What do you like best about the product?
I like best that ZoomInfo is constantly updating contacts. They don't function under the assumption that once contacts are found they are static. I also love that "scoops" provides current news-worthy data that helps me target content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is SO much information I sometimes can't find what I need. Also, if your company manages you by zip codes, there is a limit of 400, so I have to pull five lists at a time for each campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less guessing. Less returned emails that I've so lovingly crafted. FAST data, LESS combing of the internet, where there isn't often direct contact data anyway. VERY few "may I speak to the person who XXXX" random conversations with a gatekeeper at reception.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that the tool has most if not all of my target prospect contact information which increases the number of possible avenues that I can connect with them through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally will notice outdated information on an organization or specific prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to leverage the vast amount of data in Zoominfo to build out comprehensive territory lists, corporate hierarchy structures and targeted campaigns based the data that I have leveraged from Zoominfo.
Excellent tool for research and prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Identification of people by role/title. Intents. Scoops.
What do you dislike about the product?
running out of credits... I then have to wait for the next month to do more work with the tool or ask my company for more credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identification of new prospects based on industry, size, location etc and then finding the right contacts within those organizations for campaigns and callings.

This is an excellent tool for research and prospecting.
ZoomInfo Is Crucial to my Success
What do you like best about the product?
I love the vast amounts of contact information on various companies and. the employees that work there, that I use to. know who to target. As a business development representative half the battle is figuring out who to target and then finding good contact information and loading them into your day-to-day tool for carrying out email/call campaigns. ZoomInfo is absolutely in my success and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advanced search feature could. be a little better. Sometimes it brings up results for companies that I didn't submit in my 'text input list'. I think it may be because the company I entered is owned by a much larger company and that's the one that shows up in the search. Either way, it's not helpful. Also, don't like how you can only upload 25 ppl from an advanced contact search into your CRM M(Outreach in my case) at a time because that's how many ppl are shown on each page and you can only select the people on that page at at time. The other option is to extract the full list to a spreadsheet and then upload from there, but it never comes out as nicely as when you do it straight from zoominfo. I also think the news section could be a little better. And I don't find the scoops or intent data useful at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem that each BDR, and BDR team faces, which is finding good quality contact information on the right people at the right company. Zoominfo makes that easy by providing, title, and a linkedin link which I find absolutely crucial to verify the information and sometimes learn more about their role. I love that part of it. But overall it's just being able to easily upload quality contacts iinto my outreach tool, and put them on a sequence from there. It saves so much time I would spend guessing at contact information gleaned from linkedin or each companies website. The amount of time it saves compared to doing it without zoominfo is literally immeasurable. Absolute lifesaver.
Very Reliable Direct Lines and Cells
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use. Love the fact that I can find people based on company and name. The org chart is very helpful. Whenever I'm stumped, I know that I can depend on ZoomInfo to have a better number for a contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit slow or down, but usually if I refresh, it comes back up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding accurate contact numbers and email addresses. I love the fact that when I'm trying to contact someone, I know I can rely on Zoominfo to find it.
Excellent sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides granular contact details and the ability to sort contacts by title, department and region. It's easy to use and most importantly the data is accurate 90% +.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not be able to download contact info without a charge. I believe I am capped at X amount of downloads per CDW policy. I have not tried to do so yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting into other LOBs that I would not have access to prior, and better visibility to IT organization contacts and the overall company organization. And company news and market trends is a nice feature too.

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty comprehensive list of contacts, UI easy to understand, and runs reasonably fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering (especially for contacts) could use work, would like to see exclusive/ inclusive option for filters or at least a clearer way to do so. Going from googling contact name to zoominfo is difficult. Often have to retype name through another zoominfo window rather than just click the hyperlink from Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting for new contacts in existing accounts. Searching for personal/ direct numbers for contacts, figuring out company hierarchy.
Tools like ZoomInfo enhance my ability to do my job well and focus on the important functions.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's ease of use is what I like best. Seldom do I find myself confused on how to attack a particular task with ZoomInfo. Additionally, I would say the accuracy of the contact information is surprisingly great. I cannot recall ZoomInfo providing me inaccurate contact information once. Lastly, the ability to adjust the accuracy of your search is a great feature- I appreciate the honesty from the platform. The market research is also another great quality of the platform that allows me to essentially live inside of ZoomInfo for everything prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the integration aspect of ZoomInfo is something I look forward to being improved upon. Communication between Salesforce, Outreach, and other Sales Development tools. To build on this, the lag between these channels can oftentimes make the task more tedious than it needs to be. Also, the exporting of contact lists has always confused me. When I try to export contacts into an excel sheet, it doesn't really work. I wish there was some sort of function where I could export contacts into a google sheet with the click of a button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact research primarily is what I use ZoomInfo for. The time to value with ZoomInfo is incredible. Within minutes, I can have contact information for key decision-makers within my key accounts. This would take me hours of research on my end if I were to try to do this alone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. You will be shocked with how incredible this platform is.
Zoom Info has been instrumental for scaling business appointments during the US Covid lockdown.

The ability to populate prospect lists within minutes has been great for our company. Especially working within the robotics industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to competitors, I can’t seem to think of any flaws.

The need to travel.
ZoomInfo - A Great Tool for Sales Leads / Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Google Add In- Quickly Get Info on the companies you're researching on the fly as you're researching them. It's extremely easy to launch and so much information is at your fingertips in real time while you're searching for sales leads, company background, revenue, organizational structure, size and scope of the companies your targeting for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative I would say is that in order to fully utilize the ZoomInfo tools, it does take a little time to train up to fully take advantage of all the tools available to the user. Once you find out what you like best as far as info and researching the tools are at your fingertips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used the tool to learn more about the companies that were on my radar, the correct contacts and the org charts to know the principles. I've used the tool to obtain info on new customer prospects that had not been on my target list previously that I've found using the ZoomInfo tools.
