Excellent software - incredibly useful! Occasional bugs, but don't last more than a day

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it makes prospecting for my job. Exporting contacts to Salesforce is a phenomenal feature, and more often than not, they have they people I'm looking for in their database. It's sort of like Schwarzenegger in the jungle: "If it has an email, I can find it." I'll go snooping around, trying to find the proper contact, and when I do - boom. I can get in contact with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally bugs render it useless. There are days when the product won't load at all, no matter how many times you smash that F5 key. I mean I'll hit that thing like Rocky Balboa on a speed bag, but without the sweat and incomprehensible speech patterns. But unlike Rocky's progress, which requires a whole montage which covers, I believe, 5 weeks of training, it rarely takes ZoomInfo more than a day for them to fix their issues. It can certainly be frustrating, like chugging 5 raw eggs at 4:30 in the morning, but ultimately I think the gains are well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not necessarily that I'm solving problems so much as saving a ton of time. I suppose that oftentimes just guessing people's email addresses would qualify as a major problem, and ZoomInfo certainly takes the load off there. Otherwise, I'd probably spend about 30% of my time just trying to find email addresses. So having ZoomInfo makes me able to spend that 30% doing much more valuable work, like finding the right contacts and their information, building deep connections with my coworkers, and making that first pot of coffee in the morning that is essential to a productive and encouraging day. So in all honesty, I probably have ZoomInfo to thank for having a meaningful workspace and an adequate amount of caffeine. Thanks, ZoomInfo!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely makes prospecting and getting in touch with people a heck of a lot easier. I would say it's certainly worth your while if you want save some serious time. You very rarely need to guess emails, and I don't know about you, but that takes a huge chunk of time in my position. The worst feeling is when you're certain that your contact is the right person, but no matter how many combinations of emails you put in, you can't find 'em. More often than not, ZoomInfo steps in to save the day, and provides you with that info.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo provides incredibly accurate information for prospecting new clients. This tool plus linkedin provides most of my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search filters can be better as well as exporting. Sometimes info is not up to date. I wish there was a bounced email feature or no longer works there feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
25 export limitations makes things time consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
i like how you can search by vertical or insert keywords. i also really like how it makes my process of courcing super easy by directing me towards the right points of contact at the appropriate organization it really makes sure i am contacting the right person and i am able to add people to sequences from outreach integration which is also convenient i really like zoom info and other organizations shoudl purchase it they do a really great jobb wow they do a really great job they do a really great job
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like how sometimes the info is outdated i also dont like how sometimes the info is outdates and the wrong titles appear which is too bad because then it makes me look like an idiot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
trying to find emails and appropriate contacts. i realized the benefit of cross referencing zoom info w sales navigator. we are making sure our data is accurate and up to date we make sure we are reaching out to the right folks at every organization and it really helps to make sure im contactuing the right people it make sure imc contacting the right people it does a tremendous job

you should deinigitely use zoom info because it is awesome and it helps get you job done efficiently and affectivvely it is really really good tool and i would highly recommend it and i like how you can leave reviews for outher users i hope i can end up using this tool its really great

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Zoominfo Reachout extension for Chrome. I also love the recent updates to features/functionality since the acquisition by Discover Org.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface on the main application can be a little confusing and overall clunky, integration with SalesForce could use an update as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My goal is to connect with leaders in various industries and ZoomInfo makes this a lot easier! I've been able to get valuable insights directly related to connecting with individuals necessary to build pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely get the Chrome extension - it makes all the difference when using LinkedIn

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has updated information on prospects, direct phone numbers, addresses and convenient way of exporting the information to Salesforce that comes handy and saves a lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
revenue for private companies sometimes is inaccurate as well as employee count
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
have improved my outreach with better data , has been able to import more accounts into salesforce based on certain criteria

What do you like best about the product?
The part I like best is their database. This company has nearly every company around in their database filled with contacts, company descriptions, locations, emails & phone numbers, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitch errors, which causes the system to not work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my sales process. I’m able to locate people in certain companies with their email address. Really helps me target my sales approach to the right people

What do you like best about the product?
The site is user-friendly and allows for easy access to contacts I need to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always the most up-to-date information, though this is to be expected considering the ever-changing nature of organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to compare contacts in my organization's database to the information on this site to better prepare myself for conversations with other organizations.

It would be helpful if your database was integrated with DUNS numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of importing contacts directly into my CRM (Hubspot)
Search tools, specifically the ability to drill down on both the company level and contact level. For me the most relevant searching tools where management level, company size, job function and open-ended title field
Love that contact information provides both HQ and direct phone numbers
Love that you can allocate import credits to different users
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if contacts that are no longer at companies and are bouncing can be automatically removed from said companies
There have been a few isolated times where ZoomInfo has been unavailable and/or has kicked me out of the software for no apparent reason
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach to new vertical with limited roladex. The ability to quickly and easily grow my CRM with targeted customers with the simple import click. This dramatically saves time from having to copy/past multiple fields and switching back and forth from my CRM window and ZoomInfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wonderful software to aid sales outreach for a startup or business that is new to an industry or vertical and looking to build a customer base/name recognition. What I probably enjoyed the most as a new user 1 year ago, was how intuitive and user-friendly ZoomInfo is to use. It did not require me taking or watching any tutorials as I was able to just hit the ground running and begin building my contact base within my CRM and immediately start calling and emailing my target list. For me, sometimes I get too comfortable with what I am able to use ZoomInfo for and as a result do not take advantage of the other amazing tools that ZoomInfo has to offer. I look forward to pushing myself in year 2 to learn some of the other valuable tools ZoomInfo has to offer and how they can potentially help me to streamline my sales outreach process and create more efficiencies.

Zoominfo- Great Contact/Account Builder

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about ZoomInfo. Been using for about 4 years now. I use it for expanding and landing my Target accounts. From researching a contact to being able to import right to Salesforce with a click of a button. I recently was able to build out an entire team progression using ZoomInfo and CSV files. Drilling down and finding Key contacts. Data is about 80% accurate I would say and usually up to date. From researching a company to drilling down to the key contacts, Zoominfo is my tool of choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints with ZoomInfo. It truly helps me everyday. I wish it could work in Salesforce Lighting a bit more than having to use extension through Chrome, overall though works awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account Builds and Contact Building. I have used Zoom in last 90 days to build out key Progressions for 4 AE's and imported around 3k contacts for the SDR team to target. It has produced some key meetings with key brands.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Truly a simple and easy tool for team. Implementation is simple, plugins available, great support staff. Willing to jump on a call anytime.
