Expensive but worth the price if your committed to it
What do you like best about the product?
Gets accurate access to a large database of leads, easy to integrate then back into Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive and wish it was easier to make others use it. As an admin, I use it then most and know how to leverage it but others think it's just another took at their disposal which is not great because it should be their everyday lives tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, opportunity pipeline, sales prospecting, database enrichment
ZoomInfo makes it easy to connect with new business opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps keep our team organized and can easily keep track of who we have contacted, how often, and how many are opening our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that ZoomInfo is sometimes a bit glitchy, but I have noticed many improvements over the course of our company using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving so much time not having to research businesses and find contact information.
Not what I expected but pleasantly surprised.

I like that all of the information is in one area. I don't need numerous tabs and I feel like I am more in control of the information I am using
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some integration needs to take place. For example, when importing leads from Zoominfo to Engage, we should be able to add a tag rather than add to a salesflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems are few and far between now. As I said, I don't need numerous tabs, I simply look in one spot for all of the information I am needing. I really like the intent data, I feel like that part is game changing.

Create your lists and set up a weekly email for new companies searching for intent data.

Re-entering people into a sales flow after an automatic response could use some work

Make sure to spend time on you sales flow and take advantage of the specific send times and when you clients are engaging the most with your content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the contact information for any company you are searching for. I have been able to connect with key contacts for future business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intent piece does not seem very accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with the right contacts in an organization is paramount to success. Being able to target specific companies and reach the right targets has been extremely beneficial.

The company and contact information is incredible. You will be amazed and the amount of information that Zoom has compiled.
Nifty Email Outreach Tool That Has a Low Price
What do you like best about the product?
I like how that it connects directly to Zoominfo, so if you're using both solutions it's a no-brainer. Especially if you're coming off of software like Outreach and Salesloft that have similar workflows and features. The UI is easy to use and it's easy to find enough menus on your own to get started. I like how you can send out a Salesflow on behalf of another person which is super useful. The admin menu is very easy to set up along with the lead status' which are customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit limited at this time since it seems to be a newer software. So in comparison to some other software like Outreach, it's missing a few features. From what I understand there is no A/B testing feature to test out messaging. I also find that if I open an email that I sent it shows an "open", not sure if there is some way to block that. Also, if I send a link in the first email of a sales flow, it shows a click throughout the entire thing. So technically, if I've sent multiple links, I don't know which one has been clicked or when. I also cannot see when a sales flow went out, only when it was created. I also find that if I send out a sales flow and set a step for a certain time, it sometimes does not go out and I don't know why. I also can't seem to "push" a step. Meaning, if I want to manually make one of the steps happen right now, I can't seem to do that. I can only mark completed or skip.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it currently to target specific individuals in our target companies. Zoominfo is where we collect the data and Engage is what we use to do the sequence or "Salesflow". I do find that there is a handful of contacts that end up being incorrect even if I use the Zoominfo contact confidence slider.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
All in all, Engage definitely does the job. I've been left with more to be desired but I'm able to complete my outreach. What ends up happening is I find that I run into a challenge, or need some type of information, or want to test things, and I'm either not able to figure it out or the feature is not there. Make sure you know what exact features you need in a sequencing tool before you make a decision.

I love the customer service best. Any problem you have, their a tech ready to help you fix it and that truly cares about creating the best experience possible to have a successful business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally emails sent out will go to spam, I think if zoom could fix this issue itd be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting client information, and outreach fast. Our business model is fully reliant on Zoom and its given us the opportunity to grow.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of intelligence you get about companies. This helps you prospect into new accounts and also dig deeper in your existing accounts. I also like the reports I get sent to me weekly about new companies and what they are looking at, if they are growing, etc. The direct phone numbers to some of the best contacts is extremely helpful when prospecting!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is sometimes the data isn't 100% up-to-date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new contacts, getting email addresses and direct numbers, getting into new accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's ability to very quickly identify new potential clients and enrich market detail. Where information is incorrect, requesting updates is very simple and the team are very responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little daunting when you first login in terms of where to start. However, ZoomInfo do have solid onboarding enablement and it makes sense once you have gone through the training.

What do you like best about the product?
Export of sales info in excel, employee info, variety of categories to break down sales data and hone in on specific search criteria, Scoops reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data is not always accurate, confusion about what level of access you need to obtain certain levels of data, not a lot of info about content services (Opentext, IBM, Docuware, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems with lead generation, getting data for select customers with emails and phone numbers, honing in on successful customers to contact based on company size, revenue and IT budget spend reports, gather data for product campaigns based on reported technologies (for example, can see customers use Salesforce, good target for internal product marketing campaign), use scoops for warm leads based on recent updates and activities. This has generated immediate leads to follow up on and pipeline creation

Play around with running specific search queries and try to be as specific as possible when doing lead generation to return the most efficient results.
