At BI, we consider Zoom to source new prospect details, add them to the excel and do the cold calling

Data out of Zoominfo is used to design campaign and run from the inside sales team. the data is highly right with cell numbers and direct numbers and we use it for the outreach and cold calling

the export limit should be increased so that you can expore more data

ZoomInfo OS is one of the best tool so far I came accros, there are BPO and IT contacts along with buyer intent signal

the accuracy, they need to update the data on real time

we implemented zoominfo 2 years ago considering they have large pool of data and the accuracy.
I found they have quality data and no other tool can match it, easy to use to enrich the data and define the campaign

-Easy to contact customer support and they are very helplful
-Recorded group traning videos on how to leverage more insights on leads

-Sufficient information about companies
-Tailor client location to "exact location" to minimize waste in credits

Not much to say right now, but however they can stay up to date with client information, email, phone number etc.

Scoops on companies and their intent.

ZoomInfo is a must-have!
What do you like best about the product?
I love utilizing ZoomInfo for many aspects of my current role, but I especially enjoy the Zoom Scoops to get updated on market changes in the industries that I recruit within. The website is easy to navigate, and I often use the Zoom Chrome Extension for an even faster search experience. I utilize ZoomInfo every day in my role.

The only downside to ZoomInfo is that sometimes it provides outdated contact information.

ZoomInfo Sales helps me stay on top of industry trends and ensure that I'm networking with the correct points of contact.

Ability to get data points about the prospective company in seconds, news updates, updated contact info

Sometimes the info isn't correct for contacts but it's better than most other tools

The ability to search contacts that are likely to engage by phone or email

Can't think of any at this time, it has all the bells and whistles

It is uncovering leads that do not exist in other avenues like LinkedIn. It shares phone numbers that you wouldn't find anywhere else.
Zoominfo Sales essential!
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside is when I'm trying to zero in on an Economic Buyer, Zoominfo gets me to that person - and if not that person very close to that person.

Sometiems the search function is a little klunky
