What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy most about ZoomInfo is the feasibility of all the data I need to make a decision quickly on who I will be reaching out to next. Additionally, The UI makes it simple to navigate and understand all the necessary data needed for me to see at a glance. I really enjoy the navigation walkthroughs, too
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to see many international companies. Moreso, when I use ZI to cross-reference and find that the account is a child of a parent, ZI may not have the appropriate information to follow along the relationship aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, in my current role, I am solving for data cleanliness. Zoom info makes it easier to locate the right prospect and cross-reference my data with theirs to ensure that it is accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to connect with a rep and learn more about their integrations. It will make life much easier when having data pour directly into your CRM.
Very accurate way to bring in new leads.
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing about zoominfo is finding new leads within a company, region, or market. Being able to narrow fields down to the correct contact is very useful. Being able to look up a company and then positions within that company saves me a ton of time when I'm trying to qualify leads and then send over useful information to them. Also being able to work a company or also being able to work on regions (if its a larger project) makes and saves a lot of time. The time that you save pays for itself. Not including all the other perks on top of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy rating is not always the best. Sometimes when I call the person I imported from zoom to salesforce, that person is not always there. There are times when they say they have not been here in years. That can be frustrating but most of the times then the person that picks up the phone is always the person that filled their shoes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find positions in the field that I'm trying to engage. The benefits is getting to the right people, right away. Love this aspect about zoom. Being able to save time not only helps me but also the company i work for. I use my saved time in trying to prospect new customers and get to more people in a day. Zoom is awesome.

To sign up for zoom. They will not regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info. provides me with accurate phone numbers and emails, plus insight for my key prospects. Plus, I love our salesforce integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not 100% accurate all the time, but it's better than most!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding key contact information used to be a problem, however I have been able to use the information provided by Zoom to get the right decision makers on the phone.

Zoom Info is very easy to use. By manually adjusting the settings your search results will deliver the most accurate in depth contact info.

When searching small businesses, the company may be listed but no contacts.

This is the best and most accurate lead generation tool I've used.

I like the ability to put any information in the tool such as email or name or company and find the right contact
I like that I can select the country, industry and job title. This has allowed me to locate the right people to speak to and has increase the success of my leads

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that fact that there is not unlimited packages and I go through alot of credits each months as this is a very useful tool that I could not want to be without.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to update my existing information and find the missing data to complete the leads and create campaigns with the right people

Sometimes the information columns tend to roll together, if there were larger lines to separate contact info that could be helpful.

The details and 'scoops' available. Revenue appears to be relatively accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
"People" and contacts seem to be the primary focus which is great for the salesteam. I work predominantly with 'lists' and the company view cannot be listed first. Also, I need to match exact companies and use DUNS numbers which ZI does not allow searches by DUNS.

In many cases, the company revenues seems to be more available than other tools.
A great tool for database
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using ZoomInfo for a very long time. The best thing that I like about it is the quality of data they have and the quantity of data they have. Being a sales guy I need to work on data and for better results, I need quality data, with the help of this tool I am able to fetch the right data for me with the great accuracy of business emails and direct phone numbers. Hence I like this the most about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the mobile app of ZoomInfo, Mobile app's user interface is not so good, I am only able to use the mobile app for contact search only but If I need to work on advance filter I have to jump on the web app. Hence I dislike the mobile app of ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zooominfo is solving a lot of problems for me. I need quality as well as quantity data for new business development and with the help of ZoomInfo only I am able to do it. It provides data, information, scoops, and intent for particular accounts and contacs.

I highly recommend Zoominfo to all the other prospective sales customer who is looking for high-quality data to do new business development.

What do you like best about the product?
Intent streaming was beneficial to us. We could see in real-time what our potential leads were looking for. Instead of just looking up information and just contacting our leads or just waiting on word of mouth, Zoom Info Intent streaming had helped us a lot in a very tremendous way.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have just been using this for two weeks, so everything right so far for our small business. I would say it's a little expensive for small businesses, but it's worth it. They have Zoom Engage that they offer with Zoom Info as well, but that feature could use some improvement like pipeline management. Overall, it's a really great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving a lot of time and energy by contacting purchasing departments directly and only dealing with the decision-makers. Before we were wasting a lot of time by contacting people who were not interested in our products or were not looking for it, now, we can just contact people who are looking for products similar to ours. ZoomInfo also gives us the ability to directly export our data to our CRM which also saves us a lot of time. Since using ZoomInfo, we have increased our productivity by 35% and our closing rate has also increased by an additional 30%. I wish I knew about it sooner.
