ZoomInfo is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to hyper focus your search to find the exact group of people you are searching for. I also like that you are able to export your tagged lists in one export rather than multiple exports in the last version of the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to start from where I left off when I leave the site and then come back later in the day or the next day. I would also like to see a function that helps update the information for each contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to fully customize my searches to my liking and I am sourcing my leads from ZoomInfo. The benefits that I've realized are that the information is accurate and the website is easy to use.

Great For Prospecting!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the insights i.e. company size, revenue, etc. I also like the intent info as that helps me in my cold calling outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like discovery.org had better navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right people to get in touch with. I use the technologies tab to determine if I am working with an install base or a net-new prospect.
Intent and Scoop data help me create relevant marketing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I love the filtering system of the advanced search function because it helps me to create very finely segmented lists of leads to market to and ultimately results in better quality leads to pass to sales. I also like that I can create a profile of our ideal customers and limit my searches to those contacts and companies. Additionally, my company is expanding to new markets. It's very helpful to check out prospecting data for our sales reps in these new markets on one hand while also changing up the required data slightly to select for potential new leads for specific campaigns in these new territories, taking a multi-channel approach to getting new business in a new market from the very beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a recent user so I'm not sure yet if this will be an issue, but I suppose I'm concerned about having enough credits to use for FormComplete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better Marketing and Sales alignment. Gives us a solid launching point for important, actionable conversations around qualifying leads. Sales and Marketing alignment is important to me and my role, but until now, it has been challenging to frame the conversation around lead scoring, etc, in a way that would actually allow us to take make marketing decisions based on our decision criteria. Lining those up with ZoomInfo advanced search variables means we can all prospect and market to audiences with the same understanding of what makes a good prospect and how to find those contacts and accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many different features that could potentially be part of your ZoomInfo subscription, so be sure to fully evaluate which ones are right for you as you demo this product. Also, don't worry about having the information you'll need to onboard the platform effectively—ZoomInfo has so many amazing education tools and videos including a comprehensive certification program to get users off the ground running.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is a great platform. So far, I appreciate all of the training resources, it is very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet. We are still new to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for having to previously buy contact lists when we enter new markets. The benefits have been equipping the sales team to access better data.
One of the Best Business Intelligence Tools Out There
What do you like best about the product?
On the technical side, I like the ease of functionality and a variety of integrations with CRM and sales engagement tools. It is super comfortable and quick to export contacts; it is great that I can find all contacts in one platform in the first place. Of course, the Intent feature and Scoops are the most beneficial when it comes to researching how companies are doing. I do research every day, and it is important to me. The Technology section can be a great way to find out what platforms companies already are using or what they are dropping. Also, love the ability to create custom search filters, lists, and ICP. That helps in daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, but I will appreciate improvements when it comes to the speed of updates. Accounts are better, because, for instance, companies get acquired way less frequently than people moving around firms. Thus, improving updates on contacts' employer and title, or retirement status, can be very helpful. It is a minimal problem but can be improved. Also, just a suggestion to include more firms in the "Similar Companies" section. It works well, but more competitors indicated there will be a good addition (considering a variety of segments as per given industry).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for finding key information I need to succeed as a BDR (accounts, contacts, company news, etc.).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend it if you want to have one platform to find and utilize sales intelligence. That does not preclude you from using others either but rather becomes a core tool.

Nothing to dislike. I like this tool a lot.

It solves problems regarding fake accounts and confirms information.

It's so fast to find contact information. -no wasted time. Highly suggest adding the extension.

sometimes info is outdated or unavailable, UX could be better but overall it's really not that bad

Easy to use and makes it so much quicker to reach out to people.

Nothing. I think it does a great job of finding the right information for the contacts.

Trying to find new opportunities and net new logos. It makes it very easy to find the right contact and has all the info to reach out to them.
ZoomInfo key driver for increased prospect interaction and pipeline generation
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo greatly contributed to my success as a Business Development Representative. The website is user friendly and provides quality information to assist in any prospecting/sales roles. I liked the signal data that provided news and trends in related industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say this is isolated to ZoomInfo, but there is always a chance of data inaccuracies, however ZoomInfo made is easy to interact with their support and sales teams if any questions were raised and we identified any questionable data points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who worked with small to medium sized businesses with a large territory of accounts, company information and employee information was scarce. ZoomInfo helped provide signal data that made the process of prioritizing accounts more efficient and ensured you were spending the right amount of time with the right people. My interactions became more conversational and relevant, which in turn helped increase meetings, generate pipeline and improve sales campaigns I was running.
