Zoominfo is everything an Account Executive needs to prospect and gather intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from being able to map out my entire territory and finding new contacts to reach out to, I love the daily email alerts of new contacts and account intelligence. It's also fantastic to set parameters of company size and technologies used which is 100% essential to prioritizing my outreach. The days of spraying and praying are over with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't point my finger at anything I dislike because Zoominfo offers an incredible web application + an incredibly reliable Chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an account executive who is also responsible for setting my own meetings, Zoominfo is part of my daily routine. I've tried many, many business intelligence tools but hands down, Zoominfo is the most effective.

What do you like best about the product?
the best thing about this is that it is very easy to use and compatible with hub-spot. the information provided by zoominfo is very much accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime the information available for the companies is outdated when needs to be updated very frequently. and the contact are fewer bounded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me to collect information about the industry and people. with pretty much accurate information. also helps me to cut down the time spend on other source.

A lot of information relevant to me when pursuing new logos. Contact information mostly.

Org charts are not the most accurate information

Ability to understand the customer landscape. Have been able to reach out to potential customers. We also get a view of the application and tools being used by the prospect

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with DiscoverOrg enables deep insights into organizations and influence maps, etc. I have used both tools independently throughout my career and together they are even deadlier.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it's not free! If there was a free option that allowed more information downloads you might get people hooked faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo I am solving contact information as well as hierarchical data to leverage my sales funnel and aggressively attack TAM.

The sooner you can get access to ZoomInfo the better off your sales organization will be!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Info Discover to help understand my customers. By leveraging the data in the platform I am better able to understand reporting structures, financials, and technologies in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
What can be improved on the platform is the download of the reports. Looking for editable data such that it can be incorporated into account plans and spreadsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to learn technologies and account makeup for customers that are "greenfield" for my company.

Great lead Tool- integrates easily
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the integration to desktop browser. Allows you to easily lookup and access contacts on Linked In and quickly access contact information. Has been very helpful in the digital transformation we have gone through with a mostly remote sales and delivery team.

I don't like the redeem credits system for downloading contacts.

More effectively build lead lists for direct marketing and sales teams.

What do you like best about the product?
With the pandemic reducing workforces across the country, zoom info has been so helpful in identifying who is still actively working, which can be much less of an awkward scenario then asking for someone who is no longer there. The ability to get a direct line for a contact when so many companies aren't answering their phones has been huge as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The LinkedIn button is just a search for the name in LI, it isn't very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating client contacts, finding direct phones and cell phones allows for a much more successful sales plan.

I use it every day, it saves tons of time and effort.
