ZoomInfo - PURE GOLD for SDRs!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to quickly search accounts, contacts, technologies, and find recent news on each account!

Export lists are pure gold!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, this is by far the best tool for prospecting other than DiscoverOrg (Zoom's Step Brother).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the lack of insight I had into companies before using ZoomInfo. Before I could find relevant information but it wasn't in one place, updated regularly, or even accurate at times.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's User Interface is easy to navigate when I quickly need to find more information about a contact or company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use all of the features that we have with ZoomInfo Sales, so that information is usually irrelevant for my daily needs. However, I'm glad to have access to it if the need arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get more contact information for a contact which has helped me tremendously in reaching them than without this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't know how much it costs because my company pays for my license. However, I do believe it would be a good investment to have, especially since the world is experiencing a pandemic and many people are working remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has helped me significantly in expanding my business and gaining new clients. Without ZoomInfo, I would never have been able to grow my business to what it is today. I like that ZoomInfo has tons of contacts of employees in the corporate world and for the most part, the contacts are accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are sometimes technical issues and ZoomInfo will load very slowly. ZoomInfo also has a lot of names without mobile numbers. I am personally looking for contacts strictly with mobile numbers, so it is time consuming to sort through the contacts without mobile numbers. ZoomInfo also has some contacts that are very outdated and therefore, you will contact the wrong person at times. It would also be very helpful if ZoomInfo would allow you to sort contacts by the time zone they are located in. I also dislike, that in order to view more contacts per month, you have to upgrade your account and pay a significant more amount of money each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am growing my business and booking new meetings with clients every day. I have seen direct results in my compensation based off of the leads I have gotten from ZoomInfo. By doing some marketing research and then finding the contacts on Zoom, I am able to reach out to people and in turn, getting more clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that anyone trying to obtain clients, or grow their business to use ZoomInfo. There is nothing else like it and this tool will significantly increase your prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to find orgs and contacts coupled with the ease of use to import that info into my CRM. I've also found that the information and data that has been curated is much better than other options in the market or that ZoomInfo competitors make available. Ultimately, though - I like the capabilities that ZoomInfo gives you with the seamless importing/exporting capabilities with the CRM that we use at my organization. No one likes to have to input all of that org data or contact data by hand - so this makes it extremely easy and is a huge convenience and time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all similar platforms Like ZoomInfo, bad data or outdated contact info is no good. In my experience, though - ZoomInfo does a good job of doing the appropriate work on their end to keep their contact information and org information as up to date as possible. One thing to note - when ZoomInfo went through the recent overhaul because of the buyout or purchase with DiscoverOrg things got jumbled around a bit - but overall, they got on track pretty quickly. Still - those sort of updates or massive overhauls should be handled with tons of care because so many people depend on this platform for outbound and intel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with organizations with the Scoops is fantastic - lets me know "whats is going on" without having to do my own research before hand. I've also realized that ZoomInfo is a great training tool for new team members who are learning to navigate target organizations when looking for appropriate leads and contacts to add to their outreach and cadences. So not only is this a great practical tool to utilize daily in your prospecting and sales intel or research, but it is intuitive enough and easy enough to use to actually add training benefits as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I cover a large geographical area so I spent some time building lists and can easily gather intel on accounts. I also like the email reports. It's easy to use and most of the account executives in my organization use it a starting point to build out their pipeline generation plans. I rely on this data to reach out to new clients .
What do you dislike about the product?
Given that I cover South America, there are some companies that I can't find or if I do find it, the information is limited. I wish there was some sort of salesforce integration (maybe it already exists but we don't have it implemented). Also, if there was any integration with Clari then we could manage opportunities and still have visibility into account information. Maybe I'm asking for much here but I'd like all my PG tools to be in one place and have the information at hand at all times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting, intel on accounts, gathering contact information. I think it's a great place to start, build an org chart, and use it as a great tool to build PG plans. I think that it is very helpful tool when you are looking to build a new market or if you get a new territory assigned.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this tool as a starting point for your pipeline generation plans. I think it's a must have tool for sales executives looking to break into new accounts

Accurately finds the email and correct phone numbers of my prospects.

ZoomInfo has extensive mobile numbers as supposed to just having wirelines on each prospect.

Exceptional Product and Valuable in Many Ways

What do you like best about the product?
We subscribe to the elite plan. This gives us WebSights (tells us the companies who visit our website and do not fill out a form), as well as Intent data (companies searching for a product like ours). I have setup their Workflows product to export 5 contacts in the L&D department at each company identified by WebSights and Intent to port into our CRM, which then enrolls the contacts in an email sequence. This is the warmest of warm account-based marketing and is proving itself over and over.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the following;

#1) Increase the frequency I can send contacts to my CRM using workflows, I want to strike while the iron is hot. Since the data is from WebSights and Intent, I want to email them within minutes of them searching, not the next day. I think this will greatly increase my conversion rates.

#2) Send me metadata on the workflow name into my CRM so I can segment my email campaigns to speak to the specific reason I am contacting them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have almost maxed out our inbound marketing. I need to identify a target group on contacts to do outbound marketing to grow our company.

We spend about $2,500/month and have generated 15 demonstrations in the first month, which is worth $7,500 to us ($500/demo).

Try the 24-hour trial.
Integrate Zoominfo with your CRM using Workflows.
Give your sales team the reach out extension.
Buy and use bulk data credits.

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness to find contacts and prospects at every level, great visibility also, a very good layout, easy in the search page where you can select account or contact just using key words
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good, to be honest I didn't find anything I don't like. Please team ZoomInfo keep going, the tool is great and I find helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to find some contact details that my CRM doesn't contain, I can find over here so this is a great benefit solving this. Aldo great tool to find accounts and all related level positions from C-level below
