Integrates great with Salesforce!
What do you like best about the product?
Gave us info that helped make sales, really integrated seamlessly with salesforce. We had ZoomInfo as one of a few different info services that gave us data on potential and current customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't tell how much of the info was from a ZI database, but many of our cold calls were to outdated numbers. That could have been because of poor database management on our part, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting better Business to Business growth and gaining more customers because of it.

I like the organizational chart feature. Helps you understand how a company is structured

Sometimes the info is dated, but you can submit your feedback to ZoomInfo and they'll correct it

Providing insight into "who's who in the zoo" to save time for business development / sales representatives

Zoominfo is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of contact and company information within Zoominfo is unmatched and allows us to prospect for new business on a whole new level. The multiple forms of contact information and filterability is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally if I search an address for contacts, it will show contacts listed at a building address that are not actually located at that address anymore. It seems to happen most often when a company has relocated in the recent past, and there's a contact at the company still listed with the old address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving past issues with accurate contact information and accurate phone numbers by using Zoominfo to both find contacts at companies and also enrich contacts that we already have listed in our database. In the past, we would outsource research to a team that would browse the internet to find contact information for a few different potential DM's based on job title, but now we can simply search in Zoominfo for exact job titles or even a search simply by seniority and export them out of Zoominfo and into our prospecting database. The mapping of information from Zoominfo into our database is great and it makes the data move very easy. The Zoominfo extension is particularly great for this migration of data from Zoominfo into our database.
Additionally, we've struggled quite a bit with dealing with duplicate records of both companies and contacts in the past. Our CRM did not do a very good job with matching duplicates on imports, but now we are able to use Zoominfo Company IDs as a record ID to use upon import to greatly reduce duplicate records within our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
the easy access to an enormous amount of info
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes i find it hard to navigate, cell phones don't always get added, the side bar extension logs me out very frequently, the display changes a lot when you expand from side bar to full sized
when sorting through contacts, the left bar of options is a nightmare- clicking on things expands and moves everything--> don't like that format at all
set up locations better- when it says "florida-300 employees and 0 locations" then I click on them and see they are in Miami, Jax, Tampa etc --> could use fixing

mostly just helping me learn a lot about prospects very quickly- locations, organization of company, contacts i should reach out to etc
having access to direct lines helps immensely
having names to name drop when talking to employees of firms helps a lot too to seem familiar

Great for finding contact info for hard to reach prospects

The emails are incorrect about 10-15% of the time and there isn't a simple click or button you can press to communicate to them that is in incorrect. I was told to email my rep if information but I can't do that multiple times a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is getting us the contact information of people we need to reach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good service at a fair price. It's very easy to use the Google Chrome Extension which helps quite a bit. The mass majority of the information is correct. We chose not to use the export feature for our sales reps so they wouldn't drain the site after a month or so and they would focus on quality versus quantity. I would also suggest this for additional companies if they don't want to see the site drained after a few short months.
Makes finding the right person to contact that much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of ZoomInfo is having access to mobile phone numbers. I like being able to submit updates to ZoomInfo so that items that are incorrect can be fixed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of ZoomInfo is when the information that's found is outdated and the person hasn't been at that company for years. I also dislike when you're using the Intent feature but have to seek out the person that was looking for the information you're trying to connect with. It's sometimes like looking for a needle in a haystack and is not helpful at all and when you do make contact with someone, they have no idea what you're talking about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping to save time and allowing me to contact more customers each day. I have realized the benefit of being able to contact the right person much more quickly by having direct phone #'s for them.

I like how focused they are on the salesperson persona and our needs.

Getting bulk contacts from different accounts into a sales cadence could be polished up a little bit.

Builiding pipeline through getting the necessary data and insights.
Most accurate information with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
The quality and accuracy of the data, their interest to keep improving and building their database, and the customer service - always there to help us with specific requests. I also enjoy the integration with LI and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
More options for verticals/industries, improve the boolean logic, and creating an easier process to add data to existing lists that are missing information (website addresses, titles, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding accurate contacts during our new customer acquisition. This is our go-to solution for all new customer acquisition campaigns.
