How it eases me as an SDR and a Inbound sales agent.

What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR and an Inbound sales agent, what I like about Zoominfo sales the most is how it streamlines the lead generation process it provides accurate lead data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I don't like it but It's somehow overwhelming how many features there is in the ZoomInfo interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo address challenges in sales prospecting and lead generation. It solves plenty of the problems I'm facing, specially finding accurate and up to date contact information for decision-makerks, which helps me reach the right people faster without spending recessive effort on research.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and we find it to be the most accurate lead information out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm afraid there's nothing far. It fits our needs as a small company perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to pull hundreds of contacts in a particular industry easily. We have used other systems before and this is so far the most accurate.

The program is easy to use and the Support Team is readily available when necessary
What do you dislike about the product?
When contact information isn't available, although I know it is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing business development targets. It provides us a point of contact that wasn't readily available

Great lead generating app.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the GUI a lot. All of the tols within the app are great, like intents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact info isn't always accurate, primarily the phone numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has more contacts than other apps I've used. I also like how you can narrow down prospects within your territory.

How the data downloads into my enterprise CRM. Very cumbersome

"Most likely to engage" is a great feature

Getting the most up to date phone number and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is out of date and not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me get customer contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been looking up information with a phone number only and am getting a lot of hits on accurate contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still very happy with the database. Have yet to find a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best benefit I have found is all of the cell phone #s for top executives in ZoomInfo. As we know, secretaries can be gatekeepers, messages left in general voicemails aren't passed along, and many executive's direct lines are impossible to get to. People answer their cell phones and listen- plus, texting is a great tool to let someone know why you are calling.

ZoomInfo has email addresses that are legit and work! Can't get through with a phone call, send an introductory email.

What do you like best about the product?
Data accuracy is of the utmost importance when working a lead list, Zoom prides themselves in maintaining data validity.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been 100% satisified with the services that are provided!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling lead list from Zoom eliminates the uncertainity of your contacts when making cold calls.

Solid tool for contact and company research

What do you like best about the product?
It provides my organization a single source of truth on account data that helps standardize data elements to conduct our marketing and sales efforts from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are downsides but like any data provider - consistency and accuracy are key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central repository for data to determine if an account fits our ICP criteria and a solid integration point with our Salesforce CRM to update missing data and correct bad data points.

The ability to find people easily and quickly. The Intent feature is invaluable, to help you find businessess that are insterested in your Company!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitaitons on the app, like Intent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of information on prospects. I can find people email or cell#'s easily.
