What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to use, a lot of features, intent function if accurante could be huge
What do you dislike about the product?
Intent function hasn't generated anything yet, accuracy of emails is pretty low as well

Prospecting is much easier - to early to tell if any benefits have been realized

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the contacts and the different ways to filter. There is a ton of data available, and I keep finding new criteria to refine my search. It has really helped our team to connect with different buyers and expand our stakeholders within one org.The buyer intent data and web sights features are a great addition and allow us to have a much more targeted approach with our prospects and customers. The CSM and account management support is also very good and I've found the team to be very flexible and have helped me find specific data points that can help drive our business forward. The ability to add contacts straight into sales force is also very convenient. I also really like that we can integrate and cleanse our existing contacts in salesforce, which allows us to target existing customers more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a minor issue, but I'd like to have a more convenient way of updating the buyer intent key words. I also think that there could be an improvement in the way you search for contacts within a company as it does not always show you the best results straight away. There is definitely an opportunity for Zoom info to create specific industry platforms as different industries require different data sets, such as more specific healthcare plan data. Since some of the data we need is not available, we had to purchase an additional market intelligence tool to supplement the zoom info data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info helps us contact whoever we want to speak to and sell our services since the data is so accurate. We are also able to launch new product lines very quickly, even if there is a different stakeholder involved that we've never made contact with before. We have launched a number of new services this year so zoom info has been an integral part of our sales stack. The buyer intent data and web sights features are a great addition and allow us to have a much more of an account based marketing approach and develop a dark funnel of buyers already searching for our services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Negotiate hard on price. Its an extremely valuable tool, but entry pricing can be high.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales guy, ZoomInfo is the best tool for creating a prospecting list in 2020. I can't even begin to quantify the amount of time we've saved on JUST list building, let alone the other parts of our sales cycle. The quality of the data is second to none. I personally created a lead list on a Monday, and by the end of the week, had brought in $12,000 in new MRR. Having accurate contact and intent data is absolutely critical for anyone in a sales role.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could change one thing, it'd be giving the users the ability to purchase add-ons and more bulk credits on our own w/o needing to schedule a time to speak with my account rep. Sometimes I find myself low on credits and have to frantically email my account manager to get me a new contract with more credits added to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we've solved using ZoomInfo is drastically reducing the amount of time we spent on finding qualified contacts to reach out to. Leveraging the scoops and intent functions have helped us identify ready-to-close opportunities that we'd have otherwise missed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about how much revenue you currently generate. Now consider how much more you could generate if you were able to shorten your sales cycle by 50% (more for us!)

What do you like best about the product?
Fast -the salesrep contacted me right away, and gave me the contact info I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Community membership is not yet working, but I am hopeful it will be resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing some outreach to specific people within companies relevant to our client. Acquiring internal names/contact phone numbers has been very helpful, especially for large corporations with those voice messaging systems (no receptionist) that are impossible to navigate.

Sometimes the information is a little outdated.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support team is awesome. Very responsive to the needs of our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major and If things are not correct the team is quick to fix.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with CRM, ability to find contact information quickly.

The integrations are helpful but constantly changing - once you have your method down they will make an update and you will need to change your approach.

Fast information to contact information that cannot be found elsewhere.
Easy to use, sometimes a bit outdated
What do you like best about the product?
The contact information you find is highly reliable for phone numbers, emails , etc. Rarely do I call wrong numbers or have emails bounce. Zoominfo integrates easily with Salesforce and makes for a fairly seamless process in outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the frequency of how I understand Zoominfo gets their data, some contacts are outdated. As a result I usually look first at Linkedin to find the people I want to reach out to and then find them in Zoominfo to easily pull contacts. This is one extra step, but nothing too inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding reliable contact information for the people I want to reach out to and getting a gauge of the overall size of any unknown companies (annual rev, employee size, etc.). Benefits are mainly in regards to having reliable contact information which is essential.
