solves navigating a customer's changing contacts. getting the most accurate information on customers besides linkedin.

What do you like best about the product?
The data that ZoomInfo provides is fantastic. Has helped me get deals across the line by getting to decision makers faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is clunky. Unable to Array phone numbers to various sales enablement platforms. If your organization follows any rules of engagement standards running ZoomInfo with your CRM can cause a computer to run at the speed of snail due to how much memory both take up. Also, their process of moving contacts to Sales Enablement platforms is great and takes forever. I much prefer LeadIQs plugin in comparison to ZoomInfo's as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data is much better than previous partners. Helps get to decision-makers if they are inaccessible typically.

Ability to access valuable potential customer contact info to grow business in various industries.

Very robust system. Lots of exploring before fully understanding all of it's capability.

What do you like best about the product?
the platform has now become a crucial part of our service. and it is really great working with our account manager Gianna Inzerillo, who is very professional and quick at responding and offering the right products
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at this stage. We have been using Zoominfo for more than a year

Nothing . Wade gave a great training, he is funny, charismatic and knowledgable.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the contacts combined with Scoops and Intent data makes it that much easier to reach out to prospects at the right time increasing the chances of securing the next meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
In industries where covid has caused a double pandemic, such as Oil & Gas, it makes it harder for lower-level contacts to be accurate due to massive layoffs and a higher turnover ratio than I've ever seen in my career.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to tailor my message to the client's specific pain points and/or initiatives without spending hours of research that it would take if we did not have ZoomInfo.

What else would you consider? If you want to be the disruptor, use ZoomInfo!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag accounts and contacts in different fashions really lets me customize my views around my business. And the Intent Scores allow me to understand more efficiently where opportunities/challenges within my prospects may exist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accuracy of data can be a little light at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am identifying needs that exist in the market that I would otherwise be unaware of.

Great tool with constant positive improvements being made to make life easier

What do you like best about the product?
The tool keeps improving itself. From new features to improve the quality of data, it's been making positive changes since the beginning. The latest feature which mentions the notice date is actually really good since it lets you know the user is firstly aware that his contact information is with zoominfo plus he's also open to receiving external information. The Intelligence tool helps cut short most of the time spent on finding information about the prospect since it gives you links to all the articles the particular contact has been featured in and what topics he has been speaking on, this is not only helping in understanding what his interests are in but couple it with the pain points which is another great feature of this tool, you should be able to accurately figure out how to position your product pitch to the contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things like suggesting contact updates should be faster or more in real-time. Users should be able to make changes for Zoominfo, rewarding users with some kind of points/badges etc for alerting zoominfo about contact moves should be considered. Also, lack of international data (outside USA) should be looked into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contact in a $B organization is a challenge, let alone their contact details like direct phone and email. The org chart is a great feature that helps you understand the hierarchy. Benefits include increased connections, better conversations, being able to make use of intelligence before reaching out to prospects is some of the things I have realized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoominfo is one of the coolest tools available on the market. They are even better after merging with discover.org. If you are tired of trying list providers where the accuracy is poor, should consider moving to ZoomInfo. The various tools and packages that are available within ZoomInfo compare to no one out there. Its contact accuracy is great and coupled with Discover.org, this company has everything you need to make your sales team shine. the plugins to your CRM, Hubspot, or whichever CRM you use is seamless, you can directly add contacts from LinkedIn or even view company information when you happen to visit a website. Its feature Intent is out of this world when it comes to intelligence gathering and pulling together information about your targets and what they are looking for. It makes your job easier but bringing together information, saving you painstaking hours of research work and BI work. They provide training to users regularly and are already ready to help and explain various features packed into the tool. Their account managers are super helpful so if are struggling with getting used to the tool, the account managers will actually schedule time with you to walk you through how to perform tasks and more importantly, show you what's relevant to your sales organization. With AI being mainstream, these guys are already ahead of the curve and have incorporated Artificial Intelligence into their tool. Any company looking to grow their sales team from a mass email/telesales organization to a more intelligence-based organization should certainly consider moving to Zoominfo for their data needs. Not sure what else to say, it's more like once you sign up and you can expect to benefit from it right from the word go. Don't waste money on cheap list providers, go with ZoomInfo!

Changed the way we prospect and helps all of our outbound communications

What do you like best about the product?
The way in which the data is displayed and the quality of the data. In our field, we get older lists from manufacturers so having ZoomInfo as our silver bullet has been a game changer in our outbound communication strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The credit model. I know that it is used as a way to protect the data acquired by ZoomInfo but there has to be another way. I know the cost doesn't seem like a lot when you look at a credit by credit basis but it adds up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data validity and quality. Being in business for 50+ years, we have acquired and collected loads of data but there has not been a methodology of maintaining and updating that data or checking for human error when the data is manually entered. Benefits I have realized is the ability for us to gain competitor intelligence through scoops and the company profile page and assist us when entering new markets or industries. To understand who the main players are and what the company hierarchy looks like saves us weeks or months of cold prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
They have the most amount of data. Most mobile numbers, most emails, and crazy amount of org chart data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really slow. When you find a prospect on LinkedIn, you better pray that contact exists inside Zoominfo's database somewhere or else you are not going to have fun importing that person into your CRM and SEP. Though Zoominfo is changing that by making updates to their ReachOut extension. Hopefully those updates will be live soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving a huge problem. Sourcing your own contact data is a monumentally tough task and you are leaving money on the table by doing it yourself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You pretty much don't have a choice. If you need data, you need ZoomInfo. However. You may also want to get a supplemental data provider to cover the bases that Zoominfo misses. For example, I have seen many companies use Zoominfo and LeadIQ in tandem.
