Essential Tool for B2B Sales
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great resource to understand companies, and has contact information for the majority of potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of downsides – occasionally the contact information isn't available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get most of our meetings through targeting contacts from ZoomInfo.
Great outreach tool. 100% satisfied with the service that i get!
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoominfo's straight forward sorting tools. I also like how Zoominfo is constantly looking to improve their platform. I think that it is very important, especially in today's highly tech focused business world. Zoominfo is 100% on trend and i am looking forward to more great things to come in the future! The upsides to zoom info are the always updating the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that not all information is correct, however this is understandable as people often move around. I think it is important to realize that zoominfo is doing a great job updating information, and it is a very difficult job to find all of the different information they use. Keeping this in mind, there is really nothing not to like about Zoominfo and the services they provide. I would give them a five star rating any day of the week. The only thing that would make zoom info better is perhaps a linkedin integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our company to reach new business quickly. It is very important in our industry to have up to date, and targeted lead lists. The industry breakdown in Zoom Info seems to be very robust, and it allows us to find the right decision makers, and effectively sell our services. There is no way that we would be as big as we are today without the help of zoom info. I think that zoom info is a great company with a with of things to offer!

I would like to see a duplicate management service that would clean and remove duplicates in existing data.

info can sometimes be dated, but for the most part is accurate enough with contact info to get me to where I need to go

If you're looking to prospect for the RIGHT people for your business, Zoom is an essential tool.
ZoomInfo makes prospecting extremely quick initially, but information can be out of date
What do you like best about the product?
It has really cut my prospecting time drastically. There is absolutely no comparison to doing it manually, and I cannot imagine going back to that kind of system. I can immediately find information out about a company, find out what technologies they are using, and upload 25 contacts at a time into Salesforce. I can filter by employee title, keywords, management level, and more. It is a great product that is becoming better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that can be improved would be refreshing the information more frequently. It's usually quite accurate, but especially for prospects with higher titles (VPs, C-level), I always double check on LinkedIn that their title and responsibilities haven't changed before calling or sending an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was previously at a company without ZoomInfo, and I cannot overstate how much time and productivity was wasted by manually importing leads, or writing everything out in an Excel sheet first in order to import to SalesForce. It is a waste of time, talent, and money for a company that does prospecting to do so without ZoomInfo.

Necessary tool in outbound sales, and it is quite comprehensive in the information and intelligence it provides about the company as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The information available and being able to easily export to Salesforce, the functions that allow you to search by company or contact info. I like the various contact info from all the roles of the company. I like that it tells you that there are duplicate contact information. I also enjoy how simple the format is, very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information and contact information could be updated more often, have a lot of contact info that aren't accurate. Not a big fan of signing in to Zoominfo quite a bit. Think that's unnecessary. Not too much to dislike since the platform doesn't have too many functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To find contact information that is not readily available over the web. To get email format that I can use and base off of when adding new contacts. The benefit is definitely time consuming, I am no longer spending hours finding numbers, roles, emails. That is the biggest benefit of Zoom info, the information is all there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
USE IT if you want to save time on research and prospecting! It's a great tool to get the information that isn't on Google or Linkedin. Very easy to export to Salesforce.
Best Data Available, but Expensive
What do you like best about the product?
We've tested out several different vendors, but we've found that ZoomInfo has far and away the best data (phone numbers, emails). Additionally, ZoomInfo has valuable information on other tools that our prospects use and provides notification when prospects are mentioned in the news. All incredibly valuable tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is expensive, however we've found that it's a must-have in our sales process. Additionally, the platform sometimes is slow to load. We also had difficulties getting in touch with Sales and Support when we had issues. We're a small company so it sometimes feels that we're unimportant to them. When it came time for renewal we struggled to get in touch with the sales team and had our account turned off, which was damaging to our pipeline development. This severely damaged our relationship with the company and they made no efforts to correct. If their platform wasn't so valuable to our business development efforts, there is no question that we would have canceled. Prepare for renewal by getting in touch with your sales rep months in advance.

We've drastically decreased the amount of time we spend prospecting. We're able to find exactly who we need, what type tools that they are using, any relevant news regarding the company/prospect, and countless more pieces of information. We've closed a number of large deals through data and intelligence that we sourced directly from Zoominfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall the platform is incredibly valuable. Yes, the initial cost is steep, however if you use it the correct way the investment will absolutely pay off.
I recommend that if you do move forward with the platform, you take advantage of all the features, not just the contact and companie lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Contact info is great, usually up to date and most people you can find.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the contact info is incorrect which can be a waste of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to prospects with the correct form of communication. I work in Canada though so CASL greatly effects how I work- I can't email people who don't have public info available, meaning phone numbers are everything for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of ZoomInfo is the sheer volume of information available. There are hundreds of thousands of companies and contacts, the accuracy of HQ and direct work numbers is very strong, I'd say 80%+. Email address accuracy is also strong and is almost always a work email. At certain pricepoints there are also additional features like org charts which can prove helpful, especially in large enterprise sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few, if any, direct mobile numbers. We have since subscribed to a secondary tool that provides us with cell phone numbers, though at a lower accuracy rate. With people increasingly reliant on mobile devices, the lack of these numbers can make it challenging to use Zoom as a standalone tool, especially if your primary market is sales or operations people who are glued to a mobile phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently there have been some issues with the plug in occasionally not displaying individual data, though a search still reveals information. This has been spotty and intermittent and appears to be resolved as I write this review. We have been able to seamlessly migrate thousands of accounts directly to hubspot, as well as many thousands more contacts. The integration with hubspot and linkedin is excellent and allows us to quickly enter new accounts to be prospected. We have also been able to do much larger scale searches for prospective clients and accounts to prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you truly evaluate how the types of contact numbers you need and who you wish to call upon. Our need for mobile numbers and our target prospects necessitate an additional tool, the expense adds up. Also, the move to join with Discovery has increased the price, especially per credit dramatically.

I like that the info that comes with each lead includes direct lines.

A lot of people are not updated very often so they end up not working there or have gotten a promotion when you contact them. Just some bad info.

It really helps me figure out what companies are growing and which targets might be of actual worth. all the extra data and filters are really useful.

Best if used in tandem with LINKEDIN sales navigator and salesforce. ( at least in sales). All in all a very robust solution for any organization.
