Onboarding & Training better than any other B2B tool I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding and training process was by far the easiest I've ever used. They started by getting a good understanding of our business and our needs and tailored from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint so far is the accuracy of data. We specifically use email addresses and they tend to come back with only 80% accuracy. I understand this is the nature of the data, but this seems to be less accurate than the 92% we were sold on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily and quickly fill the top of our marketing funnel. While our sales process is longer, in the first few months we've seen some success with sales & marketing engagement.

Fantastic Tool With Amazing Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The enablement for this tool is great. For new users, a tool with these capabilities can be a bit daunting to use but the enablement provided at go live and the training collateral that the user homepage directs people to is fantastic. The challenge with a lot of tools nowadays is that their features are great but with no enablement it's hard for a user to rely and adopt them in their process. By addressing this gap, Zoominfo has become a "go to" tool for me and my orgs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exporting into CRM feature is great but there are some minor gaps in it that I dislike quite a bit. There are a lot of data points you can filter on when building a list but when it's time to export that into your CRM not every data point can sync over and you'll need to rely on doing a mass excel enrichment export. I will say that it's only a few data points and the team has been great at either finding a work around or solving it in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving our ability to go after our TAM and enabling our team to focus on prospecting activity rather than researching which accounts to strategically target. The benefit here is the time saving we've been able to build in the early sales prospecting phase.
Great Database That Makes Prospecting Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The searches are very in depth and can dial into exactly what you need. Can save searches and get updates frequently. The information is very accurate as long as it’s above a score of 90.
What do you dislike about the product?
The engage tool is really buggy. Supposed to automate emails sent out but it tends to get stuck a lot at various stages meaning you have to go in and do it manually....defeating the purpose of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to gather multiple sets of really specific prospecting lists.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoominfo to have relevant information on companies and prospects.

Many things are going on in the user interface that can be too much for beginners.

With the Intent feature, it allows me to identify companies that are actively looking for my products.

What do you like best about the product?
Most complete list of contacts with good phone numbers, including cell numbers. Generally up to date, and are responsive when given updated information.
What do you dislike about the product?
When searching very large companies there is a need to confirm information through other sources - there can be duplicates / stale info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good contact information, good company insight, good competitive information, and I love the org chart view.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using ZI for prospecting to large corporates, make sure you have the version that provides the org chart view.

Good sales intelligence platform,can collect multiple leads with appropriate filters while search for contacts.

Don't get direct phone numbers or emails always.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform records a wealth of information on companies and I have found it to be extremely accurate. It is easy to use and navigate and the Intent module is a must have as it quickly identifies prospective opportunities based on keywords you define to the system,
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike. I use it everyday and find it extremely valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and connecting with C level contacts is difficult unless you have ZoomInfo.
