"Best Prospecting tool on the market"

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many perks to ZoomInfo, but where to begin? First, I will say that finding the right contact, email, and phone numbers in an organization is crucial to marketing success, and ZoomInfo has contacts that you can't find anywhere else. I don't know how they do it, but I'm very grateful indeed. This allows you to bypass those pesky gatekeepers and get straight to your target.

Second, the Salesflow feature is incredibly helpful in scheduling tasks and completing them efficiently. You don't even have to remember everything, as it basically does all the work for you—like having a personal assistant.

Third, I love the WebSights feature! Not only does it show all the companies visiting your website, but it also highlights their areas of interest, which is basically a warm lead in and of itself.

And lastly, If you are cold calling and emailing as part of your daily prospecting, this will change your game on so many levels! You can call and email right out of Zoominfo which saves you so much time and allows you to reach your dailey target.

I would HIGHLY recommend ZoomInfo to anyone. Now that I have had a taste, I don't know how I could ever do without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The credit system. I believe if you are paying for the subscription, everything should be unlimited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right buying contacts and helping me hit my daily target with auto vm drop and emailing straight from the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Drill down ability, lots of contacts, emails are usually accurate, easy to search most of the time, ability to tag helps it act as a CRM in some ways. The setup is easy so you can get working right away, does not really need much more than a video or quick google search to figure out how to do basic things.
What do you dislike about the product?
not always good data, people may not ahve worked there in years. Have to double check with LinkedIn to make sure they are still there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching people I can't reach on Linkedin or indeed. Reaching prospects directly instead of their social media platforms. Pulling large lists of prospective accounts that fit the specific niche we want to sell to

What do you like best about the product?
We are using the org structure and the technology stack during our introductory call to qualify the opportunity and understand the stakeholders, initally we gather company summary in pdf to help sales team in more qualification, the customer support is amazing, for any issue you can call them and they will support you.
What do you dislike about the product?
the cell number are few times outdated and needs to be rectified on realtime

realtime date for preparing the GTM market and the intent data for intelligence on the accounts

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about ZoomInfo is scoops. I like being able to narrow down which firms are looking into SAAS platforms and certain topics within the industry. It's been a gamechanger.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! ZoomInfo is a great platform that helps drive new prospects into my pipeline.

ZoomInfo sales is helping identify which prospects at certain firms are looking for solutions that my platform can offer.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Depth and accuracy of data. Use daily to build a complete picture of an organisation and easily find the right people to prospect
2. Intent data means outbound activities can be well-timed
3. Exceptional team that simplifies onboarding and promptly responds whenever I reach out to them
What do you dislike about the product?
1. We've faced challenges integrating with our SalesForce instance due to data sovereignty concerns
2. Unable to match companies based on address data in Australa
3. Cannot find every company that I search for, which is understandable for those with fewer than 100 employees, but unexpected for those with 500+ FTE
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to find the right individuals at the right companies for our target market definition

at LW, we use it for our end customer to do lead generation, email campaign, b2b nurturing and lead nurturing with pulling data from it.

What do you like best about the product?
After trying other tools, we have found that ZoomInfo Sales is the only one which provides up to date, valuable contact information for a wide range of contacts for the UK and also globally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not encountered any problems so far!

Provides contact information for sales leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it really easy to natigate and searh for specific catagories, job titles and industries. Its very helpful if you want to find contact emails and phone number for specific companies as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside really is that sometimes the info is outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting through to companies I would never be able to reach just on Google!

easier ways to mass import contacts to CRM, loading times for plugin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email veification so I no longer need to guess. The buyer intent data and sales intelligence is also helpful for prioritizing outreach among my territory.

It has become a very comprehensive suite and has always had the best data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive but I do still use it because of the quality of the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used ZoomInfo at my previous 4-5 companies and as a result, I've become a champion of the tool. I was brought on at my current company to build an outbound motion and have replaced Apollo with ZoomInfo to successfully do that.
Before using ZoomInfo, our process for finding leads and building lists was manual, time-consuming, and inefficient. The switch to ZoomInfo has enabled us to significantly ramp up our outbound efforts. We've been able to increase the quantity and quality of our outreach. Notably, the ability to leverage AI to generate emails for specific intent signals has been a game-changer.
