What do you like best about the product?
The overall web page is easy to use. The sorting categories are distinct and allow easy access to categorize according to the user wants and needs. The info provided is straight to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some names do not have contact info such as email or phone number. Linking to Linkedin may be helpful in some cases if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact info such as email and numbers, determining relevant titles and companies

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about ZoomInfo ia that you can find so much information in one place. It cuts down on time when doing my research by being able to log into a single source and find all of the info you need. The quality of information seems to be pretty relevant and gives me a good starting point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to get a little creative with how you search for a business, but there a lot of options. Using the url, name of business, or sometimes fewer words from the business name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me to solve havng to open multiple browsers to find information about a a company.

Great Product - More Accurate Than Competitors

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo does account based research better than anyone. While some competitors can beat them on lead gen, the account info and integration with salesforce are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is not very intuitive to set up and start using and it took me a couple months to make use of it. Definitely could be more user friendly, but really works once you get into it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account creation and auto imports into salesforce for territory, account-based selling

What do you like best about the product?
The large amounts of trainings, both recorded and webinars.
Customer service is exceptional
Technical support is super helpful
The product overall gets very granular and deep.
Im not the most tech, and I am able to create, move and navigate with general ease
What do you dislike about the product?
In getting set up it can take a second but our company was acquired and there was deep tech resources needed from both entities.
There are some gray areas where help is needed but those may be more of a 1 off as opposed to a consistent issue
Connection issues sometimes when in outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversations based on various technologies, or random topics to bring the prospects guard down.
When you cant find trust building topics on a prospect in LinkedIn, you'll for surely find those details within Zoom Info.
My own prospecting tool was LinkedIn. When you add in ZoomInfo. You get the whole meal, with dessert, and left overs for the next day.

easy to use , lots of great and accurate numbers

Zoom info can be expensive at times.......
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is great an accurate info for peoples info that I need to reach in order to grow my business
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At least do a test pilot/ trial to get started if slightly interested

What do you like best about the product?
Mobile phone numbers, direct dials, links to their LinkedIn profile, the many contact search filter options, corporate hierarchy, export functionality to Salesforce, Salesloft, past company search on contact advanced search so we can filter and look up previous clients where contact worked
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish their were more industry specific technologies, no responses when contact research requests are sent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct contacts at the correct company with direct dials, mobile phones, correct email, updating account and contact info in Salesforce, running contact searches in assigned territories, seeing the contacts old companies listed, finding contacts that worked at previous client companies, warmer intros

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is great for gathering data on companies for sales outreach. I used it last year at a different company and they were worse then they are now- the contacts were mostly inaccurate- so I think it improved when they acquired DiscoverOrg, but they still have a lot of work to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how I can typically find more relevant contacts that I need for outreach on Linkedin Navigator than through Zoominfo. I dislike how if you build a list of companies using multiple competitors, you can't see which one is using what and have to make a list with only one competitor each. Also, the credits system sucks and they should do away with that. I dislike the inability to narrow contact lists down more. I can't mass-import the contacts that I need because there are 7k and I don't have enough credits, however I've narrowed it down as much as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to get intelligence on companies to target for sales outreach and import contacts to reach out for them. Besides the useful intelligence, I have been able to look up which companies are using competitors too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the competitor lookup feature and subscribe to lists so you can get notified about your companies and/or contacts

What do you like best about the product?
This program is easy to navigate and export the information into Salesforce and knowing that the information is accurate and up to date makes everything so much easier to prospect. Also I really like the ability to update contact information currently in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to take the time and do more training to learn better ways to utilize the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to locate local contact information and quickly be able to reach out to them directly via phone, email, or social media.

The quickness and accuracy when looking up organizations.

One thing I dislike is when accounts are no longer active on zoominfo.
