ZoomInfo Intent shows who is interested.

Nothing - the UI is very powerful & easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Intent shows us who is looking for solutions like ours - we then research similar companies in ZoomInfo and download the relevant contacts at this expanded list of companies to expand our prospect database of contacts who are likely (by the Intent data) to be interested in our solution. We then use our SalesTalk AI engine to generate specific (RELEVANT) emails and call opening statements using AI to mine all the company and contact data, i.e. Industry, Company size, Technology Stack, Titles, etc.) so we will be immediately RELEVANT when we reach out to the ZoomInfo identified prospects. ZoomInfo's WebSights shows us many companies who anonymously visited our website. WebSights even shows how often they visited our website as a signal of who we should reach out to first through researching the contacts using the ZoomInfo Contact data for those companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce iFrame, ReachOut Chrome Extension, Locations & Hierarchies, Contact Accuracy Scores, Export to Salesforce w/Dupe Checking and too many others to count.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most platforms, data accuracy isn't always perfect but as good as they come.
So much data, it can sometimes be challenging to navigate a record to find exactly what you're looking for.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I lead a Sales Development team and sourcing and validating prospect data is a key component of the role, so we're not so much solving a problem as addressing a critical need.
The biggest benefit is reasonably easy access to predominantly accurate prospect data; companies and people.

What do you like best about the product?
The data is terrific. Particularly the cell phone #'s are amazing, direct offices # and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that I dislike is that sometimes the pulled on company size could be a little more accurate.
The only other thing that I don't like is that Zoom makes it difficult to correct the data that isn't right and also they make it difficult to submit requests for prospects that aren't in Zoom but should be listed there.

Many more meetings I have gotten because of Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
When I need correct phone numbers to call my customer contacts, I can depend on ZoomInfo to provide that data. I also love to read the scoops to give me ideas on which of our services I will call and offer my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then the job titles of contacts are not as up to date as I find on Linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to locate more accurate phone numbers in ZoomInfo than our Salesforce system has. I can locate additional contacts working in IT which is my target group to work with.

Take the courses in the Zoom University - they are fantastic!
Good for prospecting, finding contacts, and efficiently building out call lists

ListMatch - allows you to important lists of prospect accounts and quickly pull a list of all contacts

Wrong numbers, not updating people who are no longer with an organization (especially when it had been for years)

Finding valid contacts, building out lists gives more time back in the day

Zoominfo allows me to contact people the way they want to be contacted, by phone, email, LinkedIn, and in these times, having access to mobile numbers is very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No database is going to be perfectly up to date, but the more and more accurate the data, the better! It's very helpful when people who have moved on have been removed/updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, ZoomInfo has allowed me to reach out to people on mobile, often the only way they can be reached. This is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides consistently accurate data, which has driven a tangible impact on my sales results over the past year in prospect calls and leads converted. It is a great tool to use for understanding org charts and hierarchies within organizations for prospecting and broader account intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the ZoomInfo user interface can be cumbersome to use, with so many filters and ways to navigate to the same set of information. It would also be beneficial to have the ability to export contact lists to CSV files for easier use for campaigns in email marketing tools such as Yesware.

Driving opportunity creation through list building at prospect organizations and expanding contact reach within existing customer base.

I recommend becoming ZoomInfo certified to best understand the full suite of tools available to you. There is a lot to uncover within the product and ZoomInfo provides a significant amount of training resources to best get the your users ramped and using the product to the best of its abilities.

What do you like best about the product?
How comprehensive the org structures are is really helpful when trying to work the organization. The revenue data is more accurate than other providers, and the intent data is really really helpful for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much to dislike. I think that the interface is fairly intuitive but the integration with salesforce does not stay logged in, you must log back in each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding cell phone numbers, finding other contacts, importing contact information to salesforce easily. Our team uses Zoominfo regularly if they are ever curious to know anything about the companies that they are working with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you consider when you need the data to be enriched, as many enrichment tools are unable to perform real-time enrichment. I would make sure to go through a trial period for this product prior to making any purchases.

Able to find the right prospects and insights about the companies across various regions. Filters are very apt and useful. I use it for business development and marketing activities. Apt and updated data is available. Contacts are easily available for various sectors across globe. Zoominfo can easily be integrated with various other platforms. Organizations information is available and can used for your reference, if required . Efficient and effective data is available for different professional users.

Sometimes the location filter don't work properly but this is rarely. Apart from that each and every thing in Zoominfo is perfect. Otherwise if you apply various other filters as per your preference and requirement , it works well.

With the help of Zoominfo , I am able to extract the right information in various formats and it has user friendly interface.
Complete mapping of the accounts is done through Zoominfo. I use it for market intelligence also.
Data can be exported easily to other platforms like HubSpot, excel and other formats. All the relevant stakeholders can be mapped easily and their information like email id, business contact, phone and mobile number , and their location is available for reach out so that good sales pipeline ca n be achieved .

The added details are great and the Chrome extension is extremely convenient.

Having more people in the data base is always better and some of the info is outdated but not too much.
