Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I get texhnographics data and locations for multi site accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is inaccurate data but this comes with every platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts, intent/engagement data, location data and relevant accs we don't prospect to yet
Zoominfo is the best, i've tried cognism and a couple others, nothing compares

mobile phone numbers, email addresses etc, so good

no link to linkedIn profiles. would like the time to appear for every contact so i know when to call

providing accurate data so i can call and email - its generating a lot of meetings for me, i'm a very strong cold caller on the phone
ZoomInfo is essential for me to complete my day to day job.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the quantity of contacts ZoomInfo has for each company I am reaching out to. It is easy for me to see which ones have email addresses and the information is far more accurate then other prospecting tools I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have ever had with ZoomInfo is that it has gone down a handful of times and I have been unable to export contacts into my salesforce. Occassionally the contacts are no longer with the company they are listed under as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo sales helps me to find a large quantity of prospects from companies I am trying to do business with. It makes it easy for me to filter through large companies and export the ideal personas directly into my CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find contacts that I missed or did not give me a business card is priceless. The gives you hot leads to work on. Overall, it is a great tool that is easy to use

I had some issues starting my trial account and getting that set up.

Necessary for Sales Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the most useful aspects of ZoomInfo Sales is the advanced search capabilities that provides reliable contact information for key decision-makers. I appreciate the Intent data that helps me to tailor my search to potential clients who are actually searching for what I'm selling. It' s been a game-changing tool for our team and I use it daily. The training we received was very helpful in getting started, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides aren't too many. We were not able to integrate with our CRM because we're currently on prem, so we missed out on that benefit. I'd like to be able export my list all at once instead of in increments. The price was quite a sacrifice for our small team. I wish it was available to individual salespeople as well as teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before ZoomInfo, our leads had become outdated. It helps me to check my contact information against ZoomInfo. With the Intent feature, I'm able to narrow my search to leads who need my services.

Accuract of some of the account research data . For example the number of location data capture field is very inaccurate

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of finding customers and potential clients' information. Great for finding Corporate addresses and phone numbers.

Sometimes the data is not correct. I found this mostly with revenue. ZoomInfo often reports lower revenue information than the company or other data sources report. Also, sometimes contact information is out-of-date.

Improvements to Intent, making it easier to prioritize outreach to accounts that are actively researching these topics.

Still think the reporting and WebSights data could be better. Very hard to find relevant information

Prospecting and monitoring account engagement. Plus the scheduled enrichment is really helping our data quality and hygiene.
My personal review
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to export contacts/leads to your Salesflow in ZoomInfo Engage in a friendly way. It has a lot of filters to better find the best leads you can reach out. You can also use Intent to better find companies that are looking what you offer. In my case, I use it to identify companies looking for Outsourcing services. Easy and friendly to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. I don't have anything in mind that I dislike. I've been using this amazing tool for 4 months and everything has been great. Even when I had an issue, their Customer Support resolved my concern in a timely manner. I will keep using their main site and their Google Chrome Extension on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me time for looking leads' information in other tools, such as Rocket Reach or LinkedIn. It has everything I need to complete our outreach.
