Excellent accuracy of data
What do you like best about the product?
access to direct phone, cell numbers and email addresses for lead prospects. I also like how I can search C level contacts within a prospect company

I only had usage for two weeks so did not encounter any issues

reduces my time locating correct contacts by limiting the number of data sources I need to visit since all data is captured in Zoom

The ability to track prospects interest and insight into the solution for prospecting purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
If you sell to small businesses or sole proprietors it might not be more helpful than other platforms. Just to give context for my definition of small business I would say under $1,000,000 in revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this tool is hands down the best tool I have seen for B2B sales professionals. The amount of information which someone could use to add value to customers is unparalleled.

The amount of different data points provided. easy for cross referencing and getting access to decision makers

bulky at times, but i think that will go away with continued use

The ability to locate the Decision maker and contact info sets Zoom Info out among its piers.

It eliminates a lot of time researching and cold calling by providing the contact information needed prior to solicitation.

just finding more leads - this survey is pretty annoying though - why are you making me add word and not say exactly what I want to say - then the whole login thing - why can't I just sign in with DO/Zoominfo information - I am not likely to take it again nor am I likely to continue to feel great about the company when this is harder than it should be - it's the wrong way around - support should be more difficult than the survey.

this survey is starting to get on my nerves - never had one that was so annoying - take a picture of my screen - are you kidding - how about proof that this is not a scam of some sort trying to collect other information you are not supposed to have - then it jumps past questions and says questions were missed - yep because your scroll is off - then it still says questions were missed even though everything is answered
DiscoverOrg (now a part of ZoomInfo) has been very helpful

Ease of access to the info on DiscoverOrg and easy to search by criteria as specific or detailed as we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Over time, the quality of info has gone down - how often it's updated and the number of bounces in emails seems to have gotten worse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to gather contact info for marketing and sales outreach. Saves a ton of time versus trying to generate organically or put things together drawing from several sources. DiscoverOrg has proven to be a one-stop solution for our contact info searches.
User friendly - but isn't always updated
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can type in most companies and find information on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information presented, isn't always up to date. So the employees/personnel contacts aren't 100% accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for finding a new contact at a company you haven't had interactions with before. Especially for prospecting and trying to form new partnerships.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool, especially for sales and prospecting, but it isn't always correct. Maybe try other sources of prospecting in addition to ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, there's no way to un-install the software. I had to quarantine the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
They had a public facing server that revealed our entire companies domain contact information to the web. This includes e-mails, cell phone numbers, faxes, time with the organization, etc. Basically a social engineers wet dream. We've been under attack ever since. Seriously Zoominfo, secure your servers. Not to mention, I'm not even sure how they installed the service on our domain. They state they can only install and pull your domain information if you allow it, by "creating an account". Well guess what? I did a password recovery from every e-mail on our domain and nothing was returned. We are a financial business and we most definitely did not allow it. This is SpyWare for businesses and the installation was unauthorized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're under attack because of them. There is no benefit, only continual nightmares from this day forward, or until I switch our domain name and website. We have so far received over 4,000 virus attempts, 270,000 phishing e-mails and constant attempts against our Firewall. This is a horrible company for doing what they do. DO NOT trust them! I've been in the IT field for 32 years, have handled Data Breaches, Ransomware takeovers, SAN to SAN migrations, Firewall support & implemented Full Business Installations. I have saved companies millions of dollars and accomplished 1000's of projects successfully. So believe me when I say, ZoomInfo isn't a good thing.

The information is not updated frequently. Many times, when I try to reach out to a prospect that I have found on Zoominfo, I am notified that the employee no longer works with x company.

Saving time with lead generation to be able to outbound more effectively.

Don't be afraid to use customer support at Zoominfo. Very help and prompt responses.
