ZoomInfo Helps Us Get Meetings!!!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's user friendly and easy. The fact that it integrates with SFDC to import is huge! My team has been able to streamline the processes and hit our end goal of meetings. Also, you can use ZoomInfo director from the salesforce connector all in 1 place to find contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there are some missing contacts compare to other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to get better contacts to get more meetings. With Zoom, we were able to have visibility into more contacts which has led to more meetings which = more sales. They have sales "scoops" that give us insight into projects and initiatives within our territories for comapies.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Love the Chrome extension. Highly accurate. If it isn't correct, there is an easy way to notify their team. I love their Scoops and Insights and the ability to find similar "best customers" based on my criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chrome extensive can be wonky sometimes when working with Salesloft. Doesn't transition to new prospect immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Numbers,emails change. People leave companies. My team needs real time, quick accurate contact info on to the people they are trying to connect with.

Great tool for prospecting and getting business insights

What do you like best about the product?
I like the op alerts feature. It gives me insights to companies that I wouldn't usually know about. I also like how it is refreshed each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there isn't a lot of insights on the smaller companies. Overall great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get a company background information before I ever speak with them. It is great to see the different locations and who reports to who.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at the amount of info provided. Also, they have great support

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the best tool I have used in all my years in sales. This tool allows me to get updated information on people in companies I need to reach. The information is not old and is accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love everything about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is always a disconnect in trying to reach someone that you have not spoken to or do not have their email address. Having access to ZoomInfo and having the opportunity to have full contact information including direct dials and mobile numbers is priceless.

What do you like best about the product?
The search functions on ZoomInfo are very simple. They make it easy to be efficient and quick while prospecting into different companies or titles.

I also love the competitors function that ZoomInfo has making it easy to access all the information in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside to ZoomInfo is that it is sometimes slow to load. I also wish there was a way to export lists with emails and phone numbers included this would speed up the prospecting process!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the ability to get accurate data for our sales reps!

What do you like best about the product?
I feel like it's intuitive to use and the saving of lists is great. Having the functionality to bulk upload contacts is great. It makes it really easy to add a large number of leads into an email drip and then transition them into a more targeted outreach once their interactions have increased. Also, being able to filter to very specific job titles and roles helps make sure that personalization is as high as possible which helps the return on closed won leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information can get jumbled when a prospect changes roles. So, data cleanup would be great or if the user could submit updates to ZoomInfo that would be helpful too. Also, it can be tough if your CSV file doesn't map over to your sequencing platform leaving you stuck to manually map the data lines to ensure the information is complete and correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we're able to prospect more efficiently and be able to bulk load prospects into SFDC directly which is very convenient. From there, I can take the leads that I've imported and segment them into either target market, targeted company size, or targeted job title. Having this functionality makes sequencing my leads to a very personal level much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just ensure you're double checking the date that the contact was last updated. Other than that the platform is very easy to use and is great for gather data from a BDR perspective. As for marketing I haven't used the platform for any research there but would be open to comparing it to our existing tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate contact information of the proper contacts from various companies all across the US. Compatible with our CRM + help me outperform my goals on a monthly basis.

Sometimes the information is incorrect or outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the best contact at a certain company. Finding that contact's direct contact information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to help you find the best contact at specific companies & also find their direct contact information. It also integrates with a number of leading technologies which helps me work more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The plethora of contacts available make the platform great for finding new leads. I also love the daily/weekly reports with hot accounts, allowing you to see who is looking for our services in the market place
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be intimidating if you are not familiar with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems! I wish at times there were more contacts available but most of the time the information is correct. The benefits are getting our product in front of more people

What do you like best about the product?
Our team went through a very detailed assessment when reviewing possible lead gen tools. The initial requirement list focused on quantity of Company/Contact data within our TAM, Quality and accuracy of that data, and administrative / support capabilities.

Going through the demos, trial run, and even during implementation we continued to uncover even more features within the system that exceeded our expectations.

A few features I really liked that I was not fully aware of the capabilities until implementation were:

1. mapping specific attributes of a company (you can actually map over specific values you care about, for example if I want Zoominfo to pull in accounts that have 'Microsoft Dynamics CRM' as a product, i can create a custom field and choose to ONLY map that over
2. There are workflows that allow you to auto-add records based on criteria. This means you constantly add new records that fit your TAM so you do not miss out
3. Intent is AMAZING. It is worth it. Use Intent during the trial period and it will prove it's value.
4. Control over imports. I like that Admins can control # of records uploaded into SFDC at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about the product itself, but the price is certainly not the cheapest on the market. However, you get what you pay for and the trial itself proved the ROI
