Zoom solves prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how versatile zoominfo is in finding prospect information. It is easy to find emails and phone numbers, and get that information into salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that is not helpful with zoominfo. I will say that its connection to linkedIn isn't great

Combination of Zoom and DiscoverOrg is the best of both worlds
What do you like best about the product?
Get both detailed sales contact information from the legacy ZoomInfo, and great triggers and overall account information from the legacy DiscoverOrg. The products have been combined in an easy-to-use UI that flows well and can be grasped quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add or change at this time. Maybe the ability to send mass leads to CRM could be made easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed time to reach new prospects and leads significantly, while keeping track of them within CRM.
Best Tool in the Market for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg gives me detailed contact information of most of the prospects. It also provides the reporting structure of the prospects. The interface is very intuitive and easily navigable. Moreover, the scoops provided are very authentic and act as a great conversation starter. And lastly, the technological landscape of companies help me a lot while planning for any cold calling/email campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances when I found the email or desk number of the prospect is incorrect or the entire data of the prospect dated. However, I have to mention that they swiftly resolve the issue when I report through the fix it request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg solves a lot of problems we were facing in the past with respect to prospecting. It saves so much time and allows me to focus more on the core of my job. We no longer spend enormous amount of time on doing research and then copying data from the internet. Quick access to the direct line and email id of prospects connect me with my prospects without doing any heavy lifting research.

It removes a lot of manual work for people in a BDR position.

It's quite pricy, which might be a hurdle for very small companies.

Finding potential customers with ease, without having to do a lot of manual research.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is excellent, it is feasible for me to keep good account and contact information. Its function is adequate because it presents me with detailed and truthful information. I can say what sastiface because it presents me with good characteristics of the panels and reports which generates a lot of information. Actually it has allowed me to Ploliferate in my sales, and sell with intelligence to the consumer. DiscoverOrg has been very rewarding for its easy handling, and provides me with good support for the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes me a little difficult because the contacts are a bit outdated, it would be good to take this point into account, for some improvements. It must be perfected, since it must be more filterable, if it has a search filter but it gives little information about the search. As for the communication is very limited, there is no greater access to it, this does not mean that it cannot resolve. Not bad at all the data can be a little more precise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg we are using it in our company and it is being implemented in the sales department. It should be noted that it has been very interesting and aims to investigate the high hierarchy of the department and have effective information. This tool offers us to develop our ABM strategy. In the same way it has been effective because with this tool we have been able to identify companies, and visualize what technology they are using and even to which department to target.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DiscoverOrg is ideal because it updates all your contacts on a daily basis and knowing that the information provided is relevant. This tool is very interesting how simple and convenient to use. It has great valuable information about traditional markets, we also use it to group companies by size. DiscoverOrg provides us with very concise and accurate data to be in contact with potential customers.
A BDR's best friend
What do you like best about the product?
If you are expected to find new logos to reach out to on a daily bases, DiscoverOrg will be your best friend. You can easily generate lists of new contacts by searching companies that are using your competitor's product, and focus in on your territory, specific titles, company size, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
DiscoverOrg is so good at providing phone numbers that occasionally they will pull a personal number and prospect prospect will get upset about being solicited on a personal number. One time I called a prospect and I get their child's cell phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could spend hours on hours searching for phone numbers, titles, and other information online. DiscoverOrg allows me to pull this information instantly.
Zoom info is necessary for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to upload multiple contacts to an account at once that fall within the same function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo sometimes recognizes several accounts as the appropriate one to upload to and I often have to take additional steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves my prospecting needs. I use this as a sales development tool. Zoominfo allows me to quickly do my job in once place and it directly links to salesforce which makes things much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful part about ZoomInfo is the ability to be able to prospect compile lists and verify data all at the edge of your finger tips! I love the pull down option in linked in that allows a very seamless intergration so that you can continue to prospect even when you are on a different app or different website. The prospecting never ends when im using this product and as someone who was in both a marketing and sales role will really make you come to appreciate the product and everything that it stands for! thank you so much Zoominfo and co for making our lives so much easier and we hope you continue to improve your processes and give us sales people more power!
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about ZoomInfo is few and far between. However sometimes the right customer data wont be in the system sometimes the system only gives you outdated info. Theres not much that can be done about that the only thing I could think of is a great linked in integration! better than the one that is obviouslt in place already! Again its very hard to choose a thing to dislike when everything . about the product is just so useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im solving the problem of never running out of a pipeline my possibilities are limitless with zoom info! I can easily prospect all day!
Helpful for finding information
What do you like best about the product?
I really like all the search criteria you can do and how helpful it is for finding contact info for our leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the contact info was updated more than just "in the last 6 months" so we could know if they still work at the company or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply put - contact info! Has been a huge tool also in mass importing/exporting contacts.
