What do you like best about the product?
The direct line phone numbers and business emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information can be spotty sometimes, especially for the smaller market firms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of not having up-to-date contact information and hard to get contact information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're trying to get business emails and direct lines, this is the product for you.

Can't seem to get tags as filters on all apps

What do you like best about the product?
The intent feature has allowed us to see what other companies are looking for which should help our sales team prospect more efficiently. I think it will be a great tool to help us save time on finding new customers to market and sell too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Per seat pricing.
requires a contract.
So many options when it comes to filtering content ( which is not a bad thing ). No preview of what your about to export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finally able to find the right targets to Market and interact with.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy and currency of contact information is outstanding. The Intent and Scoops functionality provides valuable organizational insight upon which an introduction and dialog can be established.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technologies information available should be exportable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Account-based Marketing to drive our Value-bases Selling campaigns. The market research information available to target accounts is excellent!

What do you like best about the product?
Information is easily accessible and complete!
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not as up to date as I wish it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo gives me emails of prospects that I do not have. It helps me get in contact with them and has provided my organization with means to make deals. It is extremely complete and helps me get information needed about a hospital or health system before we meet with them, so we can better serve them and make the most of our meeting.

Learn the capabilities - there are so many things to learn about it that can help you!

What do you like best about the product?
The top three things I love about Zoominfo: the OnDemand learning to get trained up on how to best utilize the tool, the pop-up reminders about upcoming courses are also very helpful. I really like the integration to my CRM makes data transfer seemless, and the Org chart with intent help me provide quality leads to my Sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better quality data for China, well really all APAC customers so I could funnel more leads to my Sales team overseas. I also wish we could have more than 6 topics on Intent and be able to shuffle my "intent topics" on my own without having to contact Zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to easily import the business address for our customers headquarters address which makes using our Quote and Order tools more efficient. We've also been able to identify new target customers using the "customers similar to" feature. When my salesmen are hunting for new accounts, the new feature that shows if that account is already assigned to someone can save them time to see if the account is already being serviced.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend others who are considering ZoomInfo to take the time to learn all the functionality the tool can offer. As there is a lot of content consider scheduling the learning time upfront.

What do you like best about the product?
Intent data is an absolute must for any company that has an outbound team. No longer do you have to spray and pray and you can focus your efforts on true A accounts that are in the market for your services.

ListMatching to clean up data.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING. ZoomInfo is the most powerful tool on the planet for sales and marketing today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping organizations in New York have a better online reputation and customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find contacts and information fast and being able to bulk upload them into SFDC
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no direct connector to outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem of not being able to fin peoples contacts or spending time looking on various sites. With ZoomInfo I can see whether that information is available or not so I don't waste my time

What do you like best about the product?
The latitude of the information available as well as the depth of contact information available is very helpful. Also the capability to submit research requests for information unavailable or not updated is also valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike perse but if Zoominfo just offered one type of offering that encompasses all research fields and such for all information for one price, that would be much more valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems being solved = reaching out to new potential clients
Benefits Realized = capability to run mass campaigns

Stop Wasting Time with Gatekeepers

What do you like best about the product?
I am a big believer in calling cell phones, it's the best way to get a direct conversation with the correct person without having to work through the tree of referals and gatekeepers. The advanced search let's me build lists of people I know I'll be able to get a hold of and that will directly lead to opportunities for my company.

What do you dislike about the product?
Being picky, it's a shame when the zoominfo database is incorrect, or hasn't been updated. For the most part the information is accurate; as you can imagine with any database with fluidity (people change jobs all the time; especially during this pandemic), every once in a while the contact has moved on from the company, and the replacement hasn't been updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of time getting to the correct people - I don't need to hit it off with the gatekeeper to get a conversation.
