Great resource, some information is outdated.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to look up company specific information regarding IT budget, total employees, and company specific information. We use this data for our account planning and territory functions every quarter, half, and year. This helps us better identify more solid accounts for our sales teams to pursue that best fit are targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability quickly submit a request to update outdated information in Zoominfo is frustrating. For example, some high profile company M&As are not rolling up correctly or some executives are not listed correctly. Having the ability to correct this data based on conversations I've had with the sales teams would be great. This would allow for more accurate data in Zoominfo and as things change in the future we will be able know it is accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to identify prospective customers is very helpful. My sales team and I are also able to identify where executives and IT staff sit within the respective country. Because of Zoominfo this has made our process much easier and faster to accomplish.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest getting a trial to see if it suits all your needs.

Invaluable Tool For B2B Sales

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of ZoomInfo is the remarkable ability to filter. With their huge amount of data, you could be easily overwhelmed with results. Because they provide hundreds of filters in uncountable combinations, the data is accessible and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be improved. The big plus--powerful filters--make the GUI a bit cluttered and there is without a doubt, a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for two purposes. First, it is my primary source of new people to reach out to in order to open new business. I also use it to enrich existing clients and to add more contacts to customer accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is costly software. Be SURE your people know how to use it and that they get in the habit of using it.

What do you like best about the product?
With ZoomInfo Intent you have insights into what your prospects may be searching for. For individuals in sales, their features are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing! The platform is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My prospecting time has been cut down drastically.

If you have users who would put in the time this software is worth the cost.

A powerful prospecting tool

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo helps me find accurate contact information for prospective clients that I couldn't easily find anywhere else. This helps me reach the right people quickly and has helped me build my book of business. The ReachOut tool is great because I can visit a company's website and find a person to contact and their phone number almost instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint used to be that sometimes ZoomInfo wouldn't have phone numbers listed for some individuals, but since we upgraded from Legacy ZoomInfo, this is rarely an issue anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before ZoomInfo, we didn't have a good way to find contact information for prospective clients. Most company websites don't have email and phone directories on them and it's often difficult to reach someone by calling the front desk. ZoomInfo has provided us with direct lines and email addresses for most of our prospective clients, which has helped us reach the right person more quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It was a great tool to identify contact info.

The cost was pretty high and some if not all info can be found on other free tools.

Being able to load my pipeline and reach out to DM's in multiple ways.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been customers of zoom info for awhile now and we absolutely love the ease of using it. Zoom Info does a great job at providing the information we need to succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that we dislike about zoom info. One small thing would be typically if a contact has not worked at a company for a year or more it is sometimes harder to find their information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have noticed we are getting in touch with many hiring managers, if we did not have this tool that would be harder to achieve. We have realized that using zoom info has benefited our company greatly.

If you are in the market for a great software that will help your business succeed, look no further.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to build lists easily and accurately. Its very easy to use and the layout works well. There are a lot of companies listed, and most times I can find who I'm looking for. I've told many people about this software, and I think its great that you can get someones mobile phone number very easily. Also most the time the email address is accurate as well. Another benefit is the org charts and the way to search which IT software/hardware they use. This helps when having a conversation with the individual, and referencing what they have and how we can help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not accurate, which is why I cross reference with Linkedln. I also submitted that someone wasnt working at the organization, and they actually passed away, but I don't believe it was ever removed from the company listing. This can be embarrassing as I'm calling someone who has passed away, and also asking for them. I've noticed that Zoom sometimes assumes that an email follows the same structure as other emails in the company, but some of the C-Level contacts, typically have an email address that is unique, and different from the standard email address others have in the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in contact with the individual instead of the gate keeper. Being able to get in direct contact with the individual instead of the gate keeper, save me a lot of time and hassle. Another great feature is the ability to create accurate/organized target lists.

Builds lists, verify info on Linkedln, and start sellings!

Effective, easy-to-use research tool

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce and Chrome extensions make it really easy to do research and quickly add accounts/contacts/leads to CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to find information if the company/organization is a subsidiary of a larger entity. Everything gets lumped in together, making it very tedious to sort through and try to find contacts/information for a specific location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is a huge time saver. I don't have to spend nearly as much time calling or combing through LinkedIn to find contact names and numbers, allowing me to be more productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is a powerful research tool that helps me quickly identify contacts and companies/organizations to target in my sales efforts. I am extremely happy with the quality of service, as well as customer support, who responds in a very timely fashion.
