What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information provided is extremely helpful. Sometimes I just get a 1st name when cold calling, but it doesn't even bother me because I know, more than likely, I can track them down on Zoom Info and get accurate contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. The only thing I find a bit of a nuisance is when you extract a report, there is an excessive amount of columns that aren't usually necessary (NAICS, repetitive columns i.e. revenue range vs revenue, etc). Would be nice to have the option to select the pertinent info we want to exrapolite instead of having to sift through/delete unneeded columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to track better contacts within an organization and more easily obtain accurate contact information

Best tool for lead automation and intent accounts

What do you like best about the product?
It has multiple filters to find the right POC with all vaild email id's and phone numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with the CRM is not as good as manual automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo saves a lot of time in lead research and finding valid emails with direct number. Also, this gives direct integration with the CRM tool to track intent accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Great support! Lots of training videos to help navigagte the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so much information it takes a litte time to figure it out. But the training videos help tremendously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct contacts before engaging with the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I have tested Dun & Bradstreet, Apollo.IO, and Lusha. Zoominfo has way more richer tools, in my opinion, more accurate data, and more contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. Providing so many tools and data comes with a price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A provides accurate contact information of people I'm looking for with suggestion on engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Gives me a clear insight into my account, technology footprint and contacts that I need to reach out and establish a relationship. Easy to use and a very helpful asset to me for my day-to-day functionality. Zoominfo in integrated into my SFDC and is frequently used for job functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work in tech and there is a fair amount of turnover. I need to have latest updates of employees, turnover, and new roles. Perhaps semi-annual or quarterly employee updates could be improved. Additionally, the technology infrastructure deployments are not always accurate and need to be refreshed regularly. Otherwise, Zoominfo is very helpful asset to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee contact details are not always accurate. Needs to be refreshed regularly.

I can find contact details of even the small companies and start ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the direct numbers are wrong so that needs to be taken care of.

What do you like best about the product?
This is my primary tool for finding business leaders' contact information. User interface and filtering is especially convenient for searching attractive industry segments. The quality of the data is superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quantity of the data sometimes makes it challenging. Also, there is quite a bit of turnover in the sales organization making it difficult to build relationships with customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gets me to the right top person in the company 99% of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a game-changing resource for us in terms of lead generation and list development. The platform is easy to use and is kept up-to-date. Our teams can search by company or contact by any attribute to develop a targeted list of leads, which you can directly export to your CRM platform. It's like having an easy button!
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a more robust availability of intent data.

Accurate, Creative and Useful

What do you like best about the product?
The information is current so you don't have to worry about bounce backs which waste time and opportunities. I can be creative within the program to get more customized data and I have the opportunity to recommend new categories specific for my company to make seaches even more closely aligned. I also think that the classes and the support I get are unique especially in this arena. I use Zoom every day.Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see additional categories as well as refining the ones that exist to increase specificity in searches. I am leaning how to do it using the other tools but in the government field and in the overseas markets I have to really check on the accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accuracy of data is the main problem Zoom info Sales is solving for me. We are driving in new business with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Anyone can prospect, but ZoomInfo allows you to quickly identify the TOP prospects based on your goals. If you're a small to medium sized BD unit, ZoomInfo allows you effectively and efficiently leverage your limited manpower and get in touch with your targets faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo, understandably, is not the cheapest platform. You get what you pay for no doubt, but I do wish they had pricing models that allowed smaller companies to utilize the tool without so much sticker shock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows me to quickly identify the prospects that are most engaged in seeking my service. It allows me to prioritize my prospecting activities to generate ROI as quickly as possible.
