Great Product

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and results that zoom info provides - it makes finding the right companies to target easier. Without zoominfo I would not be able to find nearly as many leads that fit the industries I am trying to target. It saves me time, which saves our company money. I like that the accounts sync up to social media - making it even easier to talk to people
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdated info - but it doesn't happen often - Having the wrong contact information or outdated information is a waste of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of where to find leads. I spend most of my day hunting for target companies on zoom and have realized without it my job would be so muhc harder.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a user for many years and love how easy it is to find and pull out. From just downloading contacts to a full company profile, it helps our sales team with their prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would have the future purchase intent and past purchases/ RFP's for Public Sector accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the account better- what type of technology they are using and who is in charge of it. It helps us with a more focused message when doing direct campaigns.

Make sure you use the list match option and company profile export

What do you like best about the product?
User experience, quality of leads and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, we are in the onboarding phase. N/A
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo was purchased mainly for our corporate sales team to focus on lead generation. Coupled with the intent data, we will now have the ability to design a more targeting approach and save the team a lot of time while increasing productivity.

Great Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom let's me find the direct dial & email for key decision makers at my top prospects which allows me to circumvent the gatekeeper and ultimately expedite the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take some time for a person's information to update when they transition into different companies. Also, sometimes contact information for certain companies not provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved networking, faster sales cycles, and better visibility into decision makers at key prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has been great in terms of giving you reliable access to a company's contact information. The filter tool is beneficial when reaching out to a select title/group of employees. The export to excel feature has been very helpful in terms of building contact lists quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always accurate and is sometimes outdated. It is difficult to report incorrect information. I would like if there was an on demand tool for asking a Zoominfo employee to help you correct/update contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been beneficial for us as we shift to a new industry and make new connections.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While there are some issues with ZoomInfo's accuracy, it gives you a good overview of company and contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy getting Scoops of my accounts so I know what is going on inside their org. It also helps lead the conversations I want to have and what type of collateral to send prospects I'm looking to get in contact with for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it better if Zoominfo had better contacts in Middle Enterprise companies as well as the larger enterprise companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in contact with the correct person and getting contact information of others that might be involved as well.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a tremendous tool for category research. Choose an industry and its related verticals, and ZoomInfo puts you in the know about the respective companies and employees. . . anything from organizational structure, annual revenue, employee count, contact information and latest news. Wow. Best of all, it is not a passive site. As a licensee, I receive notifications of intent when the companies I am monitoring are considering noteworthy changes. This maximizes the relevancy of ZoomInfo. What a great resource for anyone in business development! ZoomInfo also helps "sharpen the saw" by providing a knowledge base and tutorials to support my application training. I took their sales certification class, which added a credential to my LinkedIn account. Anytime I needed extra help, I reached out and received a quick, courteous, and satisfactory response. Growing businesses should give ZoomInfo serious consideration as a sales development resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about ZoomInfo. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it. Users who don't learn the real potential of ZoomInfo are losing out. It is important to take the time to learn everything about the capabilities of ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo enables me to be "category deep" when I am prospecting for certain verticals. I have immediate access to the prospect information and contacts, which saves me valuable time. Doing my research in ZoomInfo has also helped me grow my target groups and generated new ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
the search engine is quick to find the exact results you want due to the large amount of filters provided. The in depth personalization will make it 10x easier to find exactly what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
more people in the system that are up to date, more mobile numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting for our business is critical, this tool helps alleviate that issue almost all together

What do you like best about the product?
The org chart, which employees are working for who, and the contact details are amazing so get all info in one click
What do you dislike about the product?
on the European market are not as many contact details available

We replaced Linkedin Sales Nav with Zoominfo and its really amazing, its an additional tool for us next to Lusha to get contact details

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo on a daily basis to research my accounts and select individuals to target who may find my solutions valuable. The info is accurate, up to date, and leads to me to the right targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company only subscribes to certain departments in our target companies. It would be nice to have access to other departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo saves me countless hours to find contact information for the high level prospects in my target accounts. I regularly discover new prospects by using their tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to do research on who are the key target contacts in your accounts, ZoomInfo is a very valuable tool.
