What do you dislike about the product?
Dated info or no info like no emails at all for some contacts or only for lower level ones.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a full service CPA firm delivering various financial services to our clients for almost 40-years. I chose Zoominfo after extensive market research since it is an industry leader in their segment.
Our primary goal is to extend our reach to a broader audience but it seems that success rate is not good due to COVID-19 issues.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a no brainer. Though it is pricey but does the job well and I would strongly suggest that people should buy it.

How quickly I can find the correct person I need in order to move the prospect company forward in the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my mailings in is a bit frustrating not being able to select local address only and if not available be able to filter contact out and vice versa. What is happening is:
I enter local address but it is incomplete and the contact gets added to my list and I have to manually search and remove them.

Reducing time in collecting contact information, being able to customize our marketing strategy and make extremely targeted lists.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the new ZoomInfo is that it is easy to copy and paste any prospective information/contacts that I am looking at. Sometimes it is hard using tools trying to copy emails and phone numbers but ZoomInfo had made that easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when ZoomInfo disconnects from LinkedIn. Sometimes I need LinkedIn to find contact information but often time ZoomInfo does not have that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that I'm solving with ZoomInfo is trying to find contact information. I best utilize ZoomInfo to help with finding international information. The benefits that I have is once I find (1) contacts information for a certain account, I can use that same information, say their email domain, to find more information for another contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No recommendations- it is good for a lot of uses especially for those in Lead Generation.

The simplicity of finding the direct contact information of my prospects.

There is a few companies with minimal information. For instance, every contact at a specific company has no phone numbers to call but they do have their email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to make more calls everyday as I same a significant amount of time researching. The biggest benefit is avoiding the "Gatekeeper" and the ability to connect directly with my targeted prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has great company info and tools to keep organized and up to date with prospective companies. Contact data is still rough and inaccurate at times, but this is a challenge for any company similar to ZoomInfo - accurate contact data at all times is near impossible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Companies not populating in list match feature. List match feature NOT showing which companies did not populate like discoverorg does. Inaccurate contact data - I was able to find the correct email for some well-known execs in a matter of minutes while zoominfo did not have this info. Credit limit for exports, then inaccurate data on exports leading to credit burn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More insight into company/current events and intent of our prospects is very neat. I think the best way to leverage ZoomInfo is to use it as a company database where you keep track of companies as opposed to contacts. Having a pulse on what content that company is consuming, news/current events, and new hires - all in one place - is what is most useful about ZoomInfo

In addition to the contact info, the scoops and technologies used are a great asset

Not enough Public Sector contact information that is desperately needed in Canada - so many verticles

Using Zoom Info for not only contact information but digging in to company history, pain points etc are of great value

I like the intents tab of Zoominfo because it gives you insight about what the prospects are searching.

I dislike how long it takes to receive your items.

I am able to be more strategic with my prospecting efforts.
Integrations make prospecting a piece-o-cake.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the Hubspot integration. It's great to be able to push contacts directly to Hubspot for nurture. It's also great to create lists and get updates via email when things happen at those accounts. Sorting by technology installations is important too. All in all, EXCELLENT!
What do you dislike about the product?
If a company doesn't exist in Hubspot, I'd like to be able to push the new record in, similar to how I push a contact. Now I have to stop what I'm doing, go to Hubspot, create the company record, then go back to Discoverorg.com to push contacts. It would be way more seamless if I could just push a company when it didn't exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I identify companies showing high-value actions on my website via LIVE Leads from KickFire. I use their Discoverorg.com integration to shoot right into the company record. I find the ICP and push to Hubspot. Lickety-split! (full disclosure, I work for KickFire)

Highly recommended for anyone who needs complete search, sort, and alert functionality for prospecting.
