ZoomInfo is a valued partnership for our sales organization.
What do you like best about the product?
They are very consistant in communication and provide regular updated to their database and features. We are able to work closley with a Client Services Rep to provide any support we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced any dislikes with the platform or ZoomInfo team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows us to do a quarterly export of new lead generation for our sales team to outbound with. It allows us to capture leads that fit our ICP and target markets.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info is a great tool for increasing leads and finding customers. It is easy to use and has the exact filters to look for the best people to talk to promote your business. I have been working with the platform for more than five years, and the changes over the years have been excellent. the ZoomInfo staff always updates the contacts to get the best people to engage with your business.
I'm very grateful to use it and i hope is going to be better over the years, also zoominfo keeps you informed with updates on your previous searches for companies and contacts.

What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, it could be only about contiune keeping your contact database with contacts who have less than 90% accuracy because most of the emails and phones don't work, so maybe it is necessary to start cleaning the contacts data for the companies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most I guess is finding the right person to send your message when you don't have the opportunity to select the contact through a list is complicated to send the things you want or get somebody to receive them, you need to try to get communication tru the website or Linkedin and that takes time and sometimes when you're trying to sell your services and get new clients the time is a factor because we aren't the only company who try to sell something, right?, also find companies using the location filter is amazing to know what kind of companies are in a city and then apply the filter to get the companies by Sector amazing tool.
ZoomInfo Sales - Very Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about ZoomInfo Sales is that "user friendlyness" of the tool. My sales team has been able to navigate seamlessly with the features that best help us in our recruiting efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used alot of recruiting tools, and ZoomInfo has been the most effective and efficient one. While the information is not the most up to date, we do get more accurate information than some of the others out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While using ZoomInfo we are able to gather candidate data and information we don't currrently have in our CRM. Further, there is a possibility of adding new candidates and their data to our current CRM - thus providing our sales team with additional candidates to contact.
Love ZoomInfo sales! It is a really great tool that has helped my sales efficiency.

The abiliity to find sales contacts that are at specific companies. Also the ability to create my own target list with the new copilot.

Wish there was a way to have a map view of companies so I can find other locations easier.

Finding specific contacts for industries and companies to be able to engage with.

I like the way it helps me triangulate inforamtion I need for sales prospecting and understanding my targets as well as information on partners and customers.

There is nothing specific in the tool that I would consider a show stopper.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to track down info that is otherwise very difficult to find. An example is a cell phone # for a business owner that I'd like to meet. It's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the information that I receive is not correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to indetify & verify email addresses and phone numbers for key prospects that are otherwise hard to find.

What do you like best about the product?
The site itself is super easy to use. The ability to search for contacts and get solid contact information is my top like, followed closely with company research and details accesible anytime.

I have not found any downside to the site or service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solid contact information being available allows me to get in touch with the right person early. This has provded instrumental in helping clients quicker. Defintley sets the stage for better customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find my target audience thru the filters. Easy to export. I like the daily leads from the saved searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to sort by the calender when searching a specific time frame. The results don't always populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with the most current information regarding a company & all the employees.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to find the correct people i need to speak to instead of going through the gate keeper and taking forever in an IVR loop to get ahold of a person that would make the decisions. I use this everyday in my role and the intergration to linkedIn is amazing. Training and customer support has been great making sure our comapny is up to dat on everything. The implementation to salesforce has been amazing and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not up to date but that is very rare that i am not able to find a number for someone and most of the time it is sperson who was just hired at a company. The news feed emails about new hires and companies added to zoom is also a hit or miss, but it is better than trying to find the info yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this has solved the problems of not being able to find the Decision maker for a business, also giving you access to other people to help you get the right person to get the deal closed. Overall Zoominfo has changed the sales game for me.
Best resources for company information
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very easy to use and intuitive. The data is relevant and up to date. Any company looking to utilize it's information gains a significant advantage in reaching the right candidates, most recent company data and insights needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could provide a more robust help menu for self help when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find good contacts within a company and understanding what roles may be most likely willing to engage with our company. Also the intent data and alerts are very helpful to understand who is searching for products that we could be a good match for.
