We use ZoomInfo as a primary source to conduct market research on our target market. It helps us in narrowing down to organizations which can be a potential buyer of our services.

This can act as a single source of data which you might need while research your target market and also makes the task of finding prospects easier and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Given the current WFH environment, direct lines and office lines are a huge miss. But being able to get Mobile numbers of my prospects is key for cutting through the noise and getting someone on the phone live.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find information that's out of date - which I can expect - but sometimes people who exist on ZI don't on LinkedIn or elsewhere which gets confusing if they use a shorthand of their name or go by a completely different name.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting intent data on what companies are buying for their tech stack is helpful when prospecting and learning which accounts are ripe for a transition to our platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a high demand for titles in a company. Zoominfo helps me with that info for cold calling

Integration is seamless and very easy to use the product. Quality and accuracy of data is also good.

Some enrichment fields are still not available in API and needs to be enriched by batch mode.

It's well formatted and has mobile numbers.

Sometimes it lags a bit and is slow to navigate

Benefits are the obvious: unbelievable amount of contact info including mobile numbers. Problems are just that sometimes it has outdated information or can be slow to load.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Double check contact info with LinkedIn, to ensure it is up to date and they are still at their presumed companies/roles.

What do you like best about the product?
I a few things about Zoom:
-The layout of the information is good.
-Easy to find who reports to whom
- I really like the fix it option and the quick response time on them.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still struggle with a few big accounts, for eg Intel is not available in zoominfo.
Secondly, the integration in salesforce is good but really difficult to use. when i'm building accounts for campaigns, i struggle between the SFDC integration and the google ext for Zoominfo.
right now building accounts is the biggest nightmare. Too many issue that need to be fix.
Also by the info is not recent. i constantly have to check linkedin to make sure if the person still works with the company or not.

Building database for campaigns. All the people are can be found on this platform. Its definitely really good.

What do you like best about the product?
It was great to be able to learn the platform in an engaging way. Wade was very animated and made the hour of training go quick. He new the platform well and was able to answer all questions and navigate easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we would have had time to see the new parts of the tool we added on with our upgrade such as intent and websights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a marketing perspective, we are trying to give sales visibility into the time of companies that have an interest in the type of software that we offer. Also, trying to get visibility into which companies are on our website. Hoping to be able to get rid of another tool that gives us this visibility and move fully into ZoomInfo.

Their platform helps us ramp up sales hires fast, but I specifically like that it integrates with our Salesforce environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of growth, change, and acquisition activity happening within the ZoomInfo ecosystem right now. That doesn't always create a consolidated customer experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps with sales growth line ramp and quota achievement. It also helps maintain a clean and accurate CRM.
Great source for contact info and leads!
What do you like best about the product?
Initially, I used ZoomInfo solely for getting contact info for my target accounts. While they are great at this, and it's still my #1 use case, I have recently found huge value in looking at companies Technology stacks for my competitors and for solutions where I know we have tight integrations. This, combined with their alerts on scoops, gives me something immediately to talk about when I get a prospect on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the fact that my company won't upgrade to the new version that provides more mobile numbers and has a larger set of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going into a meeting armed with the information I can get from ZoomInfo definitely sets me apart from my competitors and lets my prospects know I've done my research. Additionally, their customer service has been outstanding in helping me finding information and providing tutorials to help me easily take advantage of their more advanced features. ZoomInfo definitely helps me get to the decision-makers faster, and helps me prioritize my outreach based on where I know there is a good fit for the products I'm selling. I couldn't do my job without it!
Game Changer for Cold Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the feature to track businesses and get alerts when there are any pertinent updates that may be a compelling event for you to reach out and leverage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight breach in the integrity of data due to attrition of employment for potential prospects, there is limited data for some smaller companies (not sure if there is a way to request ZoomInfo to cultivate data for them, but that would be amazing), and I dislike the fact that I cannot configure the "Scoops" widget to tailor what information comes across it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of finding prospects to sell to. It is quite valuable to have a prospects cell number, especially this year considering the mass work from home orders. It is a direct line of communication to who I want to speak with.
