Best product I've used to find information to advance the sales cycle

What do you like best about the product?
By far the best trove of information on contacts to help us get to the right contact quicker.
The ability to upload all your accounts from Salesforce into ZI and search for contacts that way is great for AE's with a lot of greenfield who are looking to target specific user personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface could be a little more modern
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster sales cycles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best one out there.

Amazing Data, Sometimes Unstable

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is a great way to get contact information based on a website or company name.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sooo accessible, that the contacts are often getting hit by dozens of companies each day. Also, their technology has stability issues about once per week which can be frustrating and disruptive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to find the right person, email address, and phone number to reach out to at a potential prospect company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its pretty much a required tool for doing prospecting, but its not a magic bullet.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to export prospects in Excel format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I randomly get logged out and need to log back in. I also find that email addresses are missing or not active in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have reps search by zip code is important. Pulling prospects this way has increased sales.

Nothing in particular, but there is so much to filter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing who the right contacts are at a prospect, or even diving deeper into existing accounts. I've found new prospects at companies I have been doing business with for years.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Powered by DiscoverOrg has been a resource used in our organization to drive our marketing strategies and generate greater impact in our campaigns and market launches. Through a quite complete database, we have been able to obtain important contact information of companies and people with interest in the products and services we offer for them and that could become potential customers, all this at our fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface of this application is not the most intuitive and can be a little complicated to use at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has been helpful for the growth of our organization in terms of sales management, has allowed us through its extensive database to find the right customers to establish business relationships, capturing their attention through contact and promoting what they need and we can offer. ZoomInfo has also had an impact on our campaigns and product and service launches to the market, optimizing workflow and improving our marketing strategies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is a great source of contact information, its database is very complete and will help you find new potential customers and generate a positive impact on sales and opportunity management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the search options and the wide range of information that they offer. Zoom allows me to research a vast range of companies with factual information. I love their customer service because they will help you as soon as you put in a request. The customer service representatives have always been respectful and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not have small companies and some of the contacts are outdated. You can not compare companies, you are only allowed to do one at a time. It would be better to have the option to compare 2 or more companies at a time. I also do not like how some of the address locations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to better understand how a business operates which helps me market to that specific company. This is beneficial because I can help them while creating revenue for my business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth the investment if you are looking to gather information on many different companies worldwide.

Information I need on hand, easy to use, very easy to organize process
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have all info I need, not updated with people changing companies enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving a lot of informational issues. It's been very nice to have access to mobile phones. I would have far less success without listed mobile numbers.

Great service with robust database for lead generation

What do you like best about the product?
- the ability to search using company url
- ability to search by industry with pretty advanced search features to narrow targets
- ability to create and migrate lead lists
- ability to search by sic code
- ability to search by naics codes
- we specialize in deal origination and constantly putting together lists of candidates for our clients which would previously take us longer
- accurate database when compared to other paid services we have used
What do you dislike about the product?
- rare but sometimes outdated info. (sometimes either the ownership information will be incorrect or outdated/ revenue numbers or size of company are the most accurate)
- interface could be a little cleaner, takes some time to find search areas through expanded menus
- we don't use a mainstream crm like salesforce, would like to have hte ability to migrate data directly into our crm as opposed to through a csv file
- cost per seat is pricey for smaller organizations

- putting together targeted lead lists, with correct point of contact and their contact info.
- continuously massaging our existing database by cross examining with zoom info
- ability to quickly put together lead lists when taking on a new search industry (we source and advise our clients on companies to acquire which makes it very easy to put together a candidate list

Must-have tool for B2B Marketers

What do you like best about the product?
The features and functionality are the highlight of this tool. The intent data has been key for us. Knowing which companies are actually interested in the services we provide has allowed us to better target our content as well as prioritize our outreach efforts. This also helps align Sales and Marketing to ensure everyone is on the same page. Being able to integrate with our CRM system is also very helpful. Our Sales team no longer has to copy and paste client information into the CRM...it is right there at their fingertips!
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish we could afford more features! The platform is more expensive than we would like, but it is nice being able to use only one tool instead of multiple. There are other tools that offer the same features, but not all in one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What benefits has we realized? That is an excellent question. We're no longer guessing which customers to target. We have real-time insights to guide our sales and marketing efforts. The intent data has been extremely helpful in reaching our audience at the right time. We have become a stronger Sales and Marketing team as a result of using the ZoomInfo tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this tool to any B2B Marketers or Sales teams. It is a tool that teams really need in today's world.
