Efficient business contact database
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly they respond to update info that is incorrect or outdated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how many contacts for the org (many being Decision Makers) are not included on the org charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of outdated emails for contacts and benefit i realized it being able to see which contacts roll up to what line of business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Thorough upload of ALL contacts, many do not appear on zoominfo

What do you like best about the product?
The UI, Zoominfo is incredibly easy to navigate and has the information you need in front of you in a matter of a couple of clicks. It can be accessed from every device whether you're at home, at the office or in the field. It also has key partnerships with CRM's and other softwares making it very easy to work without disruption. There's also a diverse toolkit of customer support ranging from videos, webinars, trainings, and courses. Zoom provides you the resources to enhance your proficiency in their software and best utilize all the features they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations in exporting data from Zoom to Salesforce, sometimes the lead lists I am working on are in the hundreds and I am only able to export 50 at a time. There's also been a couple of situations were my organization has had issues accessing the software or disruptions in use. When the DiscoverOrg merge happened and the log in process changed, we were not aware of the difference and all of our users had issues accessing the software for an entire business day. We had to use time and company resources to walk everyone through the new process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Powered by DiscoverOrg is crucial to my organizations lead research and development activities. The moment we get stuck or are not able to conventionally find the correct contact, Zoom always facilitates that process and reenergizes our pursuit by providing us multiple channels of communication and information about company's that fit our customer profile.

We've had Zoominfo for about 3 years and it has allowed our company to increase our market reach, with information accessible to you in minutes from the office to the field. Take the time to understand the features they offer so that your organization can utilize the software to its full potential.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see someone's contact information when browsing through LinkedIn profiles. The extensive filters often help me find someone's contact information or cell phone listed under their past company. I really enjoy using the google chrome extension while browsing through Linkedin Sales Navigator. It typically yields fast and easy results! I am also a huge fan of the organzational charts provided. Sometimes prospects are not listed on linkedin but are listed in zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot or maybe too much to explore now that the two companies have merged? I never really go out of my way to look through intent data because I can't tell how accurate it is or the logic behind the scores. Not much of a dislike just an observation. I dislike when the contact information is missing or there's no cell phone number for a contact. Now that everyone is working from home, it's hard to reach folks through their desk lines. I also wish there was a copy button next to phone numbers and email addresses in the chrome extension itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to meet with prospective customers and reach key executives to further maintain relationships between my organization and future clients. The major benefits of using this platform come from the cell phone numbers provided. Using a prospects' cell phone to contact said person usually results in a conversation, whereas office numbers are hard to get through.

Zoom makes it easy to organize an organization's hierarchy and understand the various ways teams work together. It massively increases a teams time to money by simplifying the 'sourcing' process to get your reps prospecting faster and more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! The tool is very flexible and support teams are always able to help if you do encounter an issue.

We're solving the problem of finding the right people at the right time to contact and prospect our target accounts.

Very helpful, especially to grab mobile numbers. Connect rates have skyrocketed for my team now that we're calling cells.

In a world where data is key, ZoomInfo is a god. This platform can provide you with important information such as phone numbers and emails for key decision makers at nearly every company imaginable.

There's not much not to like. There is sometimes issues with all contact information being up-to-date, but usually it is on-point.

This has been a very helpful tool when it comes to prospecting potential target prospects.

I would strongly encourage anyone who is having difficulty finding contact information for decision makers to use this platform.

There are a lot of things that can be done with this product if you have the time to delve into it. It is very robust.

Things I dislike:
Locations and Hierarchy setup. ZI only populates the HQ info and doesn't allow you to select a branch. Often times this info is outdated.
As with all tools like this, there are discrepancies in the data accuracy, in paarticular in regards to acquisitions/name changes/parent changes.
Service has some gaps as I have been through 2 reps and 3 CSM's in the short time since we have signed on. There is a lot of passing around to different departments as far as troubleshooting and quite a bit of backlog to get an appointment to troubleshoot.

ZoomInfo has been a tremendous help in getting our SFDC data cleaned up on both accounts and contacts. Pulling data by duplicate Zoominfo company ID's has allowed us to find duplicates to merge, find stale data to remove and parent child affiliate records.
We will also be using it to refresh our contacts and find that to be an easy process.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a fair and necessary tool that every company should have, through it you can get all the necessary information you seek from your customers at the time of partnership and maintain direct contact with them. The information provided by the contact is totally updated and accurate, complying with the data needed by the organization. It has been easy to use and without many complications.

On one occasion, I obtained some distracted information from a client. Only once, otherwise all the information has been completely accurate to whatever organization is looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used mostly by the sales department of the organization, it is the tool that provides us with the fair and necessary information we need from the customer. We also use it to find information about the companies with which we want to make agreements or partnerships, in order to identify the most accurate and appropriate contacts. We are very comfortable with the tool thanks to its ability to provide us with the information we really want from the client as well as his personal phone number, email, among others.

Thanks to this tool the organization has the necessary and precise data of clients and companies allowing new agreements when associating with these potential clients, by means of it our list of clients has grown and has given satisfactory results for the organization. Without a doubt, I would recommend it to all organizations that are still unaware of the functions it can offer.

What do you dislike about the product?
The knowledge base online to troubleshoot isn't updated to the new U.I. creating disconnect when trying to be self-sufficient which requires me to make the decision of investing time to ask the support team or give up on the endeavour if it isn't enough high value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Top of funnel data is key for my team to take action on and with ZoomInfo's capability to help with similar companies and ways to refine/tweak searches, my business development team are never short on outreach contacts which has allowed us to increase our rate of conversion from first touch to the prospect taking a meeting, to transitioning to sales team as the prospect becomes an SQL.
