I really don't like the loading time sometimes and also how there can be duplicate contacts

What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI that let's you immediately begin sourcing quality data for campaigns. Allows for the bypassing of any "gatekeepers", putting you squarely in front of decision makers from the get go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new quick search function on the top of the platform has been a bit clunky since the integration between Zoom and Discover. It constantly will freeze, render irrelevant results and/or will remain as a pop up even when trying to access the rest of the page behind it. Much easier to conduct searches through the taskbar on the left.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding a direct method of contact to decision makers. ZoomInfo has allowed our sales team to completely bypass hundreds of hours of "busy work" for each sales rep by being able to get us to our goal prospect right from the start.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest that any leader of a sales organization compare the results of users not implementing Zoom to those that are over the course of a month. Every vertical is different of course but the results should be pretty stark in comparison.

Solid solution for contact/account data in the B2B Saas world

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can go to the account view inside ZoomInfo and see how many contacts they have for an account, filter them by seniority level, and directly import them into Salesforce. I also like how the LinkedIn Sales Navigator extension works so that I can find contact data with one click for an individual on LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of contact data for the LATAM segment which my team has supported (basically nothing available for the version we were on). I also wish you could import how ever many contacts at a time to Salesforce, rather than being limited to 25 at a time and having to change pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to perform outreach at scale and get contact data at scale rather than having to guess or do a lot of one-off emails/calls. Targeting specific personas.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo makes my prospecting very easy and gives me the tools I need to find and being working on new outbound efforts. Also, the SFDC function makes things really easy to import and action right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say from a dislike. If I can pick one thing, It would be that 1% of the time I can't find an email for a contact, but that is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hard to know every company that is out there and I can lose a lot of time trying to research all companies in a certain vertical. ZoomInfo gives me a quick list of all companies with the same demographics in seconds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it now and start using it!

Up to date resource to find good contacts and industries to focus on, good intelligence on companies who are actively seeking our services

Sometimes the data is out of date but it is easy to submit a fix for that.

Finding great contacts and searching for new accounts to prospect

Best Prospecting Tool on the Market

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of DiscoverOrg are the scoops and opp alerts. You can create alerts based on your predetermined filters to alert you when a company is potentially in the market for a product or service that you offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that DiscoverOrg had a better integration with SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to access all of the contact information I need for most of my accounts for prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! You can't beat Zoom Info powered by Discover Org.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that most of the people that you need to contact show up on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost/conversion rate/high pressure sales pitches/tools that are good, but not amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a tough question. At first I thought we needed a phonebook with access to everyone. We didn't. We needed to continue working with our customers. So access to new people yes, but use, no.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy access to contact information for prospects, as well as scoops and news into what's going on with their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Sometimes the titles are outdated, but people get promoted all the time so that can be hard to keep up with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More leads, more efficient with my prospecting time

Amazing Tool for Prospecting!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using ZoomInfo for many reasons. I am able to get actuate data for prospecting, able to build list based on locations, employee size, industries, location. I am able to integrate data into my CRM which takes out the extra manual work. They offer certifications through the platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have complaints about the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct personas within a company to prospect, getting their email and direct number is always helpful. This tool is helping us maintain a clean and organized database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand what you are looking to accomplish with the tool and go from there.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is well organized on zoom and very much up to date with its contact within a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to connect to my CRM unfortunately mobile numbers do not manually sync and have to be imported manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized with leads and contact and discovering the correct people quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to start prospecting on any company or individual. The sync is easy with a quick set up and select contact to export if you are using a CRM
