What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. I enjoy using Tags for accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
That it does not create an account in SF if one is not already created
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting. Easier way to tag prospects and companies

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides both data for contact information as well as organization structure which is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contact information and 'scoops' can be a bit dated or a lagging indicator from my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is the biggest benefit, I can quickly identify the reporting structure of a department and finding out who is the best contact to progress a sales opportunity to close.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that ZoomInfo gives quality contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the data regarding company value isn't always all that accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach more folks, and I have been able to increase my reach and my companies revenue with it.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of contact information and the real time company updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to update contact information when someone is no longer in the role. The technology isn't always up to date either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not knowing which contacts to reach out to within a company. I am also able to see what technology the companies are using which helps me to further understand their business.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate and easy to find data. Most relevant for find the right decision maker in your market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to provide services for single use users. Luckily I have a team that we can justify the cost for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding my target market of business to prospect into. The ability to filter from rev, employee count, divisions, direct dials vs emails etc. Overall its an amazing database that if managed properly you can really get a lot of traction.

What do you like best about the product?
Information is largely accurate, saves so much time looking for emails and numbers. Quite amazing in the fact that I was spending a lot of time doing things like calling up receptionists and looking this up manually through things like Hunter, and now things are so much easier because I don't have to do that anymore and wow its like so cool. Its also super user friendly and it rarely ever breaks down, integratfes so well with salesforce and the other tools I use such as Outreach. Really I would recommend this software to everyone is sales because it just makes life so easy and life so great. I mean my commissions have improved so much after using zoominfo just so I can spend more time actually doing sales, and planning out my day, and learning, and I don't have to do all that manual stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes emails bounce back and calls don't work, but of all the data software, this is definitely the best one I used. So like sometimes zoominfo information something leads to bounce backs but you can easily just adjust it and say its a wrong email so you don't have to keep sending the exact same one. Also, this problem can make it slightly difficult to do things like sending out mass emails to a bunch of different people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems with looking up verifying emails and numbers. Saved time and allowed me to spend more time selling

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can research companies that are looking for the type of service that my companies provides. I am also able to search by locations easily and find companies that fit what I am looking for especially for particular employees that prefer one industry over another for lead generation lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information is not updated fast enough. Have called several people that have been retired for years from the company and their information is still in zoom. When I export contact information into CRM all the data from ZoomInfo does not get exported and I have to manually enter some key information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get the correct contact information for the employee we need to reach instead of just calling and getting passed around different departments depending on who answers the phone. Major benefit is being able to see the companies that are researching now for the services my company provides. Using Intent searches has helped make the calls at the right time when companies are looking to onboard new carriers and/or having issues with current transportation providers. Finding the companies that are actually looking for the services/product you provide has had less cold calling failures and getting more responses from cold call emails/voicemails etc. when that company is looking for what you can provide them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo cuts down on lead generation and helps get you connected to the correct people in a company.

What do you like best about the product?
Very informative and thorough. Information seems to all be up to date and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform requires a few extra clicks to ensure no cross-over or 'double-pulling' of information across a larger sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New contacts and opportunity creation from these contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo has been a great prospecting and lead gen tool. The availability and completeness of the data are great to work with and help out tremendously with our sales initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the intent feature. It is an extremely user friendly tool that generates prospects based off of AI that are likely to be open to conversations. The news feed feature is amazing...funneling companies and leads to the homepage based off of activity. also LOVE the extension. Makes prospecting much easier! I LIVE in zoominfo!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the company size is off and location is off.
I would like to be able to search with zip code range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding the correct contacts with accurate contact information. Scoops and insights are invaluable updates that help me craft prospecting e-mails and make more informed cold calls.
