What do you like best about the product?
the access to contact info and positions at companies and the types of technology they leverage

Nothing so far. It has been everything I expected.

I am now able tor reach 100's of people that I have not been able to reach in the past.
An indispensable platform for any sales professional
What do you like best about the product?
The pure breadth of the information, there aren't many people out there who you won't be able to find. The exporting function make my job as a BDR so much easier; rather than creating each prospect manually in Salesforce or Outreach, I'm able to export en masse (groups of up to 25-30 at a time) & place them in sequence directly from ZoomInfo (at least to Outreach).
What do you dislike about the product?
With the amount of information out there, bad information is inevitable. I've had numerous times calling someone & them saying that they left that company 6 years ago or that they retired 10 years ago. The export to Outreach function can also be tricky, as placing the exported prospects into a sequence can be confusing. The service itself also will have problems loading at least once every few weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've had problems with ZoomInfo's data accuracy, which I believe is inevitable, but also some technical issues mentioned above like inconsistent ability to export in sequence & the platform being completely inaccessible due to network issues 1-2x per month. The benefits, however, are innumerable. I can't believe that I ever prospected without ZoomInfo. At least 3/4 of my calls on a daily basis are directly done via info through ZoomInfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't let the occasional bad info bring you down, there's so much more to be had through this service.

The integration with a Sales Enablement tool like SalesLoft.

There is a lot of data that is dated and obsolete.

I am really using it for prospecting and my outreaches have been, for the most part, been accurate thanks to ZoomInfo.
Great tool for Sales Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and fast. If I have a contact that I met and I can't find their contact information, I can always search my contacts organization and find someone else's contact in that organization to help me out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the information is 100% accurate.

I do not like the landing page. It includes too much information that is not useful to sales.

We are exporting lists for specific ERP's and adding clients to our pipeline.

Be ready to consistently download lists as credits allotted per month do expire.

Zoom info is phenomenal in terms so of helping us blueprint our customers, understand key internal relationships from an organizational hierarchy perspective. We have also benefitted from being able to find direct contact information for our prospects.

We don't see too many downsides but integration with salesforce would significantly make us more effective

Zoom info is the only prospecting tool I need and use.
What do you like best about the product?
Are used to use the old zoom info in my day-to-day life as a business development representative. Now that I've moved up the chain and sales I've continued the relationship as needed for prospecting and finding new accounts. I've taught my new teammates to use this as well and it's really easy to adopt into our prospecting practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to find new accounts through the tool. Usually I have to find it myself from an external source and then gain contact information utilizing the extension. Sometimes I find it hard to get contacts right away as it brings me to the hierarchy first before clicking into contacts.
I can see why it set up this way if your prospecting large companies but I am in the small business sectors so I'm usually dealing with 3 to 10 contact being pulled from Zoominfo.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time it takes for me to find contact myself vs. utilizing your search ability is significant. When I need to prospect I know I'm doing it in enough time efficient manner to get the most out of the new account I can find.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it for finding contacts to companies that are well-established. It takes seconds to add new contact so I can get on with selling my product.

I think the best part of ZoomInfo is the intent feature. It really helps me see what companies are looking in my industry.

Creating lists can be difficult sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the problem of not knowing the DM in companies. It gives me a book of business and contacts at the palm of my hands.
