What do you like best about the product?
The upside about ZoomInf is that you can easily download the data in the excel or integrate it with the crm and marketing automation tool for lead generation and demand generation
What do you dislike about the product?
the downside is that, it's expensive and hard to define the ROI while taking license

What do you like best about the product?
Phone and email contact info is extremely helpful, and for the most part, quite accurate. It's rare to scout out a company and find NO contacts, even if the firm is very small.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buyer intent data, while it sounds great, I'm quite skeptical of. I'd be curious to know exactly where/how this information is coming from.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts/companies to prospect primarily. Everything else (like the email cadence function) is an extra.
Powerful tool when used with appropriate expectations
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to slice and dice target lists is extremely powerful, along with understanding buyer's intent data. My email campaigns are garnering a much stronger response since implementing intent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact is very hit or miss. You need to use it in volume in order to get the response you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have access to contact info other than in Zoom, so when 60-70% of it is correct that is very meaningful.

Able to find multiple connections for each division of a company - well organized - easy to make this program your own

some information is just mashed in - wrong numbers - no address - old numbers - I understand it happens. but its prob about 15% now

getting passed gate keepers without having to even talk to them, straight to the source (DM)
Databse for IT department is quite impressive.

The features of indicators and identification from the web site triggers and SEIO triigers is the most timely, Filters provide some more flexibitlity to operations.
Its quite user friendly and dashboard provides excellent decision making capability to have an - 2nd support for core programs.

The core ops are not provided with User impacted filters and cognitive AI is missing.

Providing features of demandbase and updating recent updates over core clients and sub-primary assosiates org(s)

The most helpful is the managerial names and direct contact info

I think if anything you provide TOO much info and data, sometimes hard to navigate results

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has been integral for my team to find decisionmakers, including accurate contact info and business information. As VP of Sales, I've utilized the tool for market analysis, building territories and establishing quotas. I'd recommend ZoomInfo for any team who needs to prospect for new business and any leader who wants to gain insights into their market.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were pricing models that didn;t require access to the entire USA. We only support one state, and a discount for lesser utilization would be fantastic.

The Sales platform gives us access to employee contact information and account information for prospects we would like to do business with.

ZoomInfo Sales is an intuitive and user-friendly tool that has significantly streamlined our sales process. Finding all the necessary accounts is incredibly easy, thanks to its well-designed interface and comprehensive database. The integration with Salesforce, our CRM, is seamless and has greatly enhanced our efficiency. Additionally, its compatibility with LinkedIn Sales Navigator allows us to leverage both platforms effectively.
However, there are times when the loading speeds are a bit slow, which can be a minor inconvenience during peak usage. Despite this, the benefits far outweigh this occasional issue, making ZoomInfo Sales an indispensable part of our sales toolkit, easy implementation and ready to go in a couple of click.

The account data wasn't loading, I raised a ticket and it was resolved within a few days

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to teach new users how to use ZoomInfo Sales, at the same time there are what seems like endless tools that can teach me what I need to learn to properly prospect into the accounts I am targeting.

I don't have anything to grumble about when it comes to Zoominfo Sales. It serves the purpose that I need it to.

I'm reaching out to a large book of business, it can become overwhelming to keep up with the important "news" that's taking place at each company. Zoominfo aggregates this information and creates a consumable format that I can easily use.

What I like best are the insights you get. The ability to gleam information like where a person has recently worked, who they report to etc. is very powerful.

Sometimes exporting lists can be a bit cumbersome.

The ability to identify the right contacts within a company that I want to target. Further, would be the orginizational structure.
