Great for locating contact info
What do you like best about the product?
I love using the tools to identify the key decision makers within an organization and then getting their direct contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that more small and medium sized businesses had info available.

A good starting point, but many gaps in information
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is a great tool when you are lucky enough to seek information on a company that is fully verified. It's great to be able to find reporting structures and mailing addresses. One of the most valuable features of the tool is the Scoops feature, which alerts you to changes at a prospect company that are relevant to your business, such as purchase initiatives or pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often use DiscoverOrg to look for contact information, especially mailing addresses. Often I find that the tool will use the main HQ address for contacts whose LinkedIn profiles will say they work in another state or locality. I always have to double check the validity of the contact information, and it is often incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am occasionally finding contact information and reporting structures so that I can reach out to the right prospects.

Getting not just contact information but also information for the company is very helpful

Sometimes the issue I encounter is the phone numbers and emails may be old and no longer in service

Zoommakes it easier to bypass gatekeepers with direct contact information and listed roles so you know who you need

Zoom is great just wish the contact information, mostly the direct ones, were more accurate

The access you have and the detail that you can enter in to find the perfect prospect you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can see so far. Everything works very smoothly.

Far too often I get leads from clients/prospects but leave the meeting without a phone number. Zoominfo gives you that, so you are able to find the prospects contact information.

The service returned a good number of results. Some services are not as thorough.

Our firm manages fundraising campaigns for nonprofits. We use Zoominfo as a tool to find prospective donors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth a test drive. I wish they had a discount for nonprofit organizations' use.
ZoomInfo has significantly helped me expedite my prospecting process and delivers accurate info
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is fantastic and just what I need when I'm navigating through my prospecting processes. Another, aspect is how it allows you search for companies or contacts individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I search for a company or a name that has been verified by cross referencing and it ZoomInfo does not populate any information on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of trying to locate multiple contacts within a specific title and/or account/industry.

I would highly recommend ZoomInfo for anyone prospecting Enterprise Organization and trying to multi-thread

Fantastic for lead sourcing ... mass imports to Salesforce are a breeze

This company will harass you
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. They are the worst company from a customer service perspective. They have continually called me in the middle of the night.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have asked them to remove my contact but they will not

I entered my contact details so I could find out more about their service. They have not stopped calling me since. They call me in the middle of the night. I have contacted them to remove my details but they will not do so. I have called their tea who have hung up on me. This company is the worst I have dealt with.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a software that allows you to manage in a very specific way, which saves a lot of time and makes market segmentation a totally efficient process, also generates marketing analysis, which, emit detailed information about the campaigns carried out, product or service offered, strategy used, the impact caused and the public captured, thus having in the palm of the hand the possibility of contact with the target reached and following the information extracted with respect to the client the new marketing proposals are generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
In specific situations the information is not usually accurate or updated but you must be aware that these are the consequences of having such a large and extensive database, it is also important to note that you do not perform a constant update, so you can present the case that people leave their position for various reasons and still appear as an available contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it basically in the departments aimed at sales and Marketing, it is an eminence to extract customer data, phone numbers, emails, addresses, among others. In such a way that ZoomInfo allows us to find and maintain potential customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy to use but I recommend that you take your time to execute the different features it offers. Initially all its buttons and functions can be confusing and overwhelming, but just understand how to use it becomes a totally bearable tool. It is worth giving it a try.

I love how it integrates directly with my CRM and Marketing tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the accuracy. Sometimes it is good but the title is sometimes off or they don't even work for the company. I would say 90% accuracy rate for contact data. 80% for person info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping me quickly bring contacts into Hubspot and also find direct dial phone numbers on key prospects.

Do you need more prospects? Do you need contact information for existing contacts in your DB? Then ZoomInfo would be helpful.
