The ability ro access contacts for leads seamlessly.

I am able to find contact information for high level managers nationwide. Great training from the staff. This software allows you to search so many different things.

It gives a lot of non-working numbers. Would like more updated info.

It is allowing to find information on all the different companies in any industry or area that I would like to build my clientelle.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a great platform to use when looking up business, their addresses, contact info and contact phone numbers. Great tool for any salesperson! Easy to navigate, with loads of great info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to locate what you are looking for, but with pratice in the system, it's does become easeir to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes is easier to locate DMs. It beats the grind of walking and knocking to get contact info.
Fine tool, but there are just too many other better options

The data is solid which is the most important part of these applications, and the integration with other programs just as Hubspot work well.

The interface can be clunky at times, and the speed at which results appear can slow you down.

Data enrichment is the most common problem I use ZoomInfo for, and there are times when it performs very well even better than other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Zoominfo is the quality of contacts we get from the Platform. Considering that we have used many plartforms , Zoominfo comes on top in terms of the quality of the contacts and how easy it is to use. Out of all the platforms we have used, Zoominfo has be best interface and is user friendly even to someone who does not have to much experience. I use the Platform everyday for my research, scoops and buyer intent signals, and all these functionalities tie in perfectly with what I do and helps in making me more efficient in the way I work. I also love how easy it s to Intergrate Zoominfo with any other platform that you use. In my case, I was using ZoomInfo SalesOS and ZoomInfo Engage for outreach, and it worked perfectly. The implementation was smooth and the customer success team played a crucial role in making us successful in using the platform and when we have any challenges, they are quick to respond and assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think 1 thing I did not like, which I think ZoomInfo is already working on it, but I wish ZoomInfo had a LinkedIn Automation where I can send LinkedIn Connection Request and InMails and still have visibility within ZoomInfo. For my role, that would be the cherry on top. It would be great having that functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The B2B SaaS space is flooded with different organizations, selling different products and services. As a sales person, you will have to stand out in order to be successful, and for that, ZoomInfo was the perfect fit to help me and my team to be successful. First of all, you need good quality leads/contacts for you to present your offering to prospects. ZoomInfo was able to help solve this through the quality leads and contacts they have. Second was the Buyer Intent and Scoops. This has helped me and the team to know who is on the market for what and where there might be some interest and when we do outreach, we have more information and it helps when you talk to a prospect and you are talking to them about something that they are currently looking for, increasing the chance of you adding the person to your pipeline and eventually close the deal. This is my favourite feature as it helps me and the team to stay on top of the game.

Great For Intent & Website Domain Contact and Company Data
What do you like best about the product?
The report WebSights fits nicely into our marketing to sales handoff flow, identifying the companies and the contacts who may have visited our site recently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The #1 complaint I hear is that the contact data is not as accurate as some other sources, specifically LI Sales Nav.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Somehow, the ZoomInfo company domain tracking via the Websights report is far greater than other tools like Hubspot, which offer a similar report. This allows us to create a flow where we see companies and contacts at those companies who visited our site, that we then target with sales and marketing outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is quick and easy to use; We use it every day in our sales org, so the fact that we use it so often and it works consistently is everything. Their customer support is also great, they get on our tickets quickly and help us get to a solution that works for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number one thing I would like to see in Zoominfo for improvement is more accurate job titles, more up to date information, and more accurate direct/mobile lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A sales pipeline is nothing without contact info. ZoomInfo allows us to find information to book net new meetings to generate top of funnel sales opportunities.
