What do you like best about the product?
Love how accurate the data is to use for users
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that more of the titles were more up to date to reflect LinkedIn profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
- The ability to tag and save complex searches.
- Ease of use and how quickly I was getting value from the product
- It's a good tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting org charts was a little difficult, but overall the product isn't difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I have been able to figure out who is working at organizations I am trying to sell to, while also being more informed about their business activity

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and how easy the platform is to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not all the information is available such as direct mobile numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping us find emails for contacts and this is good for reaching out with marketing material.

Ease of accessing the available data and typical number of contacts available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Similarly named entities have had a few issues having intermixed data. Need to rely on external data sources (LinkedIn, company website, etc.) to verify contact and company information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locating proper contacts without hours of datamining.

Amount of data available in one place. I have not used it enough to know what I like best
What do you dislike about the product?
limited amount of downloads per month. I can only get 1000 downloads per month 12K per year. I would like to get 50K per year

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and how accurate the information presented is. Also great integration tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how expensive it is. Itys a bit much for any small business to manage but larger ones could reap the benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the CORRECT job titles and contact information can be a struggle. Zoom Info helps with that.

Salesforce Integration
Rich data for due diligence around prospects and customers
Scoops give you credibility in the sales process
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few integration features for Salesforce I'd like to see but it's clear they are investing here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased productivity as we are better able to qualify deals in/out of the sales process
Tons of time savings by not having to spend up to 40 minutes (per account) populating accounts with critical account and contact data
Scoops offer us great insights into the opportunity and challenges facing our clients
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has to be one of the top three you look at. Frankly, it should be used to set the bar. That will make your decision easy!

Great way to do prospective with quality database

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the best database platform ever. The best thing that I like about it is the advance filter in which I am able to filter out the data according to the geography, technology stack, job role and a lot more options are there. So yes I like the advance filter the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one thing that I dislike about this tool is the price. The price of ZoomInfo is very high compared to the other tools available in the market, but on the other hand, I can say that it is worth spending on it. So yes, I can say that price is the only thing that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving problems of the database from a sales and marketing perspective. I am able to find out the right prospect with the right email and mobile number for business development, so yes this is the problem I am solving with the help of this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From my side, it is 100% recommendable for anyone out there who is looking for such a solution. A big yes from the side.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing or what I like 'best' is how simple it is to search and find the right people at the right company/s. I must add that I also greatly appreciate the granular level of detail that we are given when applying filters/variables to a search.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the search bar at the top. It is not a regular search bar - and I understand the benefit of the interactive, live search bar - and a lot of the time it will not allow me to conduct a new search, but simply shows me the last search result it gave me in the interactive section that loads up when you begin typing. I must mention, this is only something I have highlighted because I was asked for something I dislike - I generally to not dislike anything about the platform and am finding new ways to use it to better my work and output all the time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I check contacts, their details and especially their direct lines and mobile phone numbers! A benefit I have recently realised is the alert emails. I use the new contacts as an indication of who I should be engaging :)
