What do you like best about the product?
I like that the information in Zoom info is correct over 90%of the time. I have used many databases over the years and I am truly impressed with ZoomInfo and the ease of use and the ease of uploading the data into my system
What do you dislike about the product?
I did notice that when we did a company wide data check it brought in info to empty fields for contacts not marked as inactive - with info from current company (but on old company record)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data cleanliness is great and has helped me.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of data options to segment and find the type of data points that you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of inaccurate data and they make it very difficult to get your credits back. You have to send them each piece of bad data and I do not have time for that. It is not user-friendly and I found support lacking. When we discussed what was on the roadmap for getting better data and making it easier to get accurate leads, I was always giving the run-around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped add people to our campaigns. When you have correct data, it helps connects you with the people you are trying to reach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not recommend this solution unless it is a last resort.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to look at accounts and identify the right contacts. Its great Intel when prospecting and identifying target accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
That info isn't always accurate, but thats understandable. Some accounts aren't built out as well as others.

We are targeting the right people and finding the right people quicker because of discover.org.

What do you like best about the product?
Real live case study of inbox ai's value proposition. CTO example. I also enjoyed the live demo of the technology. It was great to hear from two point of view, zoom info and the inbox ai team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more time was spent demoing the actual technology, maybe even discussing pricing or expectations to the sales process like contracts. Sound quality needed improvement as it had a few drop offs. Also enthusiasm from the speakers lacked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding decision makers. Ability to achieve multiple touch points. Mass emails, industry specific knowledge, scoops and opp alerts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and has a vast amount of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that we don't know how accurate the data is. We also had some difficulty with coming up the numbers on how many new prospects has had their data enriched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My department is using it as a prospecting tool and also for Data Enrichment.
Up sold and being ripped off

It's a powerful search tool to find leads

So much. We were upsold a package we didn't need and are now completely ham strong by t&c's. And the product isn't even that good.

It helps us research contacts and organizations and when the information is correct it can be useful but in truth way too much info is wrong.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buyer beware. It's an expensive resource that promises much in our experience at the sales stage and delivers on some but certainly fat from all of it. We are a poll of one but we will not be renewing.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides a fast, and efficient method of obtaining contact details for prospects. A useful Chrome plugin means you don't even have to leave someone's LinkedIn profile to get their direct line number.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever-changing rules, and limits. From an infinite search amount, down to 2,000/month, to 20,000/month, and seemingly now back to infinite?
Correct and up-to-date details becoming harder to find. Strangely seems to be happening as they introduce higher tier plans for more information.

ZoomInfo is currently part of the core BAU process for my team. We reach out to some 15,000 prospects a month, and 90% of their contact information comes from ZoomInfo.

Be certain of how many user licenses you need.

What do you like best about the product?
They have abundant amount of North And European lead information available in their database. The quality of the information is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of direct contact number for half of the leads available. Almost there are no available information about leads in APAC region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding out contact information of Potential leads is the main problem that this tool solves.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is an excellent tool that makes it easy for me to generate lists and structure accurate and updated contact information. I can also identify direct dials of contacts, emails and a detailed description providing me with very accurate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is ideal to improve the connection of the website a little because sometimes it turns out to be a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we use ZoomInfo in our company to extract contact information with the best possible information of people from other companies through the web providing us with the correct options for development and sales processes.

What do you like best about the product?
It was amazing to be able to quickly find contact information for prospects. Also helpful to understand org charts and tech landscape.

The information was frequently outdated. Acquisitions/parent companies were rarely updated in a timely manner. Very lacking in info for newer/growing businesses.
