What do you like best about the product?
Discoverorg has many features that make it versatile for a marketing or sales team to make new contacts and easily import into a CRM. We are able to import straight into our campaigns saving time and employee expense. The Data is excellent and has helped us drastically with the inside sales department.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very limited data base so there are a limited amount businesses available even though there are a lot of contacts for those businesses. The same lists are sold to anybody that is buying so you will be competing for the same business in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get to a decision maker quickly and build relationships to see if we are a good fit or we can move on to the next partnership quickly if we are not a fit.

Why this should matter to you

What do you like best about the product?
This is the enablement tool that will unlock the most powerful avenue in sales - information. Not only do I get up to date contact information for each contact and account, I'm able to understand what matters to the account and tailor my reach out accordingly. I'm subscribed to scoops so I get daily updates on the accounts I've targeted so I can be first to the door.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is perfect so I feel I should hold my punches here a bit. I feel there could an easier flow when clicking into "multiple accounts" or "conflicts" after you've done an account update in the SFDC widget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm cleaning our SFDC up with up to date contacts that have phone numbers, emails, and titles that allow me to speak strategically to what matters most to them. Whereas before I'd be lost in the internet trying to find relevant information to reference.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to ask questions to their support staff. I've been on demo's to better understand the platform. It's not too difficult once you spend some time playing around with it.

The Standard for Sales Intelligence

  • August 14, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg provides sales teams an unbelievable resource for sales intelligence and contacts. It maps out key accounts, stakeholders and other useful information such as fiscal year, revenue, contact information and so on. Plus, it integrates with many CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and makes importing/exporting contacts + leads a breeze. I've used it for years now and couldn't see myself not using it. An absolute must have solution for any sales team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found the navigation to be difficult at times, especially when trying to sort accounts and build/edit lists. In addition, the cost of DiscoverOrg could also be prohibitive for some organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Build more + faster pipeline with enhanced targeting, create sales + marketing efficiencies, reduce time to close business and reduce time spent conducting research on key accounts and stakeholders (who reports to who, etc.).
