Very helpful in sales especially with chrome extension
What do you like best about the product?
The organization it allows the user is key. Being able to filter through companies and contacts by the quality of the data saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my particular industry for biotechs there is not as much data for contacts. While there is a good amount of company records, I would love to see ZoomINFO move more into this industry to provide better coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of time management by using zoomInfo, collecting the data of our customers is much more accessible now that we can also easily export into hubspot with one click.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, and how it cuts through results to the one you need quickly. The phone numbers are great, so are the emails. Zoom Info makes finding new contacts and their information seamless and fast. It is also nice being able to have their social links right at the tips of your fingers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data can be old or incorrect. I sometimes find people who left the company over 6 months ago. The data can also be incomplete sometimes and I wish there were more contacts to be able to contact. I also wish i could stay signed in longer. I have to resign in a few times a day but that could also be related to my multi factor auth at my company. The browser plug in for zoom info can also be slightly dysfunctional. I have to log in on each page I go to which can lose a lot of time, especially when prospecting for long periods of time which I do frequently since I am a sales dev. rep. and my job is to consistently find new contacts to reach out to to see if there is any interest in learning more about my product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting updated contact information is paramount. Our CRM data can sometimes be outdated and getting new data from zoom info is very helpful. I also like being able to export large amounts of data quickly and efficiently.

It provides very accurate contact information which helps our LeadGen team reach out to the correct decision makers of each company. It is also very easy to use!

Sometimes it takes a bit of a long time to load.

We benefit immensely in our list building for future e-mail campaigns.

Totally recommend if your company builds lists of contacts for cold calls and email marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the parameters I can set up in advance of a search to find the targeted prospects I am looking for by many different fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a lookup by cell or office number to find certain targets. It would be useful because sometimes the cell number is the same but they have actually changed companies from the one I was looking for in the database
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We must target 7 to 10 new targets a day to add to our DATABASE in Salesforce. It makes it convenient to have them linked to Salesforce as a timesaver in loading the leads. The benefits are that I never run out of new prospects to call.

Very useful to see in-depth information about company personnel.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is a bit dated, and im not sure how to put notes that there may be need to update the information.
Sometimes it refreshes the page while im looking at information, so i have to start again to request for my data
I dislike that there is a limit of twenty five contacts to export at a single go
It would be nice if it could group contacts from the same company so that you can select a company name and export as a group.

Sometimes it may be a bit slow to load the reach-out tool, maybe it has something to do with my internet speeds not sure.
Ability to view the entire organization ,so sometimes i would have started looking for a particular person within one organization and walk away with several leads after that.
lead generation and searching is one of my key result areas, and i am able to search by industry and other filters in order to be able to narrow down my searches to information specific to my specific needs at any given point in time.

Make use of saved searches that you can configure as you like. These will save you a lot of time especially if your work involves a lot of repetitive searches.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo allows you to search for professional contacts and its a great platform for data analytics companies. You can generate leads from the platform and filter data according to your specifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate information and sometimes the information is not updated.The platform has some country restrictions which makes it difficult to use outside the United States. You would require an extension of the browser or vpn to bypass the restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting more contacts and its great platform to prospect for new clients. It is easy to export data to other software.

It is a very good software for data analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to search, export, and saved searches. What I also like the most is that when I found a lead from LinkedIn I can search the lead from Zoominfo using the ZoomInfo reachout extension and export it to my salesforce which is very convenient. I also like the functionality of where you can see the subsidiary of the company which will give you idea who and where are you going to contact. All the filters for searching are also awesome where you can select a lot of options.

Nothing, all features are good and easy to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving multiple searches and I have the option where zoom info send me email if there's updated information on my saved searches. This will help me not to verify if that lead information is still updated or not. A lot of option or scoops in searching is very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everything is already good with all the features and functionality but one thing I want and hope is that search via phone number is also helpful, since the name, email, website, the company name is already there, adding a phone number as part of search option is also good.

Love the ease of searchability that allows you to find what you need.

Results don't always show full employee structure.

It helps me find the most relevant people my messaging would resonate with, and the primary means to contact them.
Great Data Purcurment Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can get access to all of my customer's and prospect's contact info. I also like how the contact info is accurate for the most part and easy to mass download. Syncing it with our Salesforce and SalesLoft is super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how most of the phone numbers are not direct or don't have an extension for it. Also, sometimes the phone number is the same for all contacts on one account which isn't super helpful.

Get access to better contact info like email address, phone numbers, titles, etc of current customer and prospects of mine.
