Best in the Market
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily find and pull contacts in mass. The intent tab is probably my favorite feature though. Being able to look at what my prospects are searching in order to have a conversation with them that would be relevant to their current initiatives is a game changer for our team. Cold outreach is hard enough, so having any talking point that genuinely peaks the interest of a prospect is almost like having a cheat code while prospecting. Another feature that we love is the advanced search tool. Being able to find companies that fit my specific targets within my designated terriroy has helped me tremendously. All in all I enjoy this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing a lot of companies and relevant contacts. If you're customer base is primarily startups, this may not be the platform for you or your team. I worked with a lot of companies in the bay area and in states such as Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma, and really struggled to find both accounts and relevant contacts from this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing our customer base. Cold outreach is our primary use of this tool. We've benefited tremendously as an org and sales team by using discoverorg powered by Zoom Info. This has cut down the time we spend researching prospects contact information tremendously. I feel as though every sales team should be suing this tool if they aren't already. You're missing out on so many opportunities! Especially if you're utilizing the intent tab.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I enjoyed discoverorg a lot more before the merger with zoominfo. Not a fan of the platform now to be completely honest.
Slow, Clunky, but helpful when patient enough

The Intent tool is beneficial in deciding which targets I need to prioritize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has slowed down exponentially since I first started using it.
Now it takes about 15-20 seconds to fully load the home page, which is too long in my opinion for living in the information age.
There's a lot of bloat on the site, so when I'm on a call and trying to open up a client/company page, I wind up just winging the conversation without the information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ZoomInfo tool helps me gather information for contacts, companies, and scoops related to the company I am researching, which I can use this information to prioritize accounts or people to prospect new business with.

Great tool, but be patient with it or use to research in advance.

Wonderful platform for increasing sales
What do you like best about the product?
I am capable of managing our CRM based services by its help, what we do is after extracting the information through this tool, I can share it with my sales team, in this way we save our time and align our further working for enhancing our productivity. Through this platform we are capable of managing a list in which we put all the information of the targeted client which help us to take follow ups, manage the sales funnels and closing the leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although ZoomInfo is a great tool as it consists of each and every feature to satisfy users. Moreover I have not come across any hurdle while using this min blowing tool. The only thing I dislike about it is that sometimes I have to face some gaps while targeting local market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main key point is that while searching for the new potential customers ZoomInfo provides notification about the same previous research, and recommends us similar accounts related to that information, in this way we stay up to date not only about the new information but also related previous information. ZoomInfo also updates us about the new hiring in the targeted company.

We will recommend this tool to newly growing organization and to large setups also for further expanding of the business. This appropriate software is well suited to every business. It will prove beneficial to you in launching your product as it will help you in adding more values to your business.

Sometimes smaller companies (25-100 users) are not in the database

Creating a Lead List, Prospecting. warming up leads with information so they are more apt to work with you.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has a powerful and robust search feature which helps narrow focus, for example, when I am able to look in a geographic area, this allows me to do so. I like that it has direct phone numbers, company phone numbers, and email addresses which allows me to execute quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search features are kind of clunky unless you go into the specific search fields. Some of the information isn't as accurate as would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to build a list quickly and efficiently to plan my day. It's been a great tool to be able to look at information at what the company is searching for and is incredible useful for targeting specific organizations.
Easy to find contacts
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy ZoomInfo makes finding contacts for organizations I want to sell to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that it's less effective when prospecting smaller organizations. It's probably just a lack of info on the orgs part, but for a small dental group for example, sometimes I can't find any relevant information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finding relevant people to reach out to about our solutions. Instead of having to do tons of research on different sites, I can just use ZoomInfo

Great database for contacts - very accurate

Accuracy of information is pretty good and the ability to import contact information to Salesforce makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have much info on smaller companies - hard to find contact info on these ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting contact information for prospects quickly and integrating that information into my CRM easily. It saves me time.

If you're looking for a database to find leads and their contact information, ZoomInfo is really helpful. I have found the contact information to be very accurate, and the search filters are very helpful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and accuracy of the information while prospecting. I like how it integrates with SFDC so that I don't have to create an account manually... But it is missing some features i would like to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo does not let me know if the account is already in SFDC at a glance like LinkedIn does. LinkedIn has an icon next to the contact or the account showing that it is already in SFDC. I have to click export and then click off of a box that appears and if I want to see who has the account in SFDC I have to click on a link that sends me to the account. It would be nice to see at least that that account is already in SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is huge for me as a SMB AE. I have to add multiple accounts everyday and link the correct prospect contacts to the account so that I can begin to contact them. At scale I can complete that task very quickly, saving time to spend contacting the desired contacts.

adding in the feature of quickly being able to see if the account already exists in SFDC

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of confusion on who is who within organizations. There would be times where I would chase certain individuals and their titles for months, when they were to wrong person. This has provided so much clarity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say really take the time to learn the system. There are a lot of neat tricks, tips, resources and short cuts when navigating Zoom. This will also help you access the most important information, faster.
It's very helpful when prospecting leads and companies. Very insightful.

It is easy to navigate, easy to search leads. It is a one stop shop for details you want to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are less leads in other countries, but mostly in US.

The leads information is accurate, I can be able to connect with the ones I am looking for.

Please use Zoom Info when prospecting leads. Make sure you fill out the categories as much as you can for better results.
