Zoominfo captures great lead info
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty reliable solution. I am usually able to get most lead's information that I am on the hunt for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Relativity slow exporting process. But, they did recently make some updates and it has since been better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering lead info like emails, phone numbers, etc.

For some sub-accounts, additional info/POC's are not listed.

Helping with demand generation and cold call campaigns. Reach out is more in-depth leading to additional leads.

Best tool to use to map out your Target Accounts!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view projects and technologies owned at a particular organization. The features to see the organizational structure and the contact information for the key influencers is hands down a huge time saver and allows you to be more targeted in your outreach. I like the feature if there is missing or stale data to request for an update. Understanding the technologies owned at an organization is super helpful so we can identify whitespace or interoperability with our solution and what they own today.
What do you dislike about the product?
People move around a lot more from one organization to another and to have fresh contact information and contacts at an account can sometimes be off. It can be difficult at times to manage your newsfeed or get a good hierarchical view of the organization you are targeting. The limited capability to export contacts from zoominfo into a CSV or directly into SFDC is a huge downside, limited to 25 contacts at a time can take a lot of time to export. DiscoverOrg use to allow you to do large bulk extractions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of knowing who are the influencers at an account what are their current projects and the ability to have fresh contact information to reach out and act on the insights you can learn from Zoominfo. I use the tool to help collaborate with my team members particularly with the BDR organization so we can block and tackle together o n the contacts we are targeting.

It is worth every penny of your investment

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best is the ability to upload prospects directly from ZoomInfo to SalesLoft or Outreach. This greatly improves my efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I enjoy most everything about ZoomInfo, I do occasionally run into inaccurate phone number or outdated information. Other times, the contact only has a corporate HQ number versus a direct line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While using ZoomInfo I am able to directly reach out to customers and prospects without having to use a phone tree and hope I reach the right person or department. ZoomInfo allows me to be efficient and more effective in my daily activity.
ZoomInfo is an absolute gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find accurate contact info, build lists, scoops, data intelligence, corporate hierarchy's, etc. I especially enjoy the google plug-in which allows me to see if contact data is readily available at any given time. It's an awesome tool overall and it's gotten to the point where it's necessary for sales folks both inside and field to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used both legacy Discover.Org and ZoomInfo. The old versions have integration challenges with Dynamics 365. The new instance has improved dramatically. I'm currently on the legacy Discover.Org version but will be upgrading to the new instance in January 2021.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to find accurate data especially with mobiles for key prospects. The 2020 climate has made it more important to connect directly with folks as most businesses are remote.

It's an incredible tool for data intelligence, industry insights, and accurate contact information for prospects and customers. You can also customize lists and modify as needed which is really advantageous.
Unfiltered feedback I'd have is it's just like any other tool out there. "What you put in is what you get out". It can help reap great rewards and initiate meaningful conversations, but it takes proper effort initially/foundationally speaking to create a meaningful regimen/process to get the results you're looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to find all listed contacts within a company, and I like the browser widget that populates contact information into PCR so that I can build out my pipeline easily and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find much of the information can be outdated at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to find the personal email/cell phone numbers of many contacts that I would not have had access to without this tool. This is so very helpful as I work in an industry where these contacts are not usually available for phone calls during normal work hours due to being with clients.
Quick and helpful organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to submit requests for researching specific contacts as well as reporting structures within key organizations. This research is integral in strategic mapping to help close deals

There are often limitations to contact info and reporting structures at email-based companies. This can be improved

Identifying reporting structures and contact information. Also used to qualify companies based on size/revenue/industry
Zoominfo - essential for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly manage lists, add pertinent contacts, and interface with other key applications (Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin etc.) make ZoomInfo an essential tool for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any application, there's a small learning curve, but it's not a difficult program to use overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding additional companies and contact in the industries and geo's that I cover. ZoomInfo widens the net that you're casting.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the organizational information followed by the financial and technology. This information provides the means to create executable strategies.

On occasion company and employee information is not available.

It is crucial to know who the key users and approvers are of software and how to contact them. ZoomInfo gives me this advantage.
