Lots of contact data but missing smaller accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info has a lot of contact data including business email, supplemental, and direct, HQ and mobile numbers. The accuracy of their contact data is also very high compared to other databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
There arent many accounts that are smaller. For my work, I have to use other databases to pull account lists, and then use ZoomInfo to find contacts for those accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate contact data, especially in the times of COVID.
Great way to get access/contact info beyond LinkedIn
What do you like best about the product?
It helps in prospecting cadence- see company or name, look up in Zoom, tailor message, send message, get meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to get better in searching for common names + companies. Would like better contact info for Federal Agency people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and makes me more productive when prospecting or looking for a contact in a particular company.

The user interface, is extremely easy to find a contact or a company, and you can navigate and understand the platform in a easy way, the way you can also look for a specific contact without going for so many steps make it an awesome tool. Also, the org charts are the best!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you see the information in a specific company is not accurate, and you know by a fact "someone" does not left the company, and there is no way to send the information to review, you can suggest an edit but the fields are limited, for example, Molex, Aldo Lopez still working at Molex, and I sent the suggestion and there was no change, same for some companies description with typos in it. that makes me doubt about the quality / accuracy of the information.
For the org charts, is hard to navigate if you are looking for an specific person, maybe would be great to have a search button in it

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right people at the right positions, that's AWESOME! also having so many filters to look for specific locations and contacts working on those locations have made it my life easier.
Finding the right companies in the right place, is a big help to prospect customers and industries, such as emerging markets and start ups.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the ease of access and the ability to easily take control of the site and use it to the fullest potential even for the newest user.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really a downside to Zoominfo, however, it would be nice to have multiple log ins at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate with all of my clients during this time of Covid when those are working from home.

What do you like best about the product?
The filter tool, being able to find the right contacts in the right positions makes my life a whole lot easier. Plus being able to export these contacts is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say there's no negative reviews from me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contacts in the correct positions helps a lot. I do IT sales, so being able to filter to strictly IT and specific positions really helps me out.

I love the easy navigation tools and I love the accuracy of data I am searching.

I have not found anything I dislike, but it would be cool if when searching, maybe the platform could give suggestions....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding contact information and business potential. The benefits I am realizing is there is MORE to my accounts than I originally thought....

The targeted lists and enhancements for databases

The price point may not justify the use of the software since a lot of individuals cannot pay the price, it works more for business purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems but the price point is high as I mentioned earlier. the benefits for me outweigh the cons. I love that I can track the lists I am speaking with at the executive level in my organization, it helps streamline communications tremendously.

I think you could do a better job updating the org charts and some of the data there is old
