Superb Tool - Upgrade your Company and Lead Research + Intent Data

What do you like best about the product?
Advanced Search. This feature really allows you to dig in and find out extremely specific details about Companies. From # of Software engineers to technologies used + ranking. Scoops are a huge plus, this is public news about companies as well as ZoomInfo data about certain pain points and projects.
Save and subscribe to searches with your preferences, get daily updates about companies or contacts.
Great UI/UX design, there was a lot of effort put into this platform. Knowledge center is excellent, there are a lot of webinars and quick videos to show you exactly how to do things in the platform.

Sync to Salesforce works very well and is easy to design the tables and fields that need to be synced.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to be careful with syncing data into Salesforce or exporting data, there is as monthly limit.
Enriching your database costs credit too. There needs to be careful thought on how to use your credits throughout the year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits is getting the right information about companies and Leads with very specific searches about ranking, job functions, # of employees, revenue range and company size. The problems I am having is making sure I am not going over the views and monthly sync allowance, plus enriching the data is a

bit complex and is recommended that someone goes over the settings with you just to make sure it doesn't use all of your credits.

Sometimes email and phone numbers are not as accurate as I would like, but no complaints

Business insight is critical to helping customers succeed. ZoomInfo allows me to stay abreast of what is happening within my customers and prospects, allowing me to be a more valuable resource for them and their business. I can honestly say I can attribute success to the information I have found on ZoomInfo

What do you like best about the product?
When I am contacting a client I need to know information about their company so they see that I have looked them up and are interested in helping them market to their clients. They hear me state true facts that I found on ZoomInfo and start to feel more comfortable talking to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A I have not discovered any dislikes using ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me to know who my client is without really having to know them. There's a vast amount of information in ZoomInfo that helps make sales happen faster. It's a huge bonus when you want to find emails and phone numbers in a snap.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend anyone working in marketing to use the powerful tool ZoomInfo!

Great insight into organizations in close to real-time -- affords opportunities to reach out and strike up relationships authentically ...

There is so much data and trend information available ... can be overwhelming of you are not focused on your task at hand ... also some information is outdated, but that is true of all database services ...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing contact information for prospects as well as genuine, relevant, and timely insights into prospective prospects
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a set of clear goals on what you want to accomplish with ZoomInfo data ... the unfocused user can end up down a rabbit hole of layer upon layer of data

Also make sure you fully leverage all of the integrations (Salesforce, chrome extension, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Zoom info is the accuracy and the ability to pull information into SFDC to better help us know who we should target using our ABM approach
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say i dislike was it was different than I was used to when demoed by our SFDC admin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving is having more accurate information with the personas we need in comparison to what we used before

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo is having all information pertaining to businesses in one place. That includes subsidiary and affiliate businesses, contact information with direct LinkedIn link, an downloadable business card for Outlook, and financial information and reports. Last but not least, updates on selected business activities another intelligence tool for maximizing prospecting conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spending time verifying the contacts information is current.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to relevant contacts. This allows me to maximize prospecting time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is a great tool for accessing relevant contacts quickly with information about the contact as well as easy access to LinkedIn for making connections to each contact. Makes like much easier as a Sales professional.

ZoomInfo saves time for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I like the match list feature where I can paste my target account names into a search. From there I can quickly find the relevant contacts for those companies and quickly export the contact details into Salesforce. This saves a tremendous amount of time. I also use ZoomInfo to link contact information to contacts I find from Sales Navigator.
What do you dislike about the product?
The org chart is not accurate or just not complete enough. It is always difficult to navigate the buyer chain of command and I'd love to see more accurate tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo for account planning and prospecting. The data lets me know what my target accounts are interested in with Scoops and what technology stack they have today. I used to use several tools for this data but now I only use LinkedIn and ZoomInfo. This saves time allowing me to spend more time selling which results in more revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive the tool is and their database is amazing, but the customer support we get from our Customer Success Mgr and Account Mgr is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downside to using Zoom as everything has been better than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct POC along with company information such as tech stack. Zoom has cut my search time down tremendously and the application has so much to offer it has helped out my team more then we anticipated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Going with ZoomInfo is a no brainer. Great application with outstanding support.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the information on zoom info has really helped my productivity increase!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I could say that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo, I was able to narrow the margin of possible prospects which in turn allowed me to reach decision makers! The benefit I realized was that my time spent on the phone became efficient and produced results.
