Awesome prospecting tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy of contact info and scope of info available. Easily able to find the decision-makers for prospects and their emails. Also nice to be able to run lists by industry and sort by company size
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really but the search tool could be a little simpler. Would prefer a cleaner look when starting a new search
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the correct contact info for targeted prospects. Also, determining who is the CFO or controller for certain prospects

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and gets you the information you need on your Prospects with 1 -2 clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high for a SMB - Would be great if they could provide lower price tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to take over 35% of my time finding the right lead within a business whom I wish to approach. I have freed up this time to actually sell and close business.

It's very easy to use and the advanced search is self explanatory.

Sometime it can be slow to upload a file

What do you like best about the product?
Primarily, it's a great resource for contact info, but I also use it to find competitors. I also like the updates on industry and company info, as well as the movement of senior leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is outdated and/or incomplete
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using ZoomInfo primarily to get contact info, but I also use it to find additional companies when using the Competitors area on a company. That has unearthed numerous companies I didn't have on my radar.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of using ZoomInfo, It is not overly complicated to use, I am easily able to navigate the different pages provided by zoom info. With all of the information provided we are able to find very detailed information regarding, role, contact information and previous roles. It has also been beneficial to see LinkedIn links as well. I also enjoy the integration that we have with our CRM as we are able to very quickly click the correct tab and look into any further research and update any contact information needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that the accounts I am researching don't provide the info needed. I occasionally but not all that often cannot find the accounts or contacts that I am searching for whether they do not have updated information or the prospect or account is completely absent from the tool. Not too many other issues that I have faced as the tool has been very easy to use for the most part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounts not having enough information to call into to help build the account or not being able to find the correct information on specific accounts. Finding and further building out relevant people to connect with I have been able to expand accounts with the information provided by ZoomInfo. Additional benefits include the integration between crm and zoominfo I have enjoyed how well they have been working together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please look for additional ways to have some additional or updated information for obtaining current contact information as well as current employment status.

The platform legs and move slowly offend

Great Product and Highly Recommend for anyone in Sales

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is great as it has email address and mobile numbers that your most likely not to get from Linked in or other websites. I have had some great virtual meetings with Top 500 companies that I have been trying years to get into or get the right contacts. I also like how it emails me new contacts weekly to add to my data base.

I also like how I can go to a website and click the zoominfo button and it pulls up all the contacts. I also like how I can narrow it down by local or headquarters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their is nothing that I dislike about the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting new contacts along with their position and getting some great virtual meetings. Most of the virtual meetings with covid are turning into in person meetings with new projects identified. The benefits I have received are the tech support on how to create additional lists and also the weekly lists with new companies added.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly get the correct contact information vs having to try a bunch of different emails or having direct numbers vs having to call front desk and be transferred to voicemail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, you'll come across someone who has left an organization in the last month or two and has not been updated, but 90% of the time information is accurate and up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to close deals quickly once identifying the decision maker and being able to get to them more quickly than my competition.

The amount of relevant information on site
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Zoho has a few drawbacks, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding more relevant contacts for our accounts, which has turned into more leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of add ons and features with Zoominfo. I recommend thoroughly learning about the features to make sure you get the best out of your package.
