My experience with Zoominfo has been great
What do you like best about the product?
Cell phone numbers. With the majority of the workforce working from home for a months at a time due to the covid-19 pandemic having cell phone numbers was crucial to my success. Even without the pandemic, I work in construction tech and the majority of the project managers I speak with are not office dwellers anyways so being able to catch them while they're out and about and not just early morning/late afternoon was key. Lastly, ZoomInfo Intent was a gamechanger the last couple of months giving me great insight into which companies may have in interest in the generic field I'm selling into.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought with ZoomInfo Intent that while it would be unreal to get the company and what they were looking up, I oftentimes would get a list of contacts who searched to be generic CEO, CFO, and one other person. I understand the limitations and it's a minuscule compliant that I had to reach for to find something I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cell phone numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's super simple, play around it in for 10 minutes and you'll have it figured out.
Great tool for tracking down prospects
What do you like best about the product?
It takes seconds to find all ways to contact decision makers. No need to spend time trying to find correct information. All of the work is done for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes information is outdated or employees have switched companies/retired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don’t spend unnecessary time having to guess emails and call multiple people for contact information. It’s all done for you and super user friendly.
As a Senior SDR, I can not imagine not having Zoom Info.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Mobile and Direct Numbers are provided and its great for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its kind of tricky to use for prospecting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of not being able to reach certain contacts. Its a huge benefit to have direct and mobile numbers provided for when you can not reach your contact via the office phone or the receptionist.

It's a great tool. Again, I would be lost without after using it.

The best thing about this tool is that you can easily push data to outreach that to in your sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of data needs to be improved.

We are able to find the targeted company and leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of how easy ZoomInfo makes it to get information about the prospects I am going after. A large majority of the time, the phone number and e-mails provided are accurate, which makes it easy to connect with the people I am trying to sell to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is the rare occasion where the information is outdated, for example of an employee leaves the company it may take a while for that to appear on ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of difficulty reaching stakeholders who would have an interest in the services I am selling. The information provided in ZoomInfo makes it easy for me to find the appropriate targets, thus saving me tons of time on a day-to-day basis.

Not all of the information is 100% accurate, so be careful

Hunting down prospects and managing them in an orderly manner. ZI makes this very easy

The ease of use is unmatched. With a very well designed layout all necessary information is visible and accessible, and it’s very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but I’d like info on more companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use ZoomInfo when prospecting. I rely heavily on its insight into employee count, HQ location, and employee contact info.

Use ZoomInfo! It’s an incredible tool that adds so much value to my work.

Customizability, different views and filters, lots of data
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering experience isn't that intuitive. A bit difficult to export reporting since fields are not as dynamic. I find the pre-merger zoominfo to have better integrations with linkedin and chrome.

Data cleansing. prospect contact info. Market size analysis.

This is the best tool in the market.
Flexible and Versatile - Very helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Depth of contacts, org charts, intent data, scoops are all used frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part, mobile numbers are accurate, but occasionally I'll get one that's wrong or to someone's personal cell which is sometimes received with confusion or frustration - But that's a consequence of sales in 2020.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting first and foremost. Direction within a target account of which departments in given organizations are deepest.
Easy way to find prospect info.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Chrome extension. It allows me to easily find contact info for prospects (and love that it immediately loads the prospect info if you're on their LinkedIn page). I also LOVE scoops. It lets me make better decisions about which accounts to prioritize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the info isn't accurate - of course it's hard to keep track of millions of people's data, but I do wish it were more up to date. Also, this is picky, but I don't like that the extension just hangs out on the side of my browser. Even though I can temporarily get rid of it, I wish there was an option to never have the tab on the side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to quickly find contact info for my prospects. This has helped a ton since beginning to work from home - I'm calling more cell phones and like having this solution to help me find that info.
