What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has helped us do a lot of helpful prospecting. As commercial brokers, we are constantly looking for new clients and the most helpful thing in identifying new clients in being able to have access to their contact phone numbers, addresses and emails. ZoomInfo, so far, has been very good at providing that information from us and it has saved us a lot of time and effort in being able to get all that information from one website.
What do you dislike about the product?
My office has been pretty disappointed with the merge that ZoomInfo is doing with DiscoverOrg. This is only because the price for us has increased quite significantly. We are looking in to other options in terms of software that could do just as much as ZoomInfo for less of the price. Granted, this has been difficult, due to the fact that ZoomInfo is so comprehensive. Nevertheless, we are still upset about the dramatic price increase and may not stay with ZoomInfo long term for that reason. We have also been all sharing one user as an office to cut down on price (thus the name Martin Brannon on our profile), which goes to show how pricey this software is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated above, ZoomInfo has been a great one stop shop in terms of prospecting and looking for new clients. Before we started using ZoomInfo, we would go to three, four, or five different websites to find everything that we needed on the company we were researching. ZoomInfo has, therefore, cut our research time in half, which has been really great. Overall, we are pleased with ZoomInfo and hopeful that we can keep it, despite the price increase.

What do you like best about the product?
We can really target our ideal users by sorting and setting criteria, plus we can pay for only certain demographics or users so we don't need to purchase leads that don't fit our target. It's easy to export and use!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some sorting features missing, selecting only users that have a connected LinkedIn account or removing contacts that are already in our user-base, although we can see that they have been previously contacted..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it really easy to give our sales reps calling lists. As a small company, it's hard to put a lot of time into creating lists when there are so many other priorities as well, but DiscoverOrg helps a lot.

Excellent tool for finding contact information

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It's super user-friendly and you can search for a specific person by name or company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many fields checked off and you don't realize it because it only shows you at the very top of the screen. You must uncheck everything after every search or it carries over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I'll connect with someone on LinkedIn and we will start a conversation they will say something like "email me more info" and not provide it. I can use ZoomInfo to easily access their email addresses and get the proper information to them quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the Zoominfo for me is the chrome extension. It saves a lot of time to be able to quickly gain basic information on a company or to contact every other page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the match can be off and nothing can be found when you find what you need in a simple manual search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to easily gather contact information such as telephone numbers or company e-mails for friends that left fake information or misleads and streamlines my day so much better than it was before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quite suggested for businesses preparing specific accounts and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily click on my ZoomInfo sidebar to pull lead information off any prospect's page I'm on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think ZoomInfo goes down about once every few weeks, but only for a few hours at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the most accurate information from ZoomInfo and rarely find that an email bounces or # is out of service.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the easiest as it relates to importing contacts from LinkedIn into salesforce with a direct integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contacts seem to be a bit limited or outdated as it relates to the correct contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find the correct contact information while I am doing my prospecting.

Keep up the great work, just add more available contacts please.

What do you like best about the product?
The chrome extension is the best part of zoominfo for me. Being able to quickly grab basic info on a company or contact through basically any page is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the matching can be off or not find anything at all when a simple manual search has no problems finding what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paired with Hubspot I use it to quickly grab contact info like phone numbers or business email addresses for contacts who left fake info or mistyped something and it streamlines my day so much better than it was without.

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to zoom info the most I like is the Contact Data Availability. Company Data Availability,
Contact Data Accuracy, Company Data Accuracy, Market Insights, Account-level Insights, Funding and Technologies which are currently being used by the company and the most I like is the Functional Filter where you can check or filter the contacts specific to there area of expertise such as marketing, product engineering, operations, etc. You can also search contacts basis on Designation type such as directors, managers, CXO's, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the quality of data is very bad and inaccurate wherein the data which is available is outdated including phone numbers, email addresses and most of the people who are in the database have already left the organization and the ratio is about 20 to 30%. The last update/verification done on the contacts and accounts is nearly six months because of which the possibility of outdated data more is more which makes it inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get the contact information of the contacts and accounts we are planning to target who might be interested to buy the product or service we offer.

Very much recommended to organization who are planning to target specific accounts and contacts

What do you like best about the product?
It is a really practical and objective application, that is, it allows me to work without much detour and speed up as much as possible, it has a contact search engine, which is a real wonder because it saves a lot of time and effort, it also presents an updated platform that facilitates me Find some key titles that I am looking for at the moment and evaluate when it was the last time it was updated to find the profile that best suits me with real-time real-time information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is important to keep in mind that when looking for a smaller company, the time frame should be extended to the "last update" to obtain accurate and true information, which may lead to discrepancies in certain cases where it is not found. updated the information and it is very difficult to find the required contact in the role that I am looking for at the moment, let's say that it is a matter of being careful and critical with the information that is found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
