What do you like best about the product?
The ability to research contacts and improve enagagement
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive, and could have a "sereach feature" in the list of employees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides both Business and non-buiness eamail and mobile phone contact info

Poor data, siloed unintegrated products, poor service

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the idea of Zoominfo, but they do not deliver on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've invested significantly into Zoominfo for three years and have received very little for it. The product teams only know one product and cannot help you integrate all of their products that have been purchased. They rotate their sales people frequently so I have never had a consistent person to help me improve my usage of Zoominfo. On top of all this, I believe it is the most expensive option out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After three years of using and paying for it, it has not helped me with anything other than finding one off data for companies.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo offers an array of fantastic features that make it a great tool for prospecting. It provides contact details, like emails and phone numbers, that are tough to find elsewhere. This allows us to directly reach key decision-makers without having to navigate through intermediaries, streamlining the outreach process.

Secondly, the Salesflow feature is invaluable for task management. It schedules and tracks tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is not updated and contact details are also invalid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses the challenge of identifying the right audience's contacts. It streamlines the process of finding email addresses and phone numbers, which significantly enhances our outreach efforts. This efficiency not only saves time but also increases our overall productivity and success rate in prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
Best in class data and always evolving.Customer Enablment is very good when compared to other SaaS companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many sales reps and sales organizations don't need many of the newer feature's now . Flexibility on subscriptions do price could be more customer friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correct cellphone numbers and email addresses.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo does everything I need it to and more! It's so easy to use! Filtering to find ideal contacts and using scoops has helped me qualify opportunities into our CRM. I use ZoomInfo extensively for tradeshow prep and strategic. They make it so easy to upload lists of target companies and find the right contacts in those companies to approach. ZoomInfo is an invaluable tool for our organization!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is I can get lost in the research using ZoomInfo. For example, so much information at my fingertips can cause me to continue searching for "Similar Companies" and contacts, instead of putting them into a campaign and start contacting them. I conciously put a limit to research time now! You can have all the bait in the world, but if it's not in the water you're never going to catch the fish!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find the right titles to contact at companies that are similar to our ideal customer profile. The platform helps me personalize my messaging to each contact I reach out to.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the most complete data base of prospects emails and phone numbers I've come across. It's a clear time saver vs almost all other options, and their accuracy is incredible at the amount of information they have. It is so good I often think I'm not utilizing it to it's full potential. Anywhere I work, I would ask them to have this tool. Its easy to implement, I've never had to contact customer support, I use it daily and the it integrates with everything I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally they have wrong numbers and emails, but every tool in this space doesn't have 100% accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my team find contacts, and we use chorus to record our sales calls. It is instrumental on helping my team find prospects for which we have no other source to reliably do this. Then after they set up the call we use chorus to do weekly call reviews that are immensely important for training and understanding the product.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the email tracking system, in our business it's perfect because intellectual property is stolen often and we now can have a tracking of who, where and time an email was opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little difficult learning the system

What do you like best about the product?
Truly I have such great things to say about ZI that I don't know where to start! To begin with, I wouldn't be able to get in touch with the people I need to speak with to do my job. The chrome extension is an absolute game changer and saves me SO much time! There are almost always options - if someone's number isn't available, then I can find their name, email, or title at the very least.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes information isn't updated, there's a wrong number, or the company email has the incorrect format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Based on the filters I select, it tells me WHO I should be talking to, and how I can get in touch with them. People that I didn't even know existed in an org show up, and gives me lots of visbility into who I should be speaking with,

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo still has some of the best data out there. Been rivaled at times but still the leader for a reason.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their acquisitions never are integrated well with the zoominfo platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helped our teams find good leads. Some industries are lacking with data but if if are selling to companies over $50M in revenue, then you will find plenty of data.
