Trying to find if there is anything I like currently.

I find the interface cumbersome and the lack of in situation tutorials makes it hard to learn by doing.

What do you dislike about the product?
The zoominfo software presents deficiencies of metadata control, where its processing of e-commerce regulations, influences in the disproportionate approach of simplified analysis separations, indisposition of local data connection, dysfunctional operation for contact settings disposition, Customer hiring with unfavorable sales and marketing orientation, projections for updating presentation codes, disproportionate production of purchase orders, mismatching internal control regulations, imprecise statistical coding management, weak advertising content condition approaches are managed with this program.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration for Linkedin Sales navigator and how easy it is to import to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration for Linkedin doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts and importing them to Salesforce. I find it beneficial to mass import contacts.

When you need to find prospects (Accounts or Contacts) - there is no better tool!

"Industry" classification has been a struggle...wish there were more options and paths to look at the data in various ways...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you need help determining what Accounts to cover & what personas to go after...and then have a means to connect with them (email, phone, etc) this tool is a must have. Our ability to build pipeline has now reached new levels
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pair ZoomInfo with LinkedIn Navigator. These tools should compliment one another - not be an either or selection.

What do you like best about the product?
I like contact search and looking for phone numbers/verifying emails the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm searching for a specific contact at their current company, I have to manually type in all of their previous companies as well to see if I could find a mobile number from their previous company. I wish it was more encompassing, kind of how LinkedIn does it, where the people on Zoominfo have "profiles" (like on LinkedIn), where it lists their previous experience so you can easier link their direct/mobile numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Datadog, Zoominfo is the only tool we have for obtaining direct/cell numbers, so the problems I am solving is that I'm finding these numbers and able to call people that I otherwise wouldn't be able to. The benefits is that I am booking more meetings and ultimately bringing in revenue due to the numbers/emails I find off Zoominfo, so thank you.
A great tool for sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
With a few clicks of a button, I can find out any missing information that I require for contacts that I plan to target.
Also, the section for scoops really helps us find clients that have received new funding so we can better target a realistic client in real-time,

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would complain about is the lack of development regarding the research in the international market contact points.
Sometimes with several tabs in use it can look a bit clustered but the information gathered is well worth it.

I am able to fill in missing contact information for key clients I am targeting. Also, the organization chart really helps me find the best person to contact to get my foot in the door.
Zoom-Info is a gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I love is finding leads at prospective businesses before calling. Even when they are the wrong contact, it opens the door just to have a name and number because they're usually far more likely to help you get connected or get a sales appointment than the operator/front desk answering person who's trained to keep you out.
The other thing I love is that you can export those contacts effortlessly to salesforce! It makes prospecting a much more efficient process.

What do you dislike about the product?
For some businesses that are a little less established it is still hard to find a contact and you only have the phone number to call instead. But that is slightly expected with smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is that when you cold call a business the front desk people are likely try determine if this call is worth their time even though they are not the decision maker for that solution... having a name to ask for (even if it's wrong) allows you to by-pass them by just asking for that person instead of telling them your access message.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool but you need to learn how to use it still and you can't expect it to take the place of good old fashioned prospecting techniques like making lots of calls every day.

I need to find contacts of specific companies. ZoomInfo has helped me reach out to more companies for prospecting and find their keep decision makers.
Best Direct Phone Line Data
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of direct phone lines, especially mobile numbers which has been a life saver while being a remote SDR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the Chrome extension can be glitchy throughout updates and you'll encounter a wrong number, but only occasionally.

Getting to the right people faster and more efficiently - helps me create more opportunities.
