Very useful in finding target prospects
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very useful in finding the right target prospects. The most helpful feature for our research has been "Sccops and Intent"
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo has considerably lesser points of contacts for senior level executives or CXOs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is very useful in finding right point of contact for a project within the organization. Moreover, it covers a lot of insight about the company as well which has great value.

Zoominfo is easy to use, and very helpful to our prospecting efforts
What do you like best about the product?
We've especially liked the wide range of information ZoomInfo provides. The intent data they have is pretty unique in our experience, and has really helped our analysis. We've also been really pleased with the ease of use in matching our existing data to their offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some issues initially with our admin access, but it was taken care of quickly. Our current support has been uniformly great, and our sales contact has been rock solid, but some of the other support/technical resources were less helpful than we'd have expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use ZoomInfo for marketing/targeting. We've recently been using their intent data for further selection. We've found that their data has helped in making our records more accurate, and consolidating duplicate records.
Easy to understand and navigate
What do you like best about the product?
ZI Interface is very user friendly, anyone can learn navigation so quickly
One more thing which I really like is we can track which company is visiting our website anonymously by using Websights feature

I don't think so there is anything to dislike, ZoomInfo is great platform to source personas contacts which are actually required
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.By using Intent data we can track people who are looking for solutions or performing any activity related to our products, so we can understand their pain points and target them before they reach out to us
2.We can source prospects or contacts from ZoomInfo by using our required Personas titles, we can select only those titles in ZI which we wanted to target.
3.Many times it happens our contacts becomes old and data which we are having is with old organisation, by using enhance feature we can actually enhance the contacts details with current updated contact details
4. We can also fetch Account information from ZoomInfo directly like Industry, Employee size and revenue which makes our life easy and time saving
2.We can source prospects or contacts from ZoomInfo by using our required Personas titles, we can select only those titles in ZI which we wanted to target.

Yes I would like to suggest them at least you can take trial first , you will understand that how this software is helpful for you and you will like the User friendly interface and interesting features of ZoomInfo
ZoofInfo is AWESOME!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Before ZoofInfo I had to dig in and research to find contacts at companies... now I just perform a simple search on their site and the contacts and their information is there for me!!! Saving me dozens of hours each month.

Love everything about ZoomInfo!!! Nothing negative to say.

Finding contacts and their numbers quickly.

Easy to Find the prospects I need
What do you like best about the product?
organizing the prospects by departments so that I can quickly import those leads into salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more options to filter by industry- I find myself looking up all my industry codes and I wish i could find them within zoominfo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am making sure that I am only communicating with relevant contacts for my sales job. I am not wasting time on people that have no pull or interest in what I do. I am saving time while being more effective.
Depth and Details
What do you like best about the product?
This is a hard question since there is so much to like. I would lean towards the Intent option as best feature. The insights here provide a pathway for communications and understanding where a customer/prospect is focused at any given time. It's a powerful confirmation of leads and interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
In reality, there is too much information to review. You could spend hours lost in the wealth of data. The search/filtering is very strong. Use it and use it religiously to improve your efficiency within the data.

Verifying targets and improving focus of my messaging.
Quality contacts, slow to suggest company update
What do you like best about the product?
I like the widespread contacts and accuracy of the contacts. I’m breaking into a new industry and it helps to pair accounts with valid contacts from zoom info
What do you dislike about the product?
Suggested company updates take a while. Something as simple as a correct name that has been verified shouldn’t take 2 months to fix.

Connecting the dots between relevant industries and their companies.
An amazing tool for Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
It's custom-built for BDRs. It's very easy to find leads by whatever category one wants. It has an amazing set of filters as well which helps to get granular level data. The alerts feature is also awesome. Integration with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data which we get through applying filters is not correct. The '25' limit while exporting leads to SF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get more leads very quickly. We are able to do accurate prospecting. Since we have integration with Salesforce, it's very easy to import leads from Zoominfo to SF. The integration with Outreach also helps a lot.

Zoominfo is a great tool for BDRs. It has an amazing set of features to get data at a granular level.
ZoomInfo offers an easy to use platform that quickly finds me the right contact and info !!

Extensive data to help me mine leads easily. Advanced setting to help me refine my list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some updates to contact data are needed. Does not always weed out non-US-based entities. Filtering down by job descriptors can offer challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily find contact data to help me reach the right person. Advanced settings help me to narrow my lists to the most pertinent data.
ZoomInfo has opened doors for us and has been an excellent tool that we use every day.

Being able to reach out to new companies that we couldn't have before.

Some companies are missing from their database or are missing contact information.

ZoomInfo helps us unlock so many more opportunities to establish business relationships with other companies that we could never have done before.
