What do you like best about the product?
In my position as an opportunity development representative, I am always looking to connect with IT and Network Titles , Security and Operations Titles and Zoom has a clear search method that makes it easy to get to these titles as well as finding additional contact information for these titles for prospecting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the information is updated accurately, but things change every minute so I use my other resources if I am in question. I don't always find the information I'm looking for in Zoom but I use the advanced search option and submit request to the HELP DSK within Zoom for future searches
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me understand what prospects are searching for by utilizing the Intent content section of Zoom and then being able to sync data with our Sales Force platform is very useful! I am able to see when prospects are looking at my emails and if they connect with me I get notification of such!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the links to News Feeds and Articles about the companies you are prospecting to gain insight and knowledge about the key people you are trying to connect with!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has an exhaustive, constantly updated, and accurate list of data that really assists every portion of the prospecting process. If you need any information on any company, key players and decisions makers, ZoomInfo has it. Their client success team is very responsive and reactive to support, they work with you if you need absolutely anything, and are always on call to see if any data or emails / numbers have changed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo slows down my computer some and the plugin is a bit hard to use. It takes a while to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my company, we are able to identify key main points of contact. Scoops is an extremely effective method in learning pain points that a company is facing, which really comes in handy while prospecting. It is great being able to get mobile numbers through the app and we are minimizing the work needed when it comes to connecting and contacting a prospect. Additionally, it is great being able to stay up to date on what is currently happening in an industry and within a company's organization. Intent is an incredible feature that has helped us tremendously, and I highly recommend you use it too. The app is easy to use and really improves all steps of the sales process. I truly recommend ZI to sales teams everywhere out there.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo saves me a lot of time when prospecting. My job would be much more difficult and time consuming without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
This is completely understandable, but not all companies are listed. They rely on their existing database and accuracy of its contents. More contacts = better product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZI I'm able to communicate with more leaders within a company. I have more opportunities to create a relationship.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the depth of the filters. Being able to get granular with how I'm sorting information is massively helpful to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admittedly the UI can be a tad clunky at times but the core product is phenomenal. As tweaks and updates continue to come out I can only see the user experience becoming smoother over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is like the ace up the sleeve. If you're searching for information normally this could be your very first stop. Utilizing ZoomInfo has sped up my workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo has given me the tools to accomplish my sales goals. What's a better endorsement than that? The depth of information is astonishing.

Great Prospecting for your Tech Stack

What do you like best about the product?
I love the contact accuracy feature. Sometimes the info is still not correct, but moving the contact accuracy up to >93 has been great. Also love being able to add prospects from Salesforce!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes even with full accuracy selected some of the employees are not at the company no more. This is not great, as we do have a limit every month, and it is disappointing to get pulled to sfdc and the employee left the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping others to utilize our tool more. Definitely finding more personas to target than we realized. Tech stack, finding more players that were not in our old tool (Discoverinfo)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it!! Many hidden nuggets you can't find anywhere else.

What do you like best about the product?
Improved prospecting new sales leads and finding detailed contact information. Prospect and company contact information is updated frequently which has saved me a lot of time while prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be like have better details into the software solutions companies are using. It seems generalized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating contact data and verifying that contacts were still with the company. When there were no longer with the company, we would update to inactive and it would improve are email statistics.

Zoominfo offers a very thorough and mostly accurate platform for information to prospect and gather research to approach individuals for a discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo could improve the user experience when it comes to being able to quickly search as Discover allows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping me prospect and get information about companies so I can get meetings with them and sell my solution or at the very least, get my foot in the door to begin building relationships.

Get familiar with Zoominfo for a second, it has a lot of features that you will find useful. Use them.

Price. Expensive product & every feature comes with an additional cost

If budget is not a constraint - then a must-buy
