Great tool for boosting leads
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in 1 place and easy to navigate. User interface is clean and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many contacts returned for the same companies. For example 400 Amazon contacts but no way to limit the number of results to return.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to search multiple locations for contact info is a pain. Having a huge resourse at the tip of your fingers is a cost saver and time saver.
Effective Sales Tool with Great Data but Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
While ZoomInfo has been a strong tool overall, the list enrichment feature falls short of expectations. I’ve found that the enriched lists often miss key data points or return incomplete information, making me prefer a waterfall enrich provider for list uploads. The results could be more consistent, especially for complex or niche industries. I hope to see improvements here as it would make the platform even more effective. The frequency of use in our team is high, though it varies depending on individual roles, market focus, and specific sales processes. Our SEs and BDRs regularly use ZoomInfo, while only our power-user AEs have access. Implementation was straightforward and hassle-free, making it easy to get the team up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo has been an invaluable resource for my sales role in the mid-market and up. The data quality is consistently high, making it easy to find accurate contact information and firmographic details for prospecting. The platform integrates well with our CRM, which streamlines outreach and allows for a more targeted approach. I've tried other tools, but ZoomInfo’s database stands out in terms of its depth and breadth. The search filters and intent data have been especially useful in identifying new opportunities and expanding into new verticals.Customer support is decent, but I'd rate it around 5/10 as response times and resolutions could be quickr. With that said, rarely do I ever have to actually reach out to anyone at zoom, so its not an issue. Our overseas teams (EU, UK, AU etc.) have found much less success with Zoominfo, for various reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps solve the challenge of finding accurate and up-to-date contact information for prospecting, allowing us to target the right decision-makers quickly. The platform’s robust database and intent data help us uncover new opportunities, prioritize high-potential leads, and engage with prospects at the right time. For me, this means less time spent on manual research and more time focused on building relationships and closing deals, ultimately improving productivity and increasing our chances of hitting revenue targets. Absolutely love the brower add-on for linkedin.
High Quality Company Data and Intent are a Sales Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo and its predecessors, DiscoverOrg and RainKing, for many years, and it just keeps getting better. The company data has always been of the highest quality, and now they have added Intent Data, WebSights, Engage, and AI all into one tool. As a marketer, I work very closely with Sales to teach them how to be more successful with all this data at our fingertips. I help them build it into their daily sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but I would like to be able to send video emails to prospects through Engage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We serve a very niche technology market and I am able to identify prospects, determine their level of potential through Intent data, reach out to them through Engage, see their level of engagement through WebSights and Engage Drip Campaigns, and reach out through Engage. It's seamless and efficient.
What A Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how most of the information I need is in one place vs having to hunt for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all information is up to date, and it seems to rely a lot on whether someone has their information on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say 80% of the time, the contact person, company's revenue, and their information is listed.
Great tech for sales and marketing

ZoomInfo is a critical part of our GTM strategy, in that it helps our team have the right information at their fingertips to do the best outreach that they can.

Nothing comes to mind. It's a great product.

Solid intelligence and data quality; easy to use and saves a LOT of time
What do you like best about the product?
It was good when I started using it, and it just keeps getting better. It is obvious that the product team at ZoomInfo listens to their customers, as the little annoyances that used to be there have been streamlined. We use a number of different sales intelligence tools, but ZoomInfo is my GoTo solution. They have made a number of acquisitions over the past few years and we do not yet leverage many of those capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution is constantly changing, always for the better. But, that means once you have a process for accomplishing something, it needs to evolve. Not really a negative, but it can be a little frustrating when you go in to do something quickly and the screens have changed.

Everything is now in a single platform vs. across multiple solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
It would take me 10x's longer to google and search for emails and phone numbers for my prospects. Now its instant. Saving me my time and money. Plus it gives me info that I'd never be able to get on my own.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about zoominfo is the market information supplied by the platform, the only trusted source for lead information and account information, you get crucial data such as title, email address, phone number, where the person is located and intelligence about the company

the pricing for the mid-size organization should be reasonable, we are 1000 employee company but still looks expensive
