not 100% sure where to even begin setting up my screen. The only other "issue" I have seen is some of the email addresses come back as undeliverable if I do not have an "A" in the Contact Accuracy Score section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to contact so many more people because of their cell or work number. Additionally, I can send someone a personal email as well. I typically reach a much wider audience since I can reach out via work/personal cell, and the work/personal email. My response rates have gone up which impacts my job significantly. I am spending less time searching for contact information and more time actually reaching my audience.
